The worst experience of my life. I had called there for taking appointment of my Doctor, they told the Doctor will be available from 4pm to 6 PM , and he only visit 14 patients, but I went there and became very surprised, the fact is that there are ahuge patients without any previous appointment, and the staffs are maintaining those mobs with their personal preference, they are taking tips from individuals to give them front over to Doctor. No one is there to monitor ing the que . The administration so poor , that it is worst than a local Drs chamber. Drs are Good , but they silently support these anarchy. They are sending their self known person first breaking the line. In the picture there is one person with yellow colour Shirt or Fatua, he may be priest of the Hospital, his candidate was send before many parents who had taken appointment before. Like him many cases are going through the staffs who are taking appointment later by giving some tips or taking the identification of Doctors driver. So please don't go to this bad place.

This is a big hospital you can notice when you are going up or coming down from the 15 no overbridge in barrackpore. This hospital has been used for covid only patients and people who work there have said that many patients died here. Anyway talking about the actual service of this place its costly, expect a big figure bill if you are going here. The hospital has good amount of space around it and has a café for the visitors there. The rooms are AC and there are dieticians for the patients alongside the doctors, the treatment is costly but unfortunately not effective. The local people would still consider going to other hospitals rather than this in emergency situations.

If I had to give rating on services provided by nursing staff, I could give 5 star without any doubt. Thanks to the nursing staffs for their services they are providing. Doctors are very good. But honestly, I have to review on the basis of over all experiences in the hospital. Administrative services are very slow and irresponsible, in case you required something after hospitalization. In my case they took 2-3 hrs to provide a paracetamol, 1-1.5 hrs to just change a meal, 2 hrs to provide a cup of tea if you wish a extra cup and this was happened even after following up by the nursing staff. Pls don't ask to provide a news paper, they will provide the news paper on the next day after printing from the press.. 🤣🤣🤣. Note: phones are strictly not allowed with the patient. Please carry your own magazines or some book to pass your time. Billing process not transparent at all, there bills may surprise you some of the thing are not used for you or unecessarily provided. They will only provide you the bill after final remaining payment by you in case of TPA.( Don't idea about self payment). *Above reviews are based on my personal experience. Someone else experience may be good.

Good hospital with prompt service ,24 hour doctor available,consultants visit within 2 hours after patient admission,nursing staffs and house kipping stafs are very cooperative.... consultants of all speciality is available here....in-house pathological lab,xray,ct scan,usg done here....in true sense this is a good hospital in this locality...

This is a very good hospital. Look how well they manage social distancing. If you wait here for 3-4 hours, then maybe you can get your turn for paying the money for vaccine. I don't know how long you have to wait for vaccine itself. There's definitely no lack of arrangements.

The administration is awful. The Housemaid, managers and all. Behaviour is not good, we are paying in thousands and here housemaid is arguing with the patients parents, for what? This needs to be seriously escalate, and I will complaint to Techno Group also.

Worst Staff experience, whether it is maid or manager. They should learn from South Indian Hospitals how to behave with Patients or his families. We are paying for the service. Gonna complaint it to Techno Group

My dear friends, the service of Barrackpore Techno Global Hospital is very bad. I admitted my wife to the hospital for maternity and there is no good service in cabin number 312 like the general cabin and the service here is worse than that of BN Bose Hospital. The service here is worse than BN Bose Hospital. The hospital authorities have no supervision.

My mother had two surgeries done here simultaneously one at right hand for carpal tunnel syndrome, and one open hernioplasty for umbilical hernia. Both surgeries were succesful and had no complication. Post op care was not bad either. Though she had some grievance about the dietician, and some of the healthcare staffs were not well trained, apart from that the whole experience was nice. workers were polite to us, helped us whenever we needed. There's a lot of scope to develop for this institution. I loved the garden and the pool area, so many trees around a hospital is really rare, the atmosphere is really comfortable and neat and clean.

It's a trash hospital, no hope of survival. 1) Oxygen pipe was given to the patient, instead of oxygen going out, blood started coming back, when asked he said it is medicine. 2) Also steals (stole gold nose pin from mother's nose). If you want to escape, go somewhere else.

One star because you cannot go lower. Absolutely scammers, they will kill they patient, my mother became more sick. They did not let her call us until she started making huge fuss. When we wanted to get her discharged they said take her in your own risk, they did not give any medicine, they could not say why they want to keep her, they did misdiagnosis. Dr. Arindam Ghosh learn manners you are giving us service, not the other way around.

Here comes the source of my nephew's birth. And when I came here, I realized that coming to a private hospital meant that I had to come up with a bundle of money is totally wrong. Now let me say that the hospital is very large and every department is very clean and neatly arranged, so that no one will think that he is in the hospital. And also want to share that the experienced doctors, nurses and staff's here are very nice and friendly. There is also a large parking lot inside it.

This is a worst hospital in this era. If you want to die before your timeline please visit. Covid patients has died without treatment. Underated DR are allinged with this hospital. You couldn't contact with your patients coz there is a no treatment inside. To save hospital's reputation they keep patients untill die. I have lost one patient another still not recovered.

My child was admitted with mild pneumonia, treated by Dr. Siddhartha Nandy such a nice person. It was a pleasent experience, my baby got released yesterday. My father-in-law also got admitted with severe cough and fever under Dr. Agnimitra Banerjee , is a very nice person . He also got discharged yesterday. Nice experience indeed.

Sir, I am an trusted patient of Techno global hospital. My mother is under treatment (Dr. debjoy Sau GASTROENTEROLOGIST) in your hospital. On 5th of April my father approached the reception for showing only one blood test report to Doctor.(as recommended by doctor for showing the report after 2week). But in reception the receptionist told my father that "we have to pay full payment of 700 Rs for showing the one blood test report . " One middle class family cannot afford full payment just for showing only one blood report. This is an Inhumanely policy of your hospital. This will surely affected the reputation of this fantastic hospital. Thus, it is requested that , your hospitals instruction/policy may be amended that for only showing report it must amended as without any charges..if it is more than one week also . We went there to see if a wound got infected or not. They said the wound is infected and asked to get admit but the doctor was really rude and did not answer any questions and later when we refused to admit they said there is no infection. While we were leaving they were making comments. So unprofessional staff and doctor. All they need is your money. Pathetic!!!

One of the best hospitals nearby. Very clean and beautifully decorated place. Cabins amd general beds are available. Staffs are helpful. Plenty car parking area. Wheelchair accessible entran ce everything is here.

Not a good experience with the staffs. The visiting hour is only 1 hour 4PM-5PM, why? We are paying for the service right? All other hospitals does have multiple times to see there patients, If I have office and couldn't come at that particular time, it means I could never ever see my patient? When asking with the staffs to let me see my patient, they're just arguing and even scolding that is really awful.

I am living in Hyderabad. My father is going through prostate gland treatment in Virinchi Hospital, Hyderabad. I called techno world hospital helpdesk just to get the information for the treatment. They are not at all co-operating. The whole world is providing the facility of online consultation to the patient who is living out of city, at the same time they are not providing any information through helpline number. Such a non co-operating and unprofessional behaviour.

Very bad service and treatment as well as maintenance. My mother admitted in this hospital for knee replacement, till after 6th day of the operation they didn't change the bandage of the leg and as well as they even didn't change the dress of the patient till 6th day... Even when we discuss with the Senior doctor about my mother the Senior doctor said one thing but the junior doctors did their own treatment without listen to the Senior doctor.. The junior doctor actually not communicate with the Senior doctor about the patient that what to do and what not to do with the patient. Very disappointing of their service.. It is Very bad hospital I have ever seen😡😡😡😡

I was admitted for nerve related symptoms. The management was pretty fast to acquire all the information. All the staffs and nurses were well behaved and professional. The doctors are providing their best services. Clean and Tidy institute. Overall good experience.

I was admitted here in emergency, team was quick enough to check my vitals including ECG. I was then transferred to cabin room. Nurses/ Doctors esp. Dr. Deborjyoti Pal is exceptional. I was kept in observation for 2 days and rates were reasonable as per my tests and other costs. Food was also good, they makes sure to give you food as per your diagnosis. Discharge process did take very long time almost 5.30 pm, when discharge papers were sent to administration in the morning around 10 am. That was hassle not for the patient but definitely for family member…thats is why a star less.

4 star for cleanliness,staffs are good but doctors are in hurry and dont quite listen to patients problems and queries.

Infrastructure is not good at all, staffs are also not well trained. Don't know how to behave. Also the administrative process is not transparent at all, even though doctor appointment in OPD is not clear. Called right at the time they said but no one picked up for name booking. After 5 minutes, a lady picked up and said all bookings are done. I mean how is that possible??? I never got the number busy and within 5 minutes the bookings filled. I even asked if there is a seperate process to book appointment for the said doctor she just irritatedly said appointment is full. pathetic service.

My Mrs has admitted under Dr D Pal in techno global hospital in maternity department . We are very happy with all services. Maternity department is very neat and clean.

Cleanliness of ward and ward washroom is zero. General ward is too crowded. My patient was admitted to female ward and hence I am writing about it. I don't know about other wards. The ward was not well ventilated as such it was stinking when any patient started to defecate on the bed. There were no room freshners. The nursing staffs and the support staffs (ayaa) talked too loudly inside the ward. This is during the visiting hours of 1 hr. God knows what they do during whole of the day. The support staffs didn't use proper gloves while cleaning. They also didn't wash their hands very frequently. The most disgusting thing was the behaviour. The entire administration from front desk to the nursing staff is very poorly trained on how to speak with patient party. Although nothing happened with me personally but I have seen their misbehaviour with other patient parties during my long waiting at reception and during visiting hours to my patient. The way they speak would feel like they are doing mercy on us. They forget that it is a service and people who avail this pays hefty amount. They should be tought on how to speak compassionately and politely with distressed patient parties. It is just not the best medical treatment which makes a hospital better but also behavourial treatment to its patient and relatives.

My baby is admitted here for 8days.. They provide my baby a excellent treatment and good care also.. Specially the nursing staffs are very friendly and caring...At last but not least thanks to dr Arpan Saha, such nice doctor and his friendly behaviour is amazed me...

I was admitted at Hospital with bilateral Hernias operation as on 23 rd March under dr a.mukherjee 2 days admitted there .experience of Dr behavior also trying to best treatment & nurse, attended was so nice service except last experience with technoglobal ambulance driver and booking personal miss management facing very Bad behavior. After lifting to me as a patient to ambulance driver negotiate for money again where as previously Hospital already taken booking money with discussion patient party as per necessary arrangements money slso taken of patient party driver force to come down from ambulance again..I hope infuture better service all aspects

Techno Global Hospital is still the largest private hospital in Barrackpore, The medical system here is very beautiful. Every doctor here is very beautiful. The hospital staff and nursing staff do it very well . All type of Indian health card is accepted here. Payment method cash, card and UPI payment accepted here.

As a hospital you will get promt service, cleanliness & great environment... Nurses n house staffs are very helpful... Specifically Maternity ward is very clean n well maintained.. you will find a separate nursery.. new born babies are kept at nursery at the time of visiting time...overall service is good...

Previously I gave this hospital 4 star, in the time of my mother, but now after admitting my wife I realised there is a huge communication gap between departments, staffs are rude. No proper emergency care. Please avoid this hospital if possible.

Last month admitted due to dengue recovered within5 days due to continuousmonitoring & medication of in-house doctors& staff nurse....Excellent cordial behavior from staff nurse& doctors...they give their best service to everyone...cleanliness is visible every....best hospital in barrackpore...omit all negative feedback as bogus...

Very good staff and their friendly behavior really help the patients and their kith and kin. I sincerely hope that will continue. I personally know Mrs. Sabari she is working since long time, I met her first time at DAMA on Eastern metropolitan by-pass her behave really excellent.

My father-inlow admitted under Dr S Saha in techno global hospital, barrackpore. He is well and fit now thanks to all staff of the hospital. With that ,Unit is also very clean and all staff well behaved..

My uncle Mr K bannerjee has admitted under Dr M Ghosh in male general ward.From admission to discharge each and every system is very smooth and easy. We are very happy with the service of each department.

Thank god my father life got saved by taking immediate discharge from hospital with lots of politics involved. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS .
