And staffs were very much helpful and friendly.. Food items i had tried - Chicken Reshmi kabab Chicken Tikka kabab Mutton Biriyani Chicken biriyani Quality and quantity wise every food items were great well cooked and delicious.. Chicken reshmi kaba and mutton Biryani my favourite among them even chicken Reshmi kabab was superb as well.. Price of those food items were very reasonable according to the quality and quantity. Overall good experience wanna visit again ❤️

The taste of mutton Biryani was really very delicious ,mutton was so soft and tender. The kebab was also very soft and tender with a generous amount of spice and quite delicious taste. Behaviour of the staff was also very nice and was very generous and benevolent. Hygiene of this restaurant was top notch. I tried chicken lahori it was fantastic and very likely to my test palet. One will surely enjoy their meal in this restaurant.

Aminia is one of the best known places for Biriyani. They make really tasty Biriyani with very little use of oil. Apart from biriyani they have a variety of side dishes too. Their hospitality is also very remarkable. They maintain proper hygiene too. If you still have not visited this place then go and check this out. I'm sure you'll like it. **Never visit this place on any occasion otherwise you have to face a very long waiting line. So choose your day wisely.

I recently went to Aminia with my family(4 persons) during wee hours(puja time).After waiting for few mins, we got our seats. Whole ambience was good..we ordered mutton biriyani specials.The quantity of the biriyani was more than enough.Chicken butter masala was super delicious and lip smacking.I would rather give them extra 1 star for their special items.They managed to maintain their standards even at the puja time.. That is remarkable.They gifted an umbrella.thats a bonus..

Back in 2017 when I visited this Aminia the food was too good and the crowd was less. Now in 2021 the quality of the food is stil maintained but the crowd has increased considerably.

Each and every food was of extreme well quality. The quantity was more than sufficient and service was good as well.

Aminia is my all time favourite hence couldn't resist to have their biryani when I saw this outlet on a visit to Barrackpore. Had: 1.Special chicken biryani with 2 pieces of chicken & 2 medium-large pieces of potatoes. 2. Chicken handi : was a little oily but was extremely delicious. Shredded pieces of chicken were soft and juicy enough to melt in mouth. 3. Butter naan: size of 1 naan is equivalent to 2 medium sized naans we generally get to see at local shops. 4. Firni:  one of the best firnis I've ever tried, highly recommended.

The place is near to Chiriyamore, Barrackpore as well as Barrackpore Railway station. If anyone is coming from other places as well then also this place is easy to find. The foods are good. Ambiance is also good. The food is also served well. Mineral water is provided. At this point of time, checking the temperature, sanitization is also checked. The biriyani is a famous dish, definitely, but I liked the resmi butter masala chicken and tandoori roti much. Others dishes are also good. In beverage I mostly liked the masala cold drink. For a foodie/food lover like me, I would give right now 4 out of 5 stars. Food is Good. Service is good. Takeaway is possible. Online delivery too available. Water facility good. Air conditioned. Clean. Temperature checking done. Sanitizer before entry available. Distance is maintained as well. Washroom is also okay. Overall good.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and tried their Mutton Biryani, which came with a refreshing green salad and raita on the house. The Biryani was delicious, as one would expect from this establishment. The price was on the higher side, but it seemed justified given the restaurant's reputation. What enhanced the experience was the pleasant ambiance of the restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere that complemented the meal. Overall, despite the cost, it was a satisfying dining experience that lived up to the restaurant's brand name.

This place did not live up to its reputation. A few things that were annoying were: 1. The perfume or scent in the air is over powering. 2. The biryani was sweet (but then again, most Bengali food is. I don’t like food to be sweet all the time.) 3. We ordered two different types of kababs and the waiter returned with two plates of the same kabab. No apologies given when we told him about it. He was defensive and gave some useless explanation about the chutney being different. The taste was below average with the parts of the chicken being extremely hard. 4. Way too expensive. Definitely not value for money. 5. The raita was not just sweet, it was a dessert. I feel sorry for the diabetics who have to eat this kind of sweet food. They will die sooner than required, surely.

Aminia the name is enough and talking about the food especially the Biryani is top notch and the ambiance was always as good as other outlets except the 1st older one. No more comments it good and suggestive.

I went to Aminia Restaurant twice. The first day was very nice and the second day was very well served. The space there was very nice and relaxed.What I like most about Amin's restaurants is that they are very well behavior. The last drink after lunch was Coca-Cola masala drinks which were very good and very tasty. 🥂🥂🥂🥂

Though the pricing will seem to be quite expensive. But the quality and quantity of the food served is quite satisfactory. Ambience and surrounding, behavior of the staffs are really very good. Hygiene wise also it's well maintained.

We went for dinner there, ambience was good, Not too crowded. But we've to wait really long for food(Though the restaurant was empty). We've ordered Chiken biriyani, Butter Naan and Chicken reshmi butter mashala. Last two items were fabulous. But the chicken biriyani disappointed us. It wasn't good at all. Hopeless staffs at the restaurant. Typical don’t care attitude. You have to scream loudly to place your order. They show that they are too busy with orders when literally there’s only one table occupied. This restaurant gets only filled when there is long queue for the great “Dada Boudi hotel”

Aminia is my one stop destination for biryanis and kebabs, so last Sunday I visited this Barrackpore outlet. It's on the first floor and has quite a large sitting area. Food quality is good and service is prompt. I order Chicken Tandoori for starters, my all time favourite and one special Mutton Biryani and a Chicken Biryani. One significant thing about this outlet is that they are serving normal Chicken/Mutton Biryani at a portion of 1000 ml and the special Chicken/Mutton Biryani, which comes with two Chicken/Mutton pieces and an egg, at a portion of 1200 ml. The quantity is quite fulfilling. This outlet is quite good and I was fully satisfied with my experience. Would recommend you guys to visit this outlet too.

Visited this Aminia outlet a few days ago with my friends. It's located on the main road at a 2-3 mins walking distance from Barrackpore Station. The place is spacious and the ambiance here nice. The food is lipsmacking too. Tried the Mutton Galouti Kebab, which is my all time favourite, Special Mutton Briyani, which comes with two pieces of extremely soft mutton, one piece of aloo and an egg too. The best part is that they are serving this in 1200 ml portion so you have enough quantity of rice for 2 persons. This is available only at this outlet. Also tried some of their side dishes, among which Lahori Chicken and Mutton Chaap is my favourite. The Lahori Chicken is prepared with pure mustard oil which makes it much richer and taste and the Mutton Chaap curry just melts inside the mouth. Had an amazing experience allover. Would highly recommend you to visit this place.

This is for the first time I visited aminia in barrackpore and the experience was not at all good. The reshmi kebab was very hard not at all tender and soft like I expected. The kebab was so hard that it was even difficult to cut with a knife and fork. The biriyani was not that good like other outlets of aminia serves, the taste was average. The service was not at all good, the staffs were not well trained, they even didn't serve the biriyani to us, even the service was very late. I think they should improve their quality alot and should train their staffs properly.

Well. I should award 1 star. But considering 2 because of the smiling and courteous staffs. Price was okay. But taste of the food was horrible. We ordered one special chicken biriyani. Quantity was good but taste was pathetic. No where near to Aminia standards. Tandoori Murg was over cooked but still editable. Mutton Chap which used to be the attraction, now tasted like some roadside dhaba curry. Pieces were also very very small. Masala cola was okayish. Never visiting again. Sorry !!

The Ambience Is Perfect for dinner dates. But the quality of food has detoriated a lot. Most of the items are excessively oily and overpriced. The starters are of good taste but the quality and quantity of main course is the talking point. I wouldn't like to spend huge amount of money on meagre amount of overpriced oily food.

I tried their special chicken Biryani, Chicken handi, Butter naan, Firni Packaging was good and they follows all the hygiene measures to ensure the safe delivery of the food to our doorstep. I was craving for a good mutton biriyani and firni for so long since the lockdown was lifted but I sure was sceptical to go to Kolkata to have that perfect plate of biriyani or that perfect portion of firni to satiate my cravings. That's when I remembered to satisfy myself with a hot plate of juicy mutton biriyani from Aminia along with their firni but instead of ordering, I decided to dine in. In the dine I noticed well sanitized decor, the staff in the kitchen wearing protective gears 24x7 and top notch service even in the pandemic is very commendable. Coming to the food, there has been no compromise in the taste and portion font and anybody would fall prey to the hot and piping plate of biriyani and dig in without thinking too much. I have tried their Chicken Biriyani, Mutton Biriyani, Chicken Chaap, Chicken Tikka Kebab, Chicken Reshmi Kebab and Firni. All the items were amazing as usual. I liked the reshmi kebab most along with the mutton biriyani and the portion of the chicken chaap was huge. Lastly, I finally had the firni and I was blown away. Will be visiting once again in the pujo to try their chicken bharta and will let you guys know about that in my social media. 🎈😻

Recently I visited my favorite place. Now what to say about aminia, one of the best selling biryani restaurant in kolkata. The aroma attracts me to sort out my lunch or dinner from aminia. This outlet has a ample seating area along with calm environment. The staffs are courteous and friendly and keeping much hygienic and safety measures for the customers during this pandemic . We ordered : Mutton Biryani Chicken Biryani Chicken chaap Chicken tikka Kebaab Reshmi kebaab Phirni About the taste : the quality as well as the portions are too great and heavy for one. Hygiene fabulous. At first the pricing will seem to be quite expensive. But the quality and quantity of the food served will definitely satisfy you. Chicken reshmi kabab was good but biryani lacks a bit flavour and aroma, moreover the chicken piece was dry and chewy. Nor satisfied with the biryani. Firni was so so........Overall recomended.

Ordered chicken biryani, naan, chicken handi and phirni from Aminia. Aminia's biryani has always been one of my favorite, no exception here as well. Loved the taste. The naan was hot and soft. Very well complimented with the chicken handi. During this time, when stepping outside is itself a challenge, aminia is delivering food with taking all the precautions for your safety and delivering the food on time. Do give them a try.
