Good quality, Way overpriced

I called to seek help with our kiddy cruiserfix pro we bought at a babyone store. The isofix connectors are not easy to use which is why the manufactorer suggests to get an isofix funnel. Why this is not part of the initial product is a question for another time. Why babyone doesnt recommend getting them is again another one. Not having any in stock is now something that is very disappointing. It gets better when the delivery time for ordering them is supposed to be 2-3 weeks. Luckily there is an amazon where delivery of the same item takes one day. The car seat itself is good :) The service mentality of baby one is not.

So far we have bought a Maxi Cosi child seat and an Easywalker buggy at Babyone Sasel. The selection, especially when it comes to child seats and strollers, is excellent. Price-performance ratio also fits. I would always pay 10% more for reasonable advice and an on-site inspection! Special thanks to the sales consultant "Marvin". He does a great job! we always feel very well advised. Through them we purchased these two items locally. There should also be some compensation from the headquarters. Keep it up! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and my experience has been positive. Unfortunately, there is no getting through by phone. I have tried several times, but the automatic response tells me that nobody in the specific department is answering the phone - and "please try again later" gets frustrating after a while. The thing is, I'm calling for a reclamation on a kids' buggy that I initiated in the store but haven't heard back on for months. Of course, that can happen, but then at least I'd like to be able to call in and ask about it. I would greatly appreciate someone getting back to me.

The clothes is nice but it seems like all the clothes is clothes for girls and I didn't find much for boys

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Baby One and my experience was nothing short of good. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was always there to help me without being intrusive. The selection of products was extensive and high quality, and I was impressed by the fair prices. I would particularly like to emphasize the competent advice. The seller took the time to answer my questions and recommend products that exactly met my needs. It's rare to experience such personalized service these days.

The customer service is terrible. Not only do they behave disrespectfully towards customers, but they also don't know how to control their tone. They lose track of their customers and start telling customers - and not exactly calmly - that regular lines are not functional and that customers can push past as they please. Today, January 15th, around 3 p.m., another customer pushed past me and my daughter (10 months). After a 20-minute wait, I of course got in touch, but was rejected and embarrassed in an unfriendly manner. If I could, I would give this customer service 0 stars.

A lovely baby shop. It's fun to shop here - especially with the charming saleswoman Vanessa. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great feel for the needs of customers. I wish there was a larger selection of some items - hence only 4 out of 5 stars.
