I am so pleased with my experience at Kotler Galleries and Auctioneers. The minute I stepped into the store, I was greeted by a store representative who was so helpful and kind. It was my first time selling some jewelry, and the store representative walked me through the steps and explained everything to me. I was able to sell some jewelry and I also purchased the cutest ring for my daughter! Will definitely be coming back here!!

Consignors, be careful with their live auctions. Seems like there is always a "mysterious" floor bidder showing up to buy your stuff at reserve price. As a matter of fact, 99% of their items at auction sell for exactly 75% of the lowest estimate (check their past auctions on LiveAuctioneers). This consistent selling price in live auctions for 75% of the lowest estimate for all their items (across categories) is kind of interesting...to say the least...

Ed made sure to not only resize my stunningggggggg Rolex watch so it's ready to wear immediately upon receiving it, I also needed it for a function and so he put a rush on the package that arrived just in time. Such a kind seller who truly wants his customers happy. I've purchased time and time again and am finally leaving a well deserved review for this company. Customer service is their number one priority. I love working with Ed and Ron. Thanks Kotler Galleries yet again for another beautiful item and for always delivering above and beyond.

Ronald, was very helpful when I needed my ring resized. The work was done expertly, and I’m really happy with the results. Since my visit was during the COVID pandemic, I really appreciated the cleanliness, masks, and other accommodations. This was my first time there, but it’s going to be my go-to jewelry place.
