The front desk staff are incredible. I would recommend this location in Barrington to all my friends. Carol has been especially helpful today. But all the staff have been great to work with the other visits I have had. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You are treated like friends not just a patient. Dr. Madan is an exceptional physician. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent customer service! The office staff are all exceptional. From the time I walked in until my departure, they all put me in a great mood with their upbeat attitudes. That's not always the case with medical offices. I really like Terrah too. She made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend Pinnacle. 👌

A wonderful experience! Had a small pre-cancerous area on face. Dr. Van Dam's prescription in just two weeks totally cleared it up. A good reminder to have annual skin checkups!

I had a horrible dry skin issue and went to Kristin! She gave me a hydro facial and I left with my skin glowing! She walked me through everything she was doing! I left so happy! She not only loves what she does, but she is such a sweet person and was so caring about how I felt and gave me so many tips on how to improve my skin!

Terrah is the best 💙. My aunt had bad experiences with previous dermatology offices . I brought her to the best physician I knew and of course she was so happy with her visit . Terrah educated her on her findings and discussed treatment options. I’m beyond grateful. Highly recommend her and this practice.

Saw Kristin, aesthetician last month for a dermaplane and chemical peel!! My skin never felt better without being pregnant. She did a fantastic job and even made me feel so comfortable throughout the treatment talking with me and even okay with my son being with me. She kept him occupied with a fan brush he could play with and kept him calm while I was receiving my treatment!! Thank you so much for everything!! Will definitely be back for more!!! 🩷🩷🩷

I had a Hydro facial done with Kristen. She was so amazing and my skin felt so good afterwards as well. She was so helpful with explaining what she was doing with my skin and how everything works. She also strives to see peoples results and happiness after their skin is clear which I loved! I am going to get one again soon as my skin felt amazing afterwards!! I so recommend going to her!!

I was referred to Kristin and could not be more satisfied!! Kristin greeted me with a smile at the desk, and her suite is comfortable and relaxing. I initially had a hydrafacial which was amazing! Kristin gave me and my skin excellent treatment. For my 2nd appointment I had Sofwave treatment. I was a little nervous but she made me comfortable and put me at ease. Her service was above and beyond! I have my next facial scheduled and can't wait! if you're looking for an outstanding aesthetician, Kristin is your girl! This place is amazing especially Dr.Patel and Emily they are always happy to help and want the best results. Ive had a keloid on each ear that 1 was huge and she helped me remove it and it was quick and painless made me feel myself again. The receptionist are always helpful as well.
