Hello everyone! After about 3 months of training at Fitness First, I've decided to leave some feedback, which I hope someone will consider. First of all I would like to congratulate the staff for their kindness, they are nice and friendly, and I appreciated that from the first second. What I didn't like about the stuff was the fact that when signing the contract they said that the 80€ will include all the necessities including towels, that after a while I was told that I don't have a subscription that includes towels, which is in contradiction with what I talked about at the beginning, it's not about the amount I have to pay extra, and the fact that they made me feel bad..about it The equipment in the gym is state of the art, this I like very much, because of this I decided to come to this Fitness Studio, if everything was functional it would be perfect. In these 3 months I can count on my fingers how many times I used the Hidromassage chair after workouts, because it doesn't work all the time the same story with the solarium. And this is a very big minus. I know so, when I get paid I give full service for what I get paid, not quarter or half. Unfortunately from my side today you gonna take just 2 stars, and I would not recommend your services to the other, in fact I advised my friends not to come here. Marko’s abs class at 11am on Sundays is my favorite 🤩. He takes time to get to know the members in his course and is always creative and friendly. I like this club in general - all friendly and knowledgeable trainers. I look forward to the wellness Bereich being repaired! I miss the Dampfbad 😁 but yes - overall a great location. 🙌🏼 — Also just went to Yilmaz’s. He’s enthusiastic and interested in improving, which I respect :)

I came to Hamburg for one month and was looking for a gym that had the machines I needed and other services. I was lucky enough to stop by this fitness first, I was actually delighted to come her essentially every day and be greeted and supported by the best staff. Special thanks to Vivi who helped me whenever I needed it and showed me everything I need to see. Guys I highly recommend. It’s worth it!

The gym is in a great space. It has a variety of facilities and equipment, with wellness facilities as well. The staff was helpful from the beginning and the Trainer Yilmaz was highly professional and attentive when creating my workout plan. I would highly recommend.

This gym is one of the best in Hamburg in my opinion. I like how spacious and airy it is. Very nice equipment layout. The Pool is good size and sauna area is very good. It's clean and not far away from the U-Bahn station. Only staff could be more responsible when is the end of working hours. It's not polite and safe to turn off lights, someone can get injured.

Viviann was amazing greeting me. The spa and sauna are incredible and truly one of a kind. I highly recommend it and it is super clean. It’s kind of a maze of a club but once you figure your way around it is worth the price . Highly recommend the sauna after training.

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had!!! Never buy monthly membership by them!!! I bought a monthly membership, chose it because it had option to cancel every month. After few days at gym, I decided not to extend membership and cancel it. First I was told that although the membership has monthly cancellation option, in reality they can cancel not by the end of the month but by the end of the month + 2 weeks So I had to pay +50% of intended! But after that I found out that in reality my membership was cancelled only in 4 days after that period. So I had to pay +20 euro?!! I refused to do this and wrote a letter to customer support. They didn’t read it and just kept sending me request to pay threatening to sue me???!! I paid this extra 20 euro but be sure that I would never come back to them

Impossible to work out, doesn’t matter the time you come. It’s always full and all the machines are occupied. Too many people! The wellness area it’s also always full and quite dirty, it stinks. Reconsidering to change to another gym if it continues like this

I was in Hamburg and wanted to work out. I got a day pass at Fitness First and it was a great experience. Everything was clean and there were good areas for every kind of workout. The place has s nice vibe. They even provide towels, which is nice when you are traveling.

Tobey a PT from this gym was great! I went to this gym for the first time, and he showed me the entire place, providing an excellent explanation of the top-notch machines that this gym has. I am an experienced gym-goer, but even then, Tobey showed me some new exercises focusing on small balance muscles. Highly recommend!💪

Very nice and modern gym. I think the eGym is a very nice plus. Tobi was really amazing with the onboarding and first body check, and Tina and the rest of the team very kind and welcoming 👍

Spent one week in Hamburg and was looking for a gym to attend. Not only it has a great choice of equipment, training zones and pool but also a decent trial and really helpful and friendly staff. Amazing gym! Highly recommend 👌

fancy club with extreme friendly stuff. unfortunately there are so many not responsible guests in the man changing room throwing away used towels everywhere. sadge…..

Staff are often young, a bit incompetent and overworked. Seems to be a place not only where customers can train, but also where the employees are trained in managing a gym. Good thing is they are usually not without a sense of humor and as helpful as they can be. Like any other gym, avoid it during peak times, and it should be ok.

Great gym, super personnel but music is really missing. Often soft pop and very rare music with tempo and power.

Nicest fitness first in Hamburg in my opinion. This gym is spacious, clean and has most of the necessary equipment. However, dedicated calf training equipment is not present, for example. Otherwise staff is nice and I like the style of the place. The building itself is gorgeous and matches the overall experience. Can recommend

Perfectly equipped upscale gym with weights, functional training area, large spa (pool, sauna, steam bath) and airy, spacious layout. Team was super-welcoming too! Will come again!

A Great fitness studio :p

The gym is very good (lately some construction work is going on, which did annoy a little). It will be three-four months since I have been regular at this gym. I love the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning Move it classes conducted by Nazanin. She is fantastic!!!, with vast knowledge and a great approach. Me with a limited knowledge of German, was a bit sceptical but she has made everything easy! I would also like to mention Tina (she is so kind and always has a welcoming) and Lukas (Body-pump workouts are pretty amazing).

The new wellness area is great, just enjoyed the sauna there. And the trainer Roman is very helpful in looking for the new place for giving back towels, nice guy!

Clean gym with all the required equipment. No cell signal inside the gym. So make sure you have music saved.

I really like the equipment and setting of this gym. The high ceilings give a nice spacious feeling. The staff are very friendly and professional and ready to help. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve trained in gyms all over Europe and this is my favourite so far. Opens nice and early , lots of space and has a swimming pool. The only criticism is I wish they had heavier dumbbells, currently only up to 50 KG.

Being new in Hamburg, I was not familiar with anything in this new city. One decision that I am very happy of making is signing up at this location of FitnessFirst. I am very excited and satisfied working with my extra supportive trainer, Nazanin.

I've been training in gyms for many years, but this chain of gyms has surprised me ... has one of the best facilities from saunas, swimming pools, calisthenics area. But the best of all is the human treatment they give you from the employees… Special thanks to Landry and Leon! The best personal trainer in Hamburg!

Very nice studio with very friendly staff! You have everything you need in terms of equipment and to have a pool (not olympic but still something) is a nice highlight! Thumps up!
