Clarks Inn Express hotel is located at Bari Brahmana! Hotel is nice (though haven’t got the chance to stay here! Will definitely post the review once I’ll stay here). Talking about the staff and other things, hotel is just wow! Staff is really polite! I was there for my work with their FnB manager and the way I got treated at the reception, then got served water in such hot condition they even served chilled water and lobby was nicely air conditioned! I felt real good! Overall, nicely managed! Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with family in Clarks inn express in Jammu. We were finding a good hotel in the night time and we called to the hotel Clarks inn express they respond us immediately and gave us a quick check in. It was a very good room. We didn't have food till the time and it was very good experience with the team that they arranged food for us. Staff behaviour is very nice specially the reception team and service team behaviour is so polite and friendly.

In one word "Excellent". Food at Delhi Diner restaurant simply awesome. Behaviour of all boys was simply fantastic. There no available dates during our on going Ladhak tour. Otherwise I would have extended one more day just because of food. Highly recommended.

We came all the way from Gujarat. We booked hotel through Fun Thrive Holiday s. Miss Nafisa suggested us the best hotel...We Enjoyed our stay at Clarks Inn... Excellent Service... Friendly Staff.... Enjoyed a lot.. Excellent Food...Rooms are neat & Clean.. Have a rooftop Garden.. Location is a little away from Jammu Station but it's worth staying.

The room itself was very clean, it had all the necessary commodities - free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fridge, a TV etc and delicious food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner we ate there. Our experience was simply great. Recommended 100%

Some of the portion size of the food we ordered was inadequate compared to the other hotels' offerings. Overall it was a nice experience, staff was welcoming and polite as well as quick.

Stay was very comfortable,house keeping and service staff was very nice ,Room were clean and food was delicious ,all staff were very friendly thanks Ajay our room service boy for his Greta service and the manger Mr.Mir was very cooperative and soft spoken person at the Restaurant.. Great location, and really pleasant and clean rooms, but the staff make this such a good place to stay. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. A special thanks to Mir and Harish for their assistance They also organized New Year's Party on the 31st night. We had a lot of fu. we enjoyed our new year party and will visit again. The quality of the food was very good, Good atmosphere to celebrate & staff were very cooperative overall well arrangements for the party atmosphere we all enjoyed it very much.

Excellent ambiance inside room and good hospitality. But 5his was located at Jammu bypass...One way it's good that no need to enter into Jammu city traffic.

Came all the way from Ahmedabad. Stayed in Clarks inn... The Hotel was Arranged by MoJ Tourism. Food was very tasty. Very nice staff behavior was good. Mr Rakesh cooperated nicely.

We arranged a family function at clarks in n express banquets which turned out to be great.Ambience was good and food tasted well.The manager immediately soughted the issue if arose any .staff was friendly overall it was a good experience.Will recommend everyone, if you r planning to arrange some birthday, anniversary or any other party then clarks inn express is a good option.

The rooms were dirty when we arrived. Not even dusting was done. The receptionist acted like he was doing us a favour by providing us with the room, asking us to pay the whole ammount upfront during checkin. The food is overpriced considering the fact that the portions are tiny. Matress is not spring or memory foam. Would recommend fellow travelers to call the reception to tidy up the rooms before checking in.

Location : Perfect, right on the Jammu-Pathankot expressway with spacious parking area. Rooms & Service : Rooms were spacious, near and clean. The over all service was absolutely spot on, couldn't ask for anything better. Restaurant : Food at the restaurant was delicious and at affordable prices. To summarise, it was a pleasure staying at Clarks Inn Express in Jammu, loved the experience.

Rooms in good condition, but service is below avg, some of the rooms don't even have a kettle Not sure if we can call it a 3 star property as claimed

Visited the Illusion lounge bar with friends in my recent trip. Many of the liquors were not available. And they took some time to serve food. But the quality and taste of food made us forget all that. Recommend this place if you are visiting Jammu.

We like the hotel atmosphere, and the staff is very polite and humble. We also like the hotel service, and the management is excellent. We really enjoy the live entertainment on December 25th. We appreciate Sunny Choudhary's attempts to assist us with our needs, and his demeanour is very kind and humble, friendly, family guy, the singer.

Stayed in 311 on 12 night. Long review but shall help you.. 1) booking was done via their own reservation system (e globe) and the automated mail had the Srinagar number instead of Jammu. This created massive confusion when we called the number to reconfirm our booking. This should be corrected. Cutting 1 star here. 2) location is bang on highway, just 100 meters inside 3) they have secured parking for about 8-10 cars on the backside of the hotel. Luggage assistance was quick. 4) room size is nice. Beds are not too soft, perfect for a good sleep. 5) For dinner had chilly chicken : pieces could be softer. Dal was superb though. 6) Breakfast they said starts at 7:30 but even at 8am as I type this, the buffet isn't ready. Not done! Cutting 1 star here. Have attacked a few pics

Over all Very good experience. Service, Buffet breakfast amenity, ambience everything is good. Specially Mr.Raj is very supportive, cooperative and professional. I wish Mr.Raj a great and healthy wealthy life.

Very poor service, incompetent & unprofessional staff . No understanding between GM & F&B Manager. We had a Marriage Anniversary Function on 12/12/2021 but were disappointed they handled us , Rs.1400/- per plate was charged from us, No presentation of the Food stuff served . What was agreed to be served was not provided viz Instead of Ras- Malai, Ice-cream was served, Butter Chicken instead of Gravy Chicken, though written menu was asked for. Veg & Non-Veg served altogether without any display. Food served too late which made us embarrassed before reputed guests. And to the surprise of all, no proper billing to avoid Taxes to the Government was the ill-will of the GM, Mr. Sharma who is so rude. I, humbly request the Management/Owner to take notice of it. Payment of Rs136000/- was made charging 92 plates.

From entrance, a very good service upto room check-in... Need to wait for a few minutes when entered in hotel and after a while receiptionist said that my room was upgraded from superior to premium class with no extra charges. Thank you for that! When entered room, I checked every single place and found very neat and decent styling of pillows, chairs, towel, coffee maker, soaps, dental kit, shower cap and much more. You can see that in photos. Admirable staff... Grilled sandwich are tasty here... Dal makhani is my favorite here... Paneer kadhai & bhara kulcha also taste great...

This place is very engaged and food is really fantastic and affordable for everyone. Staff is really good and corporative and one of them is really a great singer (Sunny). Food is unbeatable and drinks is also very affordable. Highly recommended for college students and families.

I had a very pleasant stay at Clarks Inn thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the staff here. They have a wonderful restaurant with staff who are hard working and greet you with smiling faces every morning at breakfast. I stayed for almost two weeks at the hotel and not once I felt out of place or away from home. I'd highly recommend Clarks Inn to all travellers halting at Jammu. Special thanks to Mir and team at Delhi Diner.

The ambience, the environment over here is just top notch. The real gem, over here, Mir Bhaiya, was a hell of a company. The place is just heavenly. Perfect for college students. Would surely suggest to visit here once.

I had a great stay there, Staff was very helpful and helped me through all the process. They do put extra effort when it comes to making their customers happy.

Hotel facilities are ok but hotel staff and owner tried to loot tourist. Falsely charging them un necessarily at the last the moment when tourists don’t have any other options to stay. Not good for families but for singles. At least single person can leave the hotel and search for any other in the city. Not recommended..!!!!!

September ladt days we headed to Srinagar LEH on the way we haulted at this wonderful property Safest CAR PARKING for our loaded carc, rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting jammu or on the way to Srinagar or Leh. The Dinner was delicious the Restaurant Manager Mr. Mir Salman took special care of our being for senior citizen clients the Airconditioning is superb wifi was great and finally morning complimentary breakfast was an Amazing buffet full of wide range for all taste and mood specially for vegetarian.. Had been looking for a suitable business meeting space in Jammu faince long. The hunting ended up here at Clark's Inn. Wonderful property, nice ambiance and very decent and cooperative staff and yes important to mention THE GOOD FOOD. This is definitely an all time meet appropriate space for our future meets and programs

Had an awesome experience while staying with family. Reasonably priced food and room-stay prices (not to mention good quality rooms with lift facility), which are negotiable too. Not only was the hospitality of managers great (special thanks to Mr. Mir and Mr. Harish), but also the quality of service provided was commendable.
