A very good hotel "Hotel Pancham Continental" for staying but costly. Rooms are wel decorated and maintained. Room service is good. "Hotel Pancham Continental" is placed on good location. Railway station of Bareilly is on walking distance.

I've been staying in this hotel for last 10 years. Good food, Comfortable rooms, Good accessibility & a courteous staff. Keep up the good work Pancham Team specially Ms Muskan Jaiswal & others.

Hotel rooms are good. Service is bit slow. Some of the rooms are nearly of double size than the rest. Saturday and Sunday nights are painful when it comes to rest because of their party lawn at roof. Food is good. Better than rest of the hotels in Bareilly.

I earlier use to stay here from last 4 years pre covid. That time this hotel was best in the locality. Now services are being worst. Cleaniness and seapage issues in rooms. Also internet wifi is a major issue which will always be under maintenance. Front office lady staff is very weird in behaviour

highly Recommended !!! for wedding and food was amazing there is a pub on rooftop so you can have the fresh beer. Staff is professional and supportive. Mentioning Mr. Nitin for adorable recommendation and supportive for the time. Room need to be get advance and a bit upgradation.

It was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. Location of the hotel is very good for convience.

I stayed the the property and it was a nice experience. Ms. Muskaan at the reception desk. she co-ordinated the schedule in the best possible way with co-operative manner. Property was cleaned and hygienic. I will look forward again for stay whenever i will visit the place.

Stayed one night, most rooms showed were full of moisture walls were damp and smelling, had to ask for extra towel 3times before it was sent. Surprisingly food was good.

The room looks okay but not maintained as per standard also service is very poor......other things can be managed but when it comes to food can't digest food was very very bad night reception service was too bad I called for support as no one picking up the call in kitchen for what they promised but instead of asking them reception person was talking like hells so bad service...

I stayed there from 31st Dec, 2022 to 02 Jan, 2023. Hotel location, Ambiance & Behaviour of all the Staffs r very good. Reception.... Room Service..... Restaurant.... House keeping all departments r perfectly coordinated. Every body is available within a minute if u r in need of anything. This Hotel is Perfect for Single Person ( like me who was in Official tour) or for Family trip. Madam Muskaan in Reception is always there to Welcome u & the total Team is doing their Best to keep the Visitors Happy....

One of the best place to stay in Bareilly such supportive staff they even provided me Sehri at 4 am during Ramadan which faculty I never got in any another Hotel. I have been staying here for last 10 years never thought of any another hotel. It's like second home

Stayed for 1 day, had a wonderful time. Staff was very nice and polite. Room service was fast.

Overall I had a good experience during day only and night was terrible. Day shift staff at reception Ms Muskan and support staff Mr. Singh were very much polite and cooperative wherein was in trouble in the night. There was lots of loud noise post 8 pm and I'm unable to sleep when I did complaint for the same in reception the gentleman standing there doesn't have any answer and just stated it's DJ noise coming from upper floor and it will be there till 12-1 am. Post 9 pm room service stopped answering the calls for which I met the hotel manager in person and shared my concern with him.

Nice hotel in Barelly. Food is good, service take some additional time to deliver services. It's a old hotel and the same is visible in overall look and feel of the place. Well connected with nearby rly station and bus station.

This is one decent place to have a peaceful stay. If you wish to ignore some of the very minute details or things, then you can rest assured that you will have a great stay. I definitely mean this as the hotel staff is too courteous and cultured in their dealing. You don't have to hassle over anything; just put forth your requirement or issue and it will be take care of. Food that they serve in their Flames restaurant is sumptuous. Do opt for this nice, affordable and comfortable place whenever you are in Bareilly.

Rooms on first floor are big but quiet old and have moist on all walls . Service is prompt . They have some open disc so make sure you will not be able to sleep by 12 /1 am

Ambience and place everything was fine. But one thing I would say bad was the hospitality we went for a birthday party and keep on asking them to play some music but they were so stubborn that inspite of our continuous requests they just ignored and kept on adjourning us.

Expensive. Food is not upto the mark and has absolutely no taste as per the price. Even a 10 rupee tea tastes better. Rooms are fine but then again not upto the mark of price they charge.

This restaurant is part of Pancham Hotel. In wedding season, parking is an issue and if you get to hear a lot of DJ noise. Food taste is not up to mark. Presentation is also not so great. It is just an average restaurant. Cost wise it is not very cheap. It looks like an old setup.

I don't think they have hired the manager with a management degree, this person should not be dealing with people. We were just querying for a gathering and his attitude was on another level. Staff was very very bad, stay away as they don't have even the 'h' for hospitality. Advice for upper management - Please hire a professional manager who knows how to talk with people and treat them so that you don't lose customers just the way you have lost one here.

Visited Infinity - Brewery & Club in hotel Pancham and it is the first-ever bold and luxurious Mediterranean Brewery in Bareilly. Best place to hangout. Must go.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and vibe of this place. It has the capacity and arrangement for all kinds of parties- be it with your family or friends. The staff is decent and friendly and the food is good, too.

Staying at hotel rooms is fine. But if you're planning to organize any function or wedding here, please consider this option as the last option if nothing else is available. Food is really awesome at the restaurant of the hotel. But don't get fooled by it because the quality of food at the wedding was terrible. No taste and full of spices. It was really embarrassing for me when I was told this by my guests the next day of the wedding.

Reachable from market,services are too fast and too quick 10/10. Ms Muskan was very sincere and prompt. My rating For Rooms 10/8 Services-10/10 Reception -10/10 Best in budget.
