Feeling a deep ache in a tooth I new I needed a root canal, I contacted my Dentist Dr. Butts to schedule the dreaded appointment only to find she was on vacation, Dr. Michael Seidman her colleague and partner who I had not met offered an appointment the next day, win! Greeted me with such a relaxed environment even during COVID, Was in and out in 25 minutes tops! Unbelievably awesome Dentist, HIGHLY recommend this firm for all your dental needs, this team is dialed in and gives you a warm and friendly welcome every time.

From out of town and daughter had an emergency (bracket fell off and wire was cutting in to her gum)…when I called they were happy to help! So friendly and reasonably priced! Thanks to them, my daughter’s vacation will now be “pain free”!!!!

Very professional, easy check in. I have always been fearful of the dentist, the staff and Doctor Seidman made me feel very comfortable. I will continue to use them for my future dental needs! Update as of 2/11/22.. Had to have my first root canal ever. If you read my previous review you will know I fear the dentist! This establishment will make you feel like part of the family. The Dental assistants are very kind and extremely good at what they do! Dr. Janet Butts did an outstanding job on my root canal, I will never go anywhere else other than Dental Associates of Cape Cod! Thank you so much, DAOCC! 😁

We are not their patients (we were vising Cape), but when we had an emergency ( broken front teeth), they agreed to see us immediately, although the office was closing soon. They quickly accepted my son for an x-ray and were very professional, informative and quick. Very, very human attitude and I am very grateful that they were so accommodating.

Dr. Butts is very unpolite. They appeared to be in a hurry, barely listening to any concerns. The lack of communication and empathy was evident throughout the appointment, leaving me and my child feeling like just another faceless patient. Aside from the discourteous behavior, the overall atmosphere of the office was unwelcoming. Rudeness should never be excused in a professional setting, specially when it comes to healthcare. Sadly, this office failed to meet the basic expectations.

Love them all!! I have been a patient for about 7 years now! Love the attention, their work ethic and friendliness. It feels like a family. And I’m so happy that my babies (1 year,almost 3years old) will have that same love, care and attention with them! Highly recommend!

Dr. Butts, Dr. Reimer, Dr. Seidman all worked on me with great skill and are very nice people. The support staff, assistants and hygienist namely Wendy, Michelle, Daijah, and Bill are always kind to me and pleasant, highly proficient folks. I am a recent new patient of Dental Associates of Cape Cod. I had a very good dentist on Nantucket who left Nantucket, That said, I couldn't believe how helpful and friendly everyone at DACC has been since the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff whether a receptionist of a doctor greets with a smile and explains everything in detail to you. They make you very relaxed and comfortable. And.... they do a great job! Too bad the others couldn't be this way. I highly recommend Dental Associates of Cape Cod!

Everyone who works here is fantastic! Great customer Service, Great Dentist's who take care and joy in there work. I have never had anyone do such a great job on cleaning my teeth then Bill Mulligan, R.D.H He does a fantastic job my teeth could not be cleaner! I Highly Recommend you visit this office!

Great !! Friendly and helpful. My three children feel comfortable with cleanings. Two have had braces and we are very happy with the results!! Any problem or question the staff make sure to answer or get back to us as soon as possible.

I have been a patient now for two years and I love them! The staff exude a fun, friendly, almost family like environment. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable. It is almost a spa-like environment, just wish they had the spa background music to accompany their wonderful service!
