Awesome modern hotel. Very nice decor nice rooms, nice bar, nice restaurant , fantastic breakfast super service. Everything was just so great it was sad leaving :)

Great soft opening for a hotel like this...Amazing staff at the front desk... Experienced an excellent soft opening at Pierdrei Hotel. The breakfast buffet was top notch - lots of variety - accommodating different dietary options. We tried the restaurant for dinner and found it excellent - and even though very small menu bc of soft opening -- just a few dishes from Asia - and maybe because of - each ingredient could be distinctly tasted. Man at front desk was very nice in accommodating room change to a room on higher floor and one facing the courtyard so could avoid construction noise. Decor - clean, bright, and calm....Was something out of the box idea for the hotel set up...But a beautiful place managed by beautiful people with loads of knowledge...Wish u team all the best for the beautiful future...Cheers...

Fantastic hotel! My son had a wonderful time playing at the children's center in the hotel. There is a children's center where you can check out games and books (free) or where kids can stay to play or do activities (small fee). Great location near grocery shops, an awesome playground, and the Speicherstadt.

I stayed two different times at Pierdrei Hotel and loved both times. The hotel has a good location, multilingual staff, a fun vibe, a 24hr snack room, a bar, a great breakfast buffet, a rooftop patio, and best of all...windows that open for fresh air. I will be back.

This was an excellent hotel with an amazing location walking distance to many attractions. Service was excellent, prompt, accommodating and professional. The hotel and rooms were clean, as were the showers and bathrooms. The sheets were a very nice textured cotton, the pillows were comfortable and the bed was firm. The only issue was perhaps the small size of a single room versus the cost. Otherwise, superb.

Visiting Hamburg for a business trip, this is the closest hotel to my clients. Staff is kind and speak English, room is nice and quite, at third floor there is no noise from the main road. From the airport it took about 45 minutes by underground and bus at low cost. The room has new and modern furniture with a nice bathroom. The room is nicely decorated and you can open the window to get outside fresh air. Free wi-fi fast and easy to connect. I'm surprised the minibar is empty, there are no UBS plugs to charge mobile phones and devices. There are just 3 power plugs for charging mobile/devices and badly located. The TV has over 50 channels, only 2 English news channels but no movies. I didn't find a welcome kit about services available (room service is available?) and info about area/city. Breakfast is not included in the daily price. The lift needs the key tap to run, it's probably for security reason but very annoying, most people in the lift don't understand how it works. So the wait for the lift is always very long.

👍 Hip, casual hotel at a reasonable price and at a central location. Beds are comfortable, and the rooms are well equipped. 👎 Breakfast was worse than expected (for the price at least): no milk alternatives, lousy coffee, and stale bread.

I was a lucky one to visit the hotel during the soft opening week. Really enjoyed my stay. Unique Interior with iconic Vintage toys and books. Great ambience in the restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful room. Great service.

Excellent hotel at a great location. Everything was great - room, service, breakfast... The only minus worth mentioning is quality of towels which could be better at the hotel of this class.

Really clean, modern hotel. The bar area was cosy. The room was spotless, well planned and modern looking. The toiletries were excellent quality. A nice touch was the games and books in the room.

We were so amazed by staying here for 2 days! Great location, the design of the hotel is top notch, quite and bright rooms, modern furniture, everything is so thought through ! Service is also very fast, friendly, the breakfast variety and quality are excellent ! Definitely the place to give the highest recommendations ! Looking forward to come back here again !

Good but not great. Comfy rooms but lacking some of the creature comforts you would expect at that price point (coffee and/or tea maker, bath amenities, vanity, minibar). Checkout at 11 is early. Staff was friendly but not overly welcoming. Better bang for your buck at other hotels nearby.

One of those places you want to visit again. Great location, premium attention to guests. Unforgettable decoration.

I liked it - clean, cosy rooms and nice staff. Restaurant area is a pretty cool and the decorator has obviously both had a good time and a pretty decent budget ;) Hotel is not super centrally placed, if you want to go downtown a cab or scooter is probably needed. They do have bike rentals in the hotel though, big plus for that. Staff was welcoming, spoke good English even though I really wanted to use my somewhat rusty “Autobahn Deutsch” My AC in the room was not working properly, it as soon as I mentioned it they sent a tech to fix it. Overall - would come back :)

First of all, the hotel has a great location being ing the speicherstadt and the hafencity. The room was for 2 people in a medium sized room, #586. there’s a tv with all the tv channels, an extremely comfortable bed, a safe, a mini-fridge, and a card game and a board game. The hotel has a rooftop and a lounge, you can rent bikes and have breakfast. The WI-FI is very fast and works very well. We got a corner window room, which I think is the best. The room also has a desk. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for three nights.

Stayed one night, reasonably priced comfortable clean room, parking nearby, and courteous professional staff. Centrally located and easy walking to multiple attractions. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Nice hotel in Hamburg. - People were friendly and nice - View from the windows were pretty - Water that hotel sells was a bit too expensive (should be cheaper especially because customers have to walk to a separate room to buy things) - Mostly a self service hotel, kind of cool! - Clean hotel in general - Nice vibe in the bar inside the lobby - My room was pretty spacious, however, there was not much place to put your things and clothes around. A small sofa or chair is necessary - Workspace desk is too small

A family visit to Hamburg by 3 of us. Hotel’s reception staff were very professional and helpful. Room was of thoughtful design, making sharing for 3 of us easy and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

Picked this hotel in a hurry and wanted to be near a meeting I was supposed to attend on the next day - bingo! Kind people, lovely rooms and great atmosphere - really worth staying here when visiting Hamburg! Keep up the high spirit and hospitality!

The location is one of the best you can get in Hamburg to walk around and get to know the city. Everything is so close, its easy to walk to. And if that's not close enough the bus is just next to the hotel. The room was practical and had modern interior. It also had board games which made it feel like home really quickly.

Lovely place with lovely people, really nice breakfast, dinner and coffee/tea around the clock . <3 An awesome lounge area to play the board games from their collection or to read and relax. I was also using the great working space with plugs and wlan. The athmosphere is warm, cosy, stylish and decorated with many art pieces unlike many other hotels. We enjoyed our short stay a lot and wish the PIERDREI Hotel good luck for the future!

A great hotel. The rooms are very spacious and are equipped with amazing facilities. The views from the rooms are great. The staff speak English and are extremely kind and child friendly! There is a breakfast option available, as well as parking underneath the hotel. My one complaint is that the lifts / elevators require you to swipe your room card to go to any other floors than the ground floor (and others) causing my family and I to end up rather confused on the first day. However, I can understand this if it is for security reasons. The hotel is located in an ideal place for activity seekers, with the Miniature Wunderland just a 5 minute walk away. An amazing hotel! 5/5
