Extremely rude lady at the counter. The gentleman checking covid passes at front very polite.

Waiting here takes ages, they are not able to prepare 6 chicken wings within 15 minutes after ordering.

There is a bouncer at the entrance who does not let people go to the second floor without food. We asked to be let in to leave our backpacks before getting an order, but we were rudely refused. I have never seen anything like this before.

The cleaning guy took my tablet while i was sitting with my wife and drinking coffee and waiting for the airport shuttle. The guy took the tablet and also took the receipt on it later when he went. He read my personal receipt and since i paid with card and there is Personal Information in the receipt, like Visa, amex or mastercard I confronted him and took my receipt back! Grazie!

Really bad. Waited 30min to order and then realized (after I left) they gave me wrong wrap.

all McDonalds should operate according to the same guidelines, but here the restaurant itself was very small and narrow. i had to wait to my sandwich for more than 10 minutes and the taste wasn't the best. i didn't liked it.

You can experience good American food however their services are not as well as their food quality.

How does one end up in Bari McDonalds? A combination of a delayed flight, and a rail service that runs a train ever two hours on a weekday evening... McDonalds to the rescue to save the evening! Staff were friendly and managed to communicate our order in English. Who would have thought 'Big Mac' was understood universally! Extremely long fries, and the bun on the Big Mac had an almost sweet taste to it. Upstairs air con was blasting and was enough to just take the edge off an otherwise long day travelling. If you are ever in the area, and feel like a McDonalds, then this will meet those needs.

It was the worth experience to visiting MC. It was our last day in Bari, so we had our heavy backpack which we would like to left upstairs and make an order. Near stairs it was security guide who do not let us go there without Order. He doesn’t speak English at all and even didn’t say “sorry” about it. We had to wait of preparing our order with heavy bags and after that with all clothes and food went upstairs. So rude and unprofessional service I’ve never seen in MC. Also there is no free Wi-Fi, if you are tourist without mobile internet , so it is also can be a big problem in your trip.

Arrived with a green pass wasn't let to pee. Do not recommend. Poor green pass verification.

Food is okay, but this MD is very small and crowded with long queues. There are no machines for ordering so you can only order food from the counters.

Service doesn't know almost any word in English, and this is the dirtiest MD I've ever been in. Messy toilet with used paper towels all over the floor, dirty floor with many stains, the railing is sticky to the touch which was the worst experience from them all in that place. I like MD but this one was a horror. Definately not recommended.

They don’t have the order machine, waiting for ages in line also for the food. They didn’t indicate that chicken wings take a while, let us waiting, standing. After 15 mins, they told us to sit down bcs chicken wings is not ready yet

I love it awesome food..

Quite crowded and with big queues, quite time consuming to get your meal ordered. For security reasons, a guard is standing there on the central steps, watching both floors of the restaurant. The restroom is relatively clean, though you risk that several people are in the queue already, since they have only 2 rooms.

Good espresso as for McDonald's. It's hard to find bad espresso in Italia (: WC on second floor, in busy time there is a guard who does not allow you to go upstairs (and obviously to WC) if you do not have order.

Refused to let me in or eat because my vaccine certificate QR code wouldn’t scan. Of course it wouldn’t scan it’s NOT FROM THE EU!

This mcdonalds is quite small and a bit overcrowded when I was there. It took a while for me to be served. There were no machines to place orders myself only at the counter
