Drivers like to park in the bike path directly in front of the school, thereby endangering children. That's not possible, especially since there was a parking lot less than 20 meters away.

I am rating this product not as a customer, but as a supplier of goods. I have very mixed feelings about this company, especially when it comes to warehouse service. One older gentleman is very nice, he even knows a few words in Polish, the other younger one walks around and shouts something all the time and you don't know what he means. About the company itself. Very poor access to the address, and when we get there, we will find a terribly small square where it is difficult to maneuver, and on top of that, passenger cars are driving from all sides, completely disregarding the fact that you are trying to reverse under the ramp. It's easy to crash. There is no place to stand in the square itself, maybe you could stand in the street, but everything is blocked everywhere. Unloading starts at 8 a.m., but it can start half an hour earlier once all the cars are loaded.

Fast and, above all, competent service/advice. A little more expensive, but you save yourself having to spend a lot of time searching around in other specialty stores because they have everything you need. And if you do have to wait (many customers at the same time), the friendly staff will immediately invite you for a coffee.

Unfortunately it was a catastrophe for delivery. Goods acceptance only from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Called 10 pallets would be there at 3 p.m. Statement WA no tomorrow morning 8 a.m. ok Thursday 3 p.m. compulsory break. Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. a Pole is standing in front of the gate to unload the entire train. Statement WA one after the other no matter how much would bring. I also offered to unload myself, no change. I'm sorry, but I absolutely can't understand how you can have such inflexible WA times and then only one truck is allowed to unload at a time, even though there are 5 ramps available.

My architect/craftsman bought here, so I had to go there myself a few times. No recommendation - high-handed attitude as a monopolist, opaque return policy, slow processing at the counter (every transaction is NOT found at first), unfriendly to the first people when the shop opens in the morning.

Been nearby and urgently needed screws and dowels. Walked around the store briefly and didn't find anything. When I asked the employee, they cheekily said that I could only get something like that from a building materials store. Very impolite!
