We visited the Barrington location this week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. First of all, they have delicious espresso based drinks! And their regular coffee and iced teas are great too. We were warmly greeted and shown to a table by a friendly hostess (kudos to Egg Harbor for employing people in the front of the house who some would consider "disabled"). Our server was friendly and very efficient. I had the lobster and seafood omelet that was filled with chunks of seafood and very delicious. My husband had the San Antonio skillet and he loved it! Very spicy and flavorful. We both loved the house made jam on our English muffins. I read another review that said the portions are small and I must disagree - we both took boxes home. Great experience!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast dishes are small, but good quality. It's a cosy and clean business. the coffee was tasty too. I tried the veggie skillet.

Visited here while in the area for brunch. I had their eggs Benedict and it was incredible. We had breakfast with mimosas and bloody marys. Loved every second. Had incredible breakfast food with incredible drinks! Can't wait to come back!

3 Sep 2023: Update Arrived at 0845. No waiting. However, our 6 person party got seated in what I would call the family/child area. Noisy with kids yelling. Also, we had to ask several times for more water carafes brought to the table. Also had to ask for silverware, since only 3 sets at our table of 6. This food is always superb. 3-stars on service, and 4-stars on atmosphere, based on our seating location. Original Post: Great service. No wait at 0830 when I was there. Wait staff was very attentive. Parking is free, and handicapped accessible. Handicapped entrance and seating is available. The decor is very nice, and has a theme of chickens/avian. Easily visible from road and ample parking in back. Close walk from high school and downtown.

Great spot for some breakfast! They bring out the cream for the coffee in a small carafe but kinda wish they had some coffee mate flavored single serve cups though.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places. On my most recent visit, I ordered the ultimate skillet and one of their current specials, lemon ricotta french toast. The skillet was delicious and the English muffin and house made jam that it comes with equally scrumptious. Truly, I wish I could have that muffin and jam every morning. The french toast was pretty good but I kinda thought it would be better than it was. Service is great and I recommend you join the online wait-list before you reach the restaurant because there is ALWAYS a wait since it is a well loved place. They turn tables over very quickly so the wait isn't long.

After many years of driving past when they were closed after 2 PM, we decided to wake up early and try it out. Both of our breakfasts were packed with so much flavor. I got the Barrington Eggs Benedict and my partner got the Aztec Omelette. We devoured our food in a matter of minutes. Nothing else was needed to add to the dish, it was delicious as is. Their famous strawberry orange juice was also delectable as it had pieces of strawberries mixed in. The service was great and fast. We are so glad that we decided to finally go!

Great food and cute space! We were seated fairly quickly for a Saturday morning and the service was great. They accommodated my food restrictions (removing bell peppers from a recipe) and the prices were reasonable. It does get a little bit loud, but so do the vast majority of breakfast places during Saturday brunch time!

They get 5 stars just for the Door County Melt alone. One of the greatest sandwiches ever made. Also great service and love the patio space.

Great for a nice homestyle meal. Staff was very kind and was very available for us if we needed anything!

Great for breakfast! I had The oatmeal which was amazing. Topped with blackberries, blueberries, walnuts, and granola.

It's a special quiet location in downtown barrington. It serves great breakfast that's mid-priced. A cup of coffee is 3.5 which seems high to me for a diner type coffee. I skipped it so not sure if it's worth it. Our waiter was a little hard to get, but others helped. The pancakes were really tasty. Bacon was really good too. I believe this is a chicago local chain restaurant. Parking is easy and the place is very safe, clean, and welcoming. Lots of local families come here too.

Great local spot for a breakfast or brunch. Friendly staff, quick service and delicious food with variety of options! While I usually prefer local spots over chain restaurants, this one will have me coming back.

Last time we’ve been here, there was very tasty, but today it was our bad experience. All dishes are not fresh prepared, just prepared before and warmed up. I asked to change my dish and I got with black hair on my potato… 🫢 Would not come back after this situation. 👎👎👎 P.S. Cofee late was perfect 👍🏻
