We had the Sangeet Ceremony of my Niece at Hotel Golden Orchid. It has a nice arrangement and location. The open lawn is good to have food stalls and sitting arrangement. The pathway to the garden and hall is well maintained. Decoration to the place was also amazing. You can avail on demand vallet-parking facility. The space is good to have around 200-250 people gathering. The hall can be used to setup stage and DJ. Overall a nice experience. I recommend this place for your functions.

Wonderful home away from home. Firstly both the managers day and night are fantastic gentleman kind courteous, and easy to talk with. On a visit to Convent of Jesus and Mary to see my ailing aunt Sr. Francesca almost 90 years. This lovely hotel was a blessing just 15 minutes away. I was upgraded to premium room with no extra charge. Isn't that hospitality. What more g could have asked for. My Grandson Jake enjoyed his sleep on a wonderful big king size bed tucked into clean sheets. Coffee maker additional frills to beat the cold. Mr Ajay manages with smiles and ever ready to help in a jiffy. Food is excellent with room service from any of their two restaurants vegetarian and chillies non vegetarian food. Don't miss this place for a comfortable stay in Ambala. You will not regret it. My testimony is an honest truth for you to choose this property for a comfortable stay in Ambala. Brilliant services. Nice and clean rooms. Staff behaviour is very polite and courteous. Prompt room service. Food is awesome and super delicious. We have been staying here for many days and whenever we come here, we always stay in this hotel. Also they allow late checkout if we make a request to them which is very helpful as we have some prior appointments. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel if anyone wants to stay in Ambala

Great location, easy access. The rooms are very big and clean. Easily 4 people can stay. Bathrooms are new and well done. Toilets are wall mount and good quality. Shower could have been better. Hot water always available. Mattress was of good quality and clean. Look, it's not Taj or Radisson, but looking it prices You pay, I would say it great value. In my view (I did lot of research before booking) this is the best option in Ambala for a night's stay.

Stayed in September 2022 at Hotel Golden Orchid to attend a family function .The entire staff was co-operative ,friendly and attentive.Rooms were big ,clean ,neat and tidy .Food was delicious and prepared fresh so it takes a little time.Special mention goes to Ajay Pathania who took great care for us and arranged the stay for my driver as well. Room service was great too.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Hotel Manager Mr. Ajay Pathania is a nice person and makes it an easy stay by allowing early check-ins if the rooms are available and also assists with taxi bookings. Over all a good package.

Excellent hotel to stay for a night or two. Clean and cosy rooms with ample parking. Great staff members with nice and friendly behaviour. The room service is about slow but their behaviour compensates the same. The location is on the highway and easy to reach.

Newly done up rooms are good. But the overall cleanliness is not up to expectations. Staff was good. Billing process very slow though.

We went to attend family function in Ambala. As there were many guests at home,we decided to stay in hotel. Well the room had no ventilation, the only window opened in shaft which had pipeline etc. As it was already midnight & we were tired ,we took it. We ordered tea & sandwich,the bread was totally dry without any butter and tea was taste less. I won't recommend this hotel because of our experience, but can't say that the same will happen to others.

Stayed at this hotel for two weeks while visiting my family in India who had ongoing construction at home. The room was comfortable, the food was delicious and the staff was very professional. A shout out to Jaipal Ji, one of the staff members, who was a delight to deal with and was helpful throughout my stay there. As a female traveling in India, safety was a factor for me and I am glad I chose this hotel. Kudos to the whole service team!
