Excellent hotel.. 1. Good atmosphere with family is highly recommend. 2. Staff behavior is very good 3. Cost is low but u got high quality service there. 4. Good location 5. Well Maintained room Basically it's a family friendly hotel. I visited there with my family for 2 night. One point is there, they can improve the food quality. But don't worry 16 anaa and othere resturent is near, just 1 min walking distance.

Stayed here for a night on a official trip. Room was clean . Staffs are helpful & courteous. They also provide tasty food. There is a small snacks counter just outside the hotel .

Room quality and food quality not that good. Parking available but at your own risk. I got scratches from keeping my car overnight from the hotel employees by cycle. Not a good decision to stay here with family. Room quality is definitely poor, should re-decorate or modify.

I liked the hotel because of the location, prime location but not crowded. This hotel has their own parking lot for 6 cars which is unique in Burdwan. Food quality and taste good, if you take room towards the lake side you will enjoy the calm atmosphere and view, at least I enjoyed

The worst hotel to stay with.The food is highly priced and pathetically made .the worst food you can ever taste . The bed sheet are dirty, and no one bothers to change it . The A.c is dripping water .insects in bed. T.V remote doesn't work .and the person in the reception is the worst in terms of behavior.
