I am very satisfied with my holidays at B21 lifestyle hotel. Everything is above expectations. From amazing, warm staff, beautiful clean rooms to delicious cuisine. I recommend this hotel 👍

The hotel itself is modernly decorated and looks nice, but the quality of the rooms is poor and the prices are too high, it's not worth it. Also the location is kinda "remote" if you are without the car. I do must praise the breakfast, which was excellent and varied, and also the staff who served, really kind. Overall, it was ok but we expected more for the money we paid. You can find much more affordable accommodation closer to the center of Bari.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel b21 Bari, and I am thoroughly impressed! This hotel has everything you could wish for in a perfect stay. First and foremost, I must mention the impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. My room was not only spacious but also flawlessly clean. The attention to detail in cleaning was impressive. The staff also deserves the highest praise. They were always friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. No matter what questions or concerns I had, they were always ready to assist and ensure I felt comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect. It is close to many attractions and offers excellent access to public transportation. This made my stay even more enjoyable. And, of course, I must not forget the food. The culinary delights at Hotel b21 Bari are truly remarkable. I looked forward to every meal, and they exceeded my expectations every time. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel b21 Bari. It is a perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to come back!

The location is quite far from the centre, but it's easy and cheap to get there by bus. There is a tabaccheria right in front of the hotel where you can get bus tickets. Our room was huge. We had a view of the pool and the sea. Very beautiful. The room was clean and new. I actually prefer only adults hotels, but this one felt like one. It was very relaxing. You have a service at the pool to drink something. They also have a restaurant which is very good. I recommend eating there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not all speak English, but they work together to make communication easy. Careful: The beach which is right in front of the hotel isn't free, but you can find others nearby that are. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The worst hotel i have ever been to!!! The cups in my room smelt like fish and they did not have half of things on the menu! DO NOT COME HERE not worth the stay. Find a better hotel in the center of Bari. This hotel is not worth 4 stars more like 2. Also the floor in the hotel room is very dirty. wear socks if you walk around! The service is really bad and they are really rude. DO NOT COME HERE do not let the 5 star reviews fool you.

My partner and I decided to come to Bari, to discover my long lost family and find out more about where I'm from. The day we arrived both myself and partner were not greeted, although both of us said buonosara at different times and neither staff member replied nor smiled, to have them then try charge us 3x for the room we had pre-paid for. We felt so small, again no smiles, apologies just disrespect. The best part about this hotel was the food, bar and pool staff. Upon an extremely early checkout, where we have a 11 hour drive to Croatia, we told the manager there was a leak from the roof in our bedroom we noticed at 3am (we slipped in the puddle) and all he proceeded to say was "did you call downstairs" not I'm sorry to hear you didn't sleep or apologise and again we were made to feel that somehow it's our fault for the roof leak. I've travelled around the world, and this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.
