I am rating the spa only, I did not stay at the hotel. The spa is overpriced for what it is: 20eur if you are a hotel client and 40eur if you are not. For 40eur, I expected more than a pool, a hamam, a sauna and a "salt room" of little interest. I also expected a better experience: the hamam smelled mouldy, the showers had no soap and no small attentions were provided (like a bathrobe or a drink/snack). I personally think it is worth no more than 20eur (hotel guests should get an additional discount). Otherwise the place is clean, the staff competent and the pool is large and well lit by big windows.

Great pool. Puzzling jacuzzi - UNIQUE actually. Great breakfast. Handy as hell for the airport.

We were not expecting this comfortable relaxation opportunities from such a big hotel like this. Although the price was quite high, it was worth it. Warm water in swimming pool, really relaxing SPA centre, very good quality food and service in restaurant. In addition, it is located just a few minutes drive from the airport and offers free airport transfer if necessary. The main reason we booked this hotel was the possibility of early check-in and relatively late check-out times.

Spa, gym, bar, event hall, parking place, WiFi, very nice rooms. Kind staff. Nothing like this in the same area. Close the airport

Hotel located close to the airport, but very quiet. There are advantages and disadvantages of it, as always in life. Other than that: Advantages: - nice standard, clean -usually very friendly front desk - good breakfast Disadvantages: - on 19.04 young girl at the reception desk was absolutely arrogant. Good that her older male friend was present and immediately knocked sense into her head. - lately my room was not cleaned (a lot of dust on shelves) but thst was a very first time.

The location of the hotel is not particularly nice, per se. But it's very convenient, just 2km from the airport. The hotel instead is very nice, 4 "high" stars :)

If you are taking a layover it's ok. If you want to visit Bari, I don't recommend it. It's quite far. There is nothing outside the hotel really. The room is standard. Missing amenities: toothbrush, razor, slippers etc. Quite barebone. Also messed up an initial reservation of mine. Breakfast was crowded, when I wanted to sit at an empty table the staff yelled at me and told me that the free tables were for lunch and guided me to another table that was only cleaned from breadcrumbs after prompting the staff. Breakfast items are also 90% carbs with sugary fruits only and some sausage meats and bagged eggs. The gym was quite nice, with modern treadmills and decent equipment.

I stayed at Parco dei Principi for 6 nights in July 2023. Its a great business hotel, excellent breakfast, Antonio from front desk was great, very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel for business travel or holiday.

the staff is not friendly to the guests. the receptionist is only busy with himself. breakfast is terrible.

When my flight going to Croatia was diverted to Bari. The airline took us to this hotel. The hotel is absolutely super. Close to the airport and had indoor gym and swimming pool. But since we only stayed there from 6pm to 6:30am. I stayed in a comfortable big room and our dinner was served. It's just alacarte and I choose the ministrone-soup. A self service on the center table for salad and anchioves and vegetables. I took some smoke salmon, anchioves mixed with olive oil. The next morning I didn't feel very well and bloated. We were served only bread for breakfast and juice and coffee and that's it but since I don't feel well I just had coffee. The whole day on travelling to my original destination to Croatia was like suffering. Tummy aches and sweating and in the evening I was vomiting. 2 days It's like I had food but vomit after few hours. The last time I vomited was 2 anchioves that wasn't digested. Be careful of endulging too much anchioves with olive oil. I was dehydrated and sickly on for 3 days. I would never eat that food again.

The hotel is close to Bari International airport. A heated swimming pool is a great bonus after a flight ✈️. Service is excellent and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Our choice for this hotel was driven by the early morning flight from Bari 🇮🇹, Italy, a common reason among travelers, and we were pleased with the level of service we received despite the short duration of our stay. The transfer to the airport, which was included in the price, was quick and efficient. It would have been a bonus to have a breakfast to go option before our flight.

You need to ask them to bring a cattle. They are a spa hotel, but no robes were in the room. They tried to push a 80 Euro dinner, while denying that A la cart is available. The only good thing is the free shattle.

Really nice hotels, decent prices, didn't give it 5 stars for the below reasons: - there was no toothpaste in our room, apparently you need to ask for this at reception - WiFi didn't work for more than 2 decides - spa was decent but it was too crowded, we couldn't some of the spa rooms due to too many people using it, I was asked to wear a swimming pool cap when I wanted to go into the pool, then I saw people not wearing any caps in the pool? - at the time we went there seem to be a issue with lack of staff

Very good service, with shuttle to pick you up at the airport. Nice staff. Really nice swimming pool and spa and fitness center. Rooms are spacious and clean and quiet. Good buffet breakfast with sweet and salt, various hot and fresh drinks.

Only stayed overnight as had early morning flight .shuttle picks you up from airport and takes u back free of charge . Rooms big and spacious

We needed to stay here after another hotel in Bari cancelled our booking. We made the reservation on Booking and asked for twin rooms. One week before our stay they said it was impossible to satisfy our request as the hotel was fully booked. It would have been nice to tell that from the very beginning. We stayed here 5 nights and we were 16 adults. PROS: - close to airport and to Europa station, easy to go to Bari Centrale - free shuttle - large, clean, modern rooms - nice garden CONS: - breakfast was the same every morning, no veggies at all, long queues, sometimes we needed to wait even 10 minutes for some dishes - cold water in the evening - bathroom door not closing tightly, lack of intimacy - busy elevators - the cleaning staff forgot to leave new towels one day and they even took some cookies from a friend of mine - we received wrong directions regarding pick up from the airport - not all the main ingredients are fresh on the menu of the restaurant - the restaurant is very crowded on Saturday night - we could not enjoy the spa on Sunday as it opened only at 11:00 and the checkout is at 12:00 It could be a nice hotel if more attention were paid to details.

Not recommended! We booked the room , because our flight delayed, after 40 minutes when hotel confirm our reservation our flight was cancelled , the hotel didn’t want to cancel the reservation even just 40 minutes passed after we did it , the hostess talked very rude and not respectful. We lost our money , they don’t take care about their guests . Don’t deal with them !

Staff extremely rude and dismissive. At checkin, the lady just wanted to get us away from the desk ASAP, although there was nobody else waiting. She told us about the restaurant but she didn’t tell us it was already closed - we only found out once we got to the room. Tried to call for room service but they only had two types of panini. The guy on the phone was very dismissive as well. He just said “we have these two panini, what’s your room number?” Although I didn’t tell him we wanted to order. He kept repeating “room number?” While I was telling my wife what they had and she was thinking. Literally every second he was saying “room number?” Even though I told him to wait a moment. After a while he got annoyed and he said “well call us when you decide”. I get it if it was minutes but this all happened in 15 seconds max. Only gets an extra star because the room was good. We only stayed a few hours.

Absolutely unacceptable call to reception! I called earlier today to book a spa treatment. I called hotel reception and when a woman answered, I asked if they spoke English, she firmly answered no and in broken English told me that she did not take foreign bookings and then hung up. Never in my life has anyone from any hotel category spoken to me as such.

Convinient locations if you need to be at the airport early. Reception welcome was nice, at pool you can barely breath because of chlorine, dinner was seriously underwhelming. We stayed in Monopoli for a week, have not been in the best restaurants and they were mostly for tourists but this was the lowest quality food I ate in a week. Service is like in a factory, no smiles, no personality as the interior of the restaurant. It could be a funeral home. Room is clean except the window in and outside, also stinks when there is a bit of humidity either from the bathroom or outside.

Large, clean, quiet room with a big bed and close to the airport. Nice spa and swimming pool. There were however several issues: the restaurant staff is highly inefficient and impolite, the breakfast is terrible, the spa and swimming pool are closed until 10:30 - 11:00 AM, no trash bin except for the bathroom, no slippers.

Location if you need to be next to the airport it's the best place Service very nice but to formal It cloud be more Hygienic The gym one of the best I ever been in a hotel fully equipped very good job on this

We were a group of 12 people and stayed there for a week (business trip). There is a lot of racism in the hotel. If you are not Italian they will not serve you! Always try to earn extra money of you and there is a lot of dust in the room!!! Absolutely disgusting!

Decent hotel near the airport for a one night stay. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Swimming pool opens between 11am-7pm. Or room's air-conditioning didn't work and we complained also but no one came to fix it

Near the airport, free shuttle 25 min from the old city by train. 15 min by taxi. Love the spa!!! Great service The room was o.k. clean, big (we where 3 pepole), but simple. Breakfast was nice and also the dinner was good.
