Totally bad experience👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻the store owner is very rude…he dont know how to speak the customer…On 2nd june they gave me footwear without tag when we go to return back at store they just throw the shoes and said these was not from their shop they cant accept…but if u gave without tag then why not accept it…i have bill of all of items…after that i spoken on phone they blamed me insted of their staff…i never seen that kind of store owner…please dont visit this store…totally disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pathetic experince.I am purchasing articles from first cry since 2 years. I have to return an article but the owner and the service boy blamed me for changing the lower . After checking found their own mistake. Then didnt even felt sorry. They showed their errogance and also misbehaved. Very very disappointing. If the policy is not to change the product then why r you changing. Either handle the customer properly or show your errogance. It is as simple is that

People are not relevant everytime showing monopoly of his single FirstCry store at Barnala location. Store Manager misbehaving with customers. Not clear cut information on offers. Compared to FirstCry website, these store people are charging atleast double price. Once you have selected the items and post for billing then you can not cancel ordered items. Thus overall very bad experience with this store. So not to reccomend to buy things from this store, if require you should visit on First cry website directly..

Good showroom.. Found some very bew items which are very modern... But it seems too costly... May vary for others pocket..

Few days ago I visited barnala branch, but their way of talking and behavior was very bad. Worst thing was their counter manager was trying to defend their staff instead of listening me. I advise to all don't ever visit their store specially their barnala branch. Forcefully they will try to sale their products.
