The less said the better! This is the worst hospital I've ever seen in my life. There lies plethora of issues that can be easily put forward regarding the hospital. It can be compared as to a living hell! Least sanitation, poor management, poor treatment, extremely unclean, incompetent staffs and management, poor facilities, filthy atmosphere, unfathomable bad service and many more. It's regardless to say that it's a Government Hospital. The condition is so wretched and outrageous that no human beings shall be entertained to get treatment over here. It's absolutely beyond expectation and sickening to get a glimpse of such a hospital in the heart of the big and highly urbanised city like Barrackpore. The Government must pay heed and redress the problem at the earliest possible. Thank you!

Government hospital. Low treatment cost. It's very helpful for poor people. Such a service you can not expect from a government job. Good facilities from the hospital. The hospital is gradually improving. Some doctors are really very good and there behavior is also good. The hospital opens for 24×365 hours. Emergency service is always available here. Some workers of the hospital are very much helpful.

Absolutely the worst hospital in the world And the doctors are trained actors.Don't know anything about medical treatment or hospitality. Requesting to all to not go in this Horse Bittele (Hospital).Because every staff of this hospital just know that how to kill anyone with perfection in front of the patients cousins.Requesting to the God to close the hospital as soon as possible on behalf of humanity. You will receive the same level of service and facilities as you would at any other government hospital. The security officers are courteous and assist you with your navigation. This has a Covid19 ward as well. Many cats can be found roaming around the hospital.

It is very important to write this. (2 March 2021) Patients were guided to share their oxygen mask, nebulizer mask. I could not believe what I saw, at this cororna times even pre corona how could a hospital even think of such actions. It is life risking, the oxygen mask was used by one patient (72age) and after an hour another patient (16 age) was required so the nurses and masi shifted the same oxygen mask to her and then after few hours another patient who was 1year old and so on. There are cats and dogs inside the hospital in the male /female ward, sewage problem obviously the washroom was dirty and flooded for the whole time, the unclean beds of patients with that they had to share beds, arrogant Massi are there only if you give money they will help you even for asking of water . All types of insects with their Webs have made home in the wards in the O. T. Loadshedding! Lift was stuck, also lift is only for patients not for visitor. This hospital is absolutely ignorant towards everything . If someone thinks this is good for poor people, NO! even poor people do not deserve this kind of service. This is not supposed to be called a hospital, its just near to a dense area and so people have no option with less budget but to visit here. I urge to the government or anyone reading this Please B. N Bose hospital needs a lot of improvement. A government hospital with this condition and level of treatment is a shame to our country.

It's a Government Hospital. Doctors and nurses are good with communication and skills with promot action to help patients. If the hygiene and sanitation facilities are done with some good extent then it might become a good place for the needy people

Poor management. Docotors do not care about patients, it has the worse nurses.. If u want your family members to come back home never admit them in this hospital .. they kill the patient with extreme mental and physical torture .

Good Hospital with nearly all medical facilities and Doctors and specialists. The Emergency section is very busy throughout the day. They are also providing medicine for the patients. Overall it's a helpful place for us and the sub area of barrackpore. Only a little extra cleaning is required.

This is a hospital I never want to remember. The worse hospital I have ever visited . Dirty environment as well as doctors . Nurses are there just to get their salary even if a patient is dying they will neglect it as they no their job won't be affected.

The hospital is moderately clean. During any kind of medical emergency it becomes a live saver for the locals. Also one can get health checkup from specialist doctors for very very cheap. But the only problem is that you have to stand in a long queue. The medicine shop is also good, sometimes some medicines are not available but for the most part important medicines are available. Also the shop provides medicines at 70% - 75% discount. And it is available for literally everyone. The name of the medicine or company may vary but the composition of the medicine will be same and there is no problem with that. Overall the place is nice.

This was such a horrible experience!! My uncle was been admitted there recently!! They literally tried to kill him!! Didn't provide any sufficient medications!! Stopped his ongoing IV by injecting the syringe very wrongly for the 2nd time!! He needed blood which was suggested by doctor himself but the nurses didn't supply him the blood!! He wasn't having breathing problem but they put oxygen mask on his face!! Didn't give him his insulin!! Didn't even treat his wound not even for once!! Cats were roaming around even occupied the beds!! Such a horrible place to get treatment!! I feel disgusting

It is very urgent to repair the hospital...All the doctors here are very experienced and very good.And the gourd here is very conservative. And the behavior is not good. Doesn't get along well with anyone... THANKYOU

I am living near by this hospital from auto it will take less then 10 min to reach there Very gd government hospital ,staffs and everything is good but if ur patients is in critical condition they refer to go RG Kar hospital or otherwise Sagar Dutta Hospital beacuse they don't have enough equipments and doctors here .

As it was a govt. Hospital 🏥.. everyone's know 😏 how it's facilities and treatment were been provided...... .. .... .... I faced the problem - that security on the gate not 🚫 speaking 🗣️ to the person kindly.., limited bed ,, 2 patient are lying in one 🛏️ bed , behaviour of the Doctor 💊 was good with the patient,, but nurses are low 🔅 educated..

It a Mahakuma Hospital & good services now. There are so many specialist Doctors for take care and a fare rate medicine shop situated at it. Any medical emergency case you may trust on it.

Worst hospital have ever seen my child was admitted at sncu ward nurses are very bad and illiterate lady all of them they don't take care of new born babys instead they shout on mother's for no reason worst experience I had from this ward they let baby cries for hour an hour... They are busy with their mobile phones... Should be thrown out they are not eligible for this duty... If we mother's ask for help or something they behave very rude... Please take some actions against them atleast train them to behave polite... Some doctors ar also very rude on this ward...
