I have been here on 2 or 3 occasions and every time they have been rude and bad mannered. They expect everything to be absolutely perfect despite reducing the price they pay and rounding down to the nearest kg, always to their advantage. On this occasion the clothes I took were very good some never worn yet they seem to find the smallest excuse to put them aside. I seriously wouldn't bother unless you want to be humiliated for a couple of pounds. I will definitely be taking my excess clothes to a charity shop in future. Not worth the hassle.

The service they offer is great, the person serving was constantly complaining though; How busy she was, how little space there was in the back, how all customers arrive together etc, etc. If you're prepared to stand around feeling like a bit of an inconvenience for a few minutes, it's a great service, they pay well and in cash straight away.

Really rude lady in the shop. Tbh I'd sooner take them to the tip in future rather than be served with such ignorance. Avoid at all costs!

Use this service all the time and the normal lady is really nice. But arrived today at 3.40 when the close at 4, she was just bringing the sign in from outside. As we brought our clothes into the cabin she started tutting and sighing and slammed her clipboard down on the desk, when I asked her if there was a problem she snapped no and carried on, she was throwing and slamming the clothes around throughout and made us feel really uncomfortable. I hope she’s not going to be permanent there.

Used cash for clothes here a few times and Carol J has always been lovely and so helpful! People don't realise that as well as getting some money for your clothes, you're a really doing some good for the environment as C4C upcycle everything and send it to Africa for local traders! Stopping your clothes from adding to the landfill crisis and also helping traders in third world countries make a living for their families. So go take your unwanted clothes there! Will definitely be visiting again and I can't praise Carol enough for her lovely conversations and for making the whole process super simple and enjoyable! Thanks Carol❤️

Used Barnsley cash for clothes several times, served by Carol most times, she has always been very friendly and helpful. It's great to pass these clothes etc on for other people to use and receive something back in the process Will use again
