Visiting
Colombia
and
was
told
this
was
a
great
place
for
pizza.
My
friend
and
I
had
to
ask
for
a
waiter/waitress
after
sitting
for
more
than
15
minutes
w/o
being
acknowledged.
I
ordered
a
Margherita
pizza
with
pepperoni
.
The
waitress
read
it
back
as
1/2
pepperoni,
corrected
her
and
specifically
asked
for
well
done
crust.
We
waited
roughly
20
minutes,
they
brought
the
pizza,
not
well
done.
They
sent
it
back
for
another
15,
and
arrived
still
not
well
done.
I
asked
for
parmesan
cheese
(extra
charge
for
small
plastic
container),
and
there
was
oregano
on
the
table.
The
pizza
was
very
plain,
watery
sauce
and
no
fresh
basil
(as
the
menu
described).
I
called
the
waitress
over,
and
asked
her
where
the
fresh
basil
was?
She
pointed
at
my
pizza
and
said
the
oregano
was
basil.
I
corrected
her,
and
she
had
a
dumb-founded
look
on
her
face.
I
asked
to
speak
to
Manager.
He
came
over
and
HE
pointed
to
the
oregano
(That
I
had
sprinkled
on
the
pizza)
...At
this
point
I
told
himbI
knew
the
difference
between
oregano
and
basil.
Well
he
went
on
to
blatantly
lie
and
tell
me
they
use
minute
portions
of
basil,
as
some
people
are
allergic...WTH
!
NO
WHERE
on
the
menu
does
it
mention
ANYTHING
about
allergies,
minute
portions
of
basil
or
anything
of
the
such.
I
asked
for
a
discount
as
the
pizza
I
ordered
compared
to
what
they
brought
me
was
definitely
not
the
same.
He
offered
to
make
a
new
one,
but
we
had
already
been
there
for
more
than
1
hour.
Shameful
cover
up
of
an
employee
who
evidently
put
in
the
wrong
order,
only
to
be
covered
up
by
the
Manager
with
an
outright
lie.
Shameful.
Won't
go
back
there
again
!
Great
way
to
show
appreciation
to
visitors.
