Incorrect
billing,
refusal
to
correct
billing
despite
pointing
the
defect,rude
behavior.
We
stayed
at
the
hotel
on
the
night
of
8th
&
9th
October
2022.
At
night
we
ordered
room
service
from
the
menu
kept
in
the
room.
After
dinner,
when
the
invoice
came
for
signing,
realised
that
it
was
unusually
higher
than
expected.
When
we
compared
the
invoice
to
the
menu,
we
realised
that
the
prices
charged
were
different.
The
same
was
pointed
out
to
the
waiter
and
he
promised
to
take
care
of
the
same.The
same
was
also
noted
by
me
on
the
invoice
as
well.
In
the
morning,
the
reception
staff
refused
to
honor
the
corrections
in
the
invoice.
There
excuses
were
1.
We
are
giving
you
a
proper
GST
invoice,
why
do
you
have
a
problem.
2.
No
other
customer
has
complained
for
this.
You
are
the
first
one.
3.
Our
prices
have
changed.
(On
being
asked
as
to
why
the
prices
were
not
updated
on
menu)
they
said
that
they
have
been
updated
in
all
the
rooms
except
the
one
where
we
were
put
up.
The
staff
was
rude.
They
refused
to
correct
the
invoice.
They
corrected
it
after
taking
hours
of
haggling.
They
detained
us.
We
were
late
in
leaving
the
hotel
and
reaching
the
destination.
