Unfortunately, very disappointed with that hotel. Located quite far away from the city center. In 5* hotel like Radisson, staff doesn’t speak fluent English. Rooms are quite spacious however with very loud A/C, fridge and “paper wall” which cause we could clearly hear alarm clock from the next room early in the morning (even though description says sound proof walls). If your room is located to the main street and if you are in lower floor, there is terrible noise from that street. Being on the second floor, we could also hear noise from the reception later in the evening. Old bathroom tiles and outdated design. Breakfast is simply terrible, comparing to what we have experienced in the different 5* hotels in Bogota, for example. Few pieces of cheese and ham, two different kinds of cereals and 4 kinds of fruit, mess on the table. We oredered an egg omelette and there was a piece of paper in it. Deffinately the service doesn’t correspond with price.

Definitely Great Hotel, Looks very nice and the service is fantastic. Safe location. The rooftop restaurant is also amazing and the service is good. The atmosphere is very conforting . They also have few Vegetarian options.

Spacious rooms, the staff were hit or miss in terms of friendliness, and the location was OK. Safe but also a little isolated. Solid hotel!

The hotel is located in a historic neighborhood of Barranquilla called El Prado. The building has a very colorful door which makes the entrance of the hotel very nice. The hotel seems new and the attention is great. The bed is very comfortable and big and we have a balcony on the room with a pretty good view of Barranquilla. The highlight is the pool are on the rooftop were you have a 360 view of the city and the Magdalena river. Would recommend this place!

I've been unimpressed with both hotels I've stayed at in Barranquilla. This one is no different. Booked a room with a King bed to only have a double. The bed was damp when I checked in, presumably from the AC. The bathroom/shower seemed outdated. Only one knob worked. The breakfast was awesome though! Big, varied, they even had chicken wings. I've just learned that when a hotel claims 4 stars in BAQ that it means it may have a decent bar or restaurant on site and be a bit more cute or have a nicer presentation. I'd like to combine the rooms of the BH hotel with the reception and breakfast of the Faranda hotel.

This hotel was lovely. The concierge was very friendly and helpful and the free coffee in the lobby was always fresh and delicious. The free breakfast was similarly tasty and healthy. I really enjoyed the Dolphin Bar and the rooftop pool area with its sweeping views of the Barranquilla skyline!

Ever since my arrival to the hotel, Natalia the concierge went the extra mile as she helped me get an upgrade on my room which had a 180 degree view of Barranquilla and the Magdalena river. The room was very cool, spacious, clean, comfortable, containing a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views. The hotel’s boast a pool on the 10th floor, a bar and a restaurant which has a 360 degree view of Barranquilla historical center. Every morning, I enjoyed a scrumptious continental buffet-style breakfast, including, fruits, pancakes, scramble eggs, coffee, tea, freshly-squeezed juice and cereals with milk. The entire staff made my stay feel at home away home as they were friendly, reliable, professional, and attended to my every need. Faranda Collection hotel is a beautiful, modern stylish place to be. This hotel is located in a relatively safe neighborhood called El Prado. It is highly recommended.

Maybe not the biggest hotel, BUT, the staff is SUPER friendly. There is a nice rooftop bar/restaurant with a pool and most importantly, the beds are more than AMAZING! On my flight back home, the bus that I reserved cancelled on me 15 minutes prior to arrival, for a group of 10 people. I rushed to the reception and explained them what happened. The lady at the reception (forgive me for forgetting her name) handled the situation super quickly and within 4 minutes the first (of 3) SUV taxi was in front of the hotel. These people understand what customer service is. Beside that, there is 24/7 security in front of the hotel with friendly officers as well. The hotel is also located very close to all the big shopping malls which makes Uber rides very cheap. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A huge shout out to the ladies of the reception, breakfast and the security guards!!!

I stayed in this hotel through difficult times where my mother was hospitalized and literally every single staff gave me support and were very very kind and comforting. Thanks to them I felt like home and made the process much easier. Thank you Guys keep up the good work !!!! If I ever have to come back to Barranquilla I would definitely come back to Faranda Collection

I’m from Brooklyn and this hotel got nothing to envy from USA hotels, I loved everything about it. It’s facilities are so clean and tidy, their crew is amazing, their hospitality make you feels like home! I stayed there today and I have absolutely 0 complaints. Keep it up guys!

It doesn't get any better than this hotel. The decor is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond for anything you need. And the food is amazing. To top it off there is an Italian restaurant next door that you can order room service as well. Been here twice in the last month and Iwould not have it any other way!

The location was nice. The staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop view was spectacular! The restaurant $$$$ and the rooftop bar $$$$$. I would book again! Internet worked great!

Staying here was luxurious after the trekking huts and hostels we stayed at for the rest of our trip. We really loved the high rise restaurant, and the service was great.

The highlight of our Baranquilla stay was for sure this hotel! One remark: don’t get your laundry done there. We spent the same amount we paid for the room, for the laundry…

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable bed, nice rooftop pool with view of Barranquilla. Restaurant and bar. Nayla was a fantastic server that made us feel right at home. A very welcoming lobby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Barranquilla.

The photos on the listing are a little misleading. The front desk people are nice but they will try hard to keep you and your money if you don’t want to stay. So choose carefully and don’t trust Priceline with out of the country unknown deals. The restaurant is great!

What a FANTASTIC experience! From concierge / check in all the way to the rooftop pool/bar. The check in process was on point, she was helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. At the rooftop bar, Nayla was welcoming, experienced and also went the extra mile, catering for all of our needs. The drinks she made were delicious and on point with our likes. The food, oh.. so so good! We are definitely coming back. THANK YOU for making our stay so special. And for the receptionist at our check-in, you created magic for us. Clean and spacious room with a interesting layout, bathroom was an open space in the bedroom. Nice view from the restaurant and the Italian restaurant next door was very good. Friendly and professional service.
