Worst Hospital , i request you to not to visit if u want your patient healthy , the 4.5 review here is all paid , we trusted the review and went to admit my dad , but the service is terrible, the worst i could find in Kolkata. Shame on this Hospital , they're not even changing the bedsheet having blood on it , patients fan isn't working, the rooms are dirty, worst Hospital.

Barrackpore has the worst health facility. Multiple hospitals are there but the condition is terrible. Dirty toilets, dirty wards and even the paediatric wards are also dirty. Food is not proper for the patients and their guardians. You have to literally ask for food every time. I was referred by the doctor otherwise I would never have visited this hospital. Stay AWAY!

Managing system is very worst. We all interview candidates are standing here more than 5 hours.. Without fan.. They have no responsibility... During 1st round interview they did this same.. Who don't have responsibility and care about their employees.. How they assure patients for providing health care... 😡😡

Fake Reviews. This Hospital is a scam. They don't have doctors. They literally put ward boys and nurses as Doctors who consult some real doctors over the callnl and they deal with it. They know they are doing a scam and they prepare accordingly. U will see bouncers in the Hospital which is quite weird, but the reason is evident. They are minting money by admitting people, handled by untrained nurses and rude staffs. NEVER, EVER, Admit anyone in this Hospital. Even by mistake. U will regret.

This Hospital is nothing but a death trap. Dr. is not available. Hospital run by on call doctors only. Dirty and congested rooms. Stuff behaviour is not good. If you have options, please don't admit your patient in this hospital. They almost killed my father before transfer to another hospital.

This is a very very poor place for treatment. If you have option don't admit your patient here. They do not have many test facility. For test they are taking patient to nearby Apollo clinic, that too bare foot and without mask in ambulance . Staff are rude. When patient call for help they come after 1 hour. Do not have clean bedsheet. Bed is hard like brick. Patient will get worse here. Better keep your patient at home instead of bringing to this place. My father was admitted here but their service impelled me to take discharge.

Admitted my mother for 1 unit of blood transfusion on 17.03.23 and blood transfusion happened on the same day. After 2 days Dr still want to keep her on observation without any specific reason. Finally I have to make a request to discharge her on my responsibility.

My mother Nandita Mukherje admitted in critical condition under Dr Soumyadito Banerjee. Now she is better.Thank you all. Dr Bannerjee very good.we are happy and thankful

I liked service of this hospital. Though referral letter wasn't with me. Yet the doctor performed operation. Referral letter was submitted later by my office.

My mother was hospitalized with multiple organ failure. She is a severe diabetic patient. We are very satisfied with the care she received. The doctors are very approachable. Provided honest feedback. Today we are taking her back home. It's because of the care she received here.

Worst health care centre of Barrackpore. Recently a 7 year old girl operataed for absolute stomach ache. And doctor over there took out her appendix, where the stomach ache occurred only for gas formation.

Really I am highly satisfied about the service of Galaxy Multispeciality Hospital and the treatment and the behavior and co-operation with us is command able.Really I am lucky to meet him.

Don't ever admit in this hospital, the service is very third class and slow, afterall they charge you 10k-20k per day by saying that these are the fees for wellness and blah blah. Patients will feel weak even if they are not weak. The staff are very illiterate, they can't even read English, they can't speak hindi, they don't want to expose so they don't give mobiles to their patients, very unskilled nurses and ward boys are there "bach ke rehna re baba". I don't want to give a single star ⭐ also ! Please if you have admitted your loved ones here take a discharge and shift them in a better hospital!!! Thank you!

Service is verry bad and there are sequrity gard is so bad language and there are theding to me. He is telling to no mor come this hospital and and verry bad language use to me and my wife. Verry roude behaviour sequrity gard. receptionist hospital culture no more than any person is helpful.
