I came to eat here yesterday and I had a really good time. I visited from Texas and their steak is amazing! I had a steak platter with 3 different cuts of meat with well seasoned fries, cherry tomatoes and roasted baguettes. I ordered it in medium and it came out perfect. As a dessert we had a plate with different flavors of ice cream and fruits. All over this experience was a 10/10. I can recommend this place and their variety of food.

We happened on this place by pure chance and it was a great place to stay. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was a good size with good storage and very clean. There were windows opening to the back garden which might have been noisy with drinkers if it was midsummer but very quiet when we were there. We heard no noise from other guests and the continental breakfast was excellent with breads, eggs, several meats and several cheeses plus yogurt and fruits. We weren’t planning to eat dinner here but sitting in the bar, the food looked so good we tried one of the smaller dishes, a skewer with different types of meat and vegetable with salad & potatos. It was excellent quality and enough for a snack for the both of us. I’d definitely eat here again and it did seem very popular. Highly Recommended.

The best hotel and resto in the world!

This place is all what u need for a wonderful vacation at Ahlhorn. Perfecto!

Fabulous little inn, clean and quiet with incredibly low prices in comparison to what we are used to when traveling in the US. The breakfast each morning was delicious (traditional brötchen, cold cuts, cheeses, butter, honey and jams, soft boiled eggs, coffee & tea) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you don't speak German, bring a phrasebook, because they don't speak much English. It's across the street from the train station and several supermarkets and convenience stores are within a very short walking distance, should you need anything.
