Excellent gym with all the latest equipment. The gym is staffed with very polite, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable trainers. That was the beginning and now can feel and stretch my body more are more each passing day. Atmosphere is also good. Hygiene is perfect. I recommend flying bear gym to Everyone for their fitness goals.

Flying Bear Review I joined the gym approximately 6-7 months ago, the least I knew was that it will becomes an important part of my daily routine. Gurdev (As I call him {Deepak Sir}) , has been not only my coach , but an immense guiding spirit through my lows. From stabilising my mental health to help me get fit physically, from saying “Richa , do this exercise or use that machine” to “tange tod dunga chutti kari toh” .. it has been a roller coaster ride that always goes up.
