This hotel is fine but hotel staff is not good. The person who sits at the reception and do the check-in process is really rude and even manager doesn’t care about the guests the only thing they want is your money, I would strongly recommend to not stay here.

Very good chef ( Jitu) with great taste and polite attitude. Staff is good specially Harry & Hari om ji. Must try items:- dal makhni with nan, cold coffee, peanut masala, chilly mushrooms( meri behan ko accha lga tha). Had Dhaniya-Adraki paneer & veg biryani today (21/11/2023) and was yummy. Chef is doing a great job.

The place is having a very nice and calm feeling. The stuff are very friendly, i woul recommend this place for staying. But the watch man should not interfere in to the guests comfort.

Incorrect billing, refusal to correct billing despite pointing the defect,rude behavior. We stayed at the hotel on the night of 8th & 9th October 2022. At night we ordered room service from the menu kept in the room. After dinner, when the invoice came for signing, realised that it was unusually higher than expected. When we compared the invoice to the menu, we realised that the prices charged were different. The same was pointed out to the waiter and he promised to take care of the same.The same was also noted by me on the invoice as well. In the morning, the reception staff refused to honor the corrections in the invoice. There excuses were 1. We are giving you a proper GST invoice, why do you have a problem. 2. No other customer has complained for this. You are the first one. 3. Our prices have changed. (On being asked as to why the prices were not updated on menu) they said that they have been updated in all the rooms except the one where we were put up. The staff was rude. They refused to correct the invoice. They corrected it after taking hours of haggling. They detained us. We were late in leaving the hotel and reaching the destination. To Summarise 1 Cheating on billing 2 Refusal to correct the invoice 3 Rude behavior 4 Undue detention and misbehavior

Mr Shoaib Malik customer care manager and Mr Jeetu Maurya chef really took very good care. Staff is responsive and helpful but need to be little quick in service. Overall a good budget hotel with great food and resturant. Special mention for security desk for taking care of vehicle. Keep it up.

Organised my sister's wedding at hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful and caring. Pramod ji, Harry bhai, Shoaib ji and Chef Jeetu bhai thank you so much for being there all around the clock and taking all our requests on priority.

Perfect place for a get together or an event, the retirement party for my father hosted by the staff was superb and professional. The staff was up to the mark and fast in service. Food was appreciated by all the guests and the decoration and management was really good, we were quite satisfied and would recommend. Thank You again!

it’s a great place to stay, very hygienic great breakfast and they were always ready to help. It is right next to the local market too. The only issue was the bed was too soft and bumpy 😅

We had our party at Hotel JM Vistaraa and to our convenience and liking we found the crown hall perfect place for gathering and family function. Our preferences were taken into consideration and the staff was responsive enough to take care of our choices. Mainly the managers Mr. Harry and Mr. Pramod Chawla managed their staff and the whole function perfectly. The food was of our liking without onion and garlic.

We two girls stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The room is good in condition and the ambiance is also good. 24 hour front deck was actively available and provided a good service. The breakfast was really good and had a friendly waiter (don’t no his name). Special thanks to Mr Mallik for supporting us and making our stay comfortable. And also all the staff members were friendly including Mr Harry. Even though we two girls stayed alone there was no issue regarding our security. All the food was delicious and cleanly made. Nice place for attend a marriage ceremony. A hall in basement and a hall on ground floor. It is situated on road so finding it's easy. Food is good and tasty.

The hotel was very good and staff was cooperative to the one guy Shubham who take care of us . He is very humble and kind with the customer . 🥂

Owner very helpful and place under remodelling, rooms better than other hotels but small and stifling It may become better but still way too expensive Still better though than almost all of the others but it's your choice

I am visiting this hotel from last one year,the hotel is located in posch area lacality was very nice.Most of the time I found so pleasant behavior by all staff, Room service and food taste and qualtiy was quite good.The staff specially the GM of the hotel Mr Vikas attending the guest with full honour and his kind behaviour makes you happy. Rooms are quite spacious. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Parking space is available. The event hall is good. Food served during the event was awesome. In total, good experience, value for money.

Service was poor. Rooms were damp and lots of mosquitos. I as for water and mosquito repellent which never came. The bearable part was that bathrooms were clean, shower was good with hot and cold water, rooms had good quality beds and furniture. The breakfast was good. The price was 1500 inclusive if breakfast which was a great deal. Had the service been good would have rated it 3 star.

I would say it was not so good the dj room was not so big as compared to infinity and the service was poor they didn't even serve softdrinks more than two times

Great place for any type of functions. Rooms of hotel is very neet and clean. We have celebrated our marriage anniversary at this hotel, all arrangements by hotel management was very nice and food is also very good. Thanks to Mr. Pramod ji and Mr. Herry for nice arrangements.

It was marriage of my sister and we have booked for 4 days (2nd Nov-5Nov)and experience was Awesome. Like to highlight some points where you can compare while selecting other hotels 1. GM of hotel Mr. Pramod is thoro professional and good gentle who handles his customer in a great way. For everything and anything. 2. Food was too good and chefs take great interest in assisting the menu. 3. Excellent and fast room service 4. Cordial and polite staff 5. Different space options to accommodate various types of functions.

Recommend !! Hotel is perfect for wedding and event. Managers are super supportive. Rooms categories are not customisable A lot of twin bed they have .

Ambiance, location, rooms, washroom, food, and staff was ok but was really disappointed,upset or say angry with their booking.. i had a confirmed online booking at reasonable prices for a room and asked my friend to check in till the time I reach there..they asked her for my ID card which i sent them immediately.. but just because there was no clear picture of mine on my ID and the details were all so clear..they denied her entry and asked us to cancel and rebook when I'll arrive myself..we were like ok but still i decided to book it again and send them the my clear picture again.. but the prices rose and no rooms left.. i was like when i was coming there myself and giving my ID details till then..why are u not allowing the other person to check in when the room was booked for 2 and one of us had arrived.. the she did it offline with that raised price for the same room.. pathetic booking service..

The hotel is not upto the mark. The good had hair and stone found. The manager is absolutely nonsense. He just wanted to recover the money. Poor service !! Pls don't stay and find many good options in Bareilly

Good place and good food. Had a pleasant stay. Only flaws are rooms are little old. Need minor renovations. But overall great experience.

Very less parking. As per manager they offer only 6-7 parking space for 1 party in banquet hall. In our case there were 2 parties. Guests had to park far and on road. No support from staff for parking. Food also average.
