I have been a patient of Dr Wiener for over a year now. During that time I came to realize why this is a poor choice for a rhumatology doc. Every time I would see Dr Wiener, he would take 90% of the time re aquanting himself with me and my condition. The first couple of times your thinking it's no problem. But then it's the 7th 8th time you have seen him and he is still clueless. They are obviously over booking, and he has to many patients. He will not call his patients until very late at night. He has called me multiple times to return calls after 10pm, never earlier than that. Recently I had a flare up in my back and SI joint, and needed the anti-inflammatory medication because I ran out that day. My wife was calling and orchestrating a refill on that medication because I was in so much pain I could not walk. They put her off all day saying the doc would call and get the script filled for Celebrex (what I need to get inflammation down) finally at 5pm the nurse called me, and said he will not refill it. I asked why? I can't walk, I'm in severe pain, this is the only thing that helps me. Again she said no. I pretty muched begged and pleaded for her to do this, I was in agony I have a life and a family they depend on me and I can't move. The reason they would not refill my meds is cause I missed an appointment. ONE app. In over a year. I did not know I missed it. I received no reminder, notification. My appointment was supposed to be 2 months after my last. Apparently according to them, it was a month from my last. I said I will come in immediately, their soonest opening, she said 3 weeks out... I asked for Celebrex to get me through till the appointment. She refused. What kind of doctor would let their patients suffer to this level, without a care in the world, while I can't walk in in severe pain not functioning and they can't refill my NSAID, a non narcotic anti inflammatory so I can have relief. A horrible doctor, don't waist your time.

Terrible. And I rarely write reviews like this. I have chased for medical records for 3 weeks and it’s been a disaster. No one knows what’s going on, no one checks emails. Find another provider.

I like Dr.Haritha. She spends alot of time with me trying to help. My problem is with the billing department. They don't take credit cards and on my last visit, I didn't bring my checkbook. I asked them to sent me a bill. I am supposed to have a 55.00 copay. They sent me a bill for 120.00 including a 65.00 bill for past visit. I sent them 55.00 and a note showing check number and date I paid the 65.00. We should be square now but instead they sent me another bill for 130.00. I keep paying them and they keep sending more bills that don't make sense. I am cancelling my appointment for this week and finding another doctor. Too bad because I really liked her. They need to get it together.

I am a relatively new patient at Northwest Rhuematology. I have seen Dr.Johnson over the past eight months and have been extremely satisfied! Dr. Johnson is quite prompt which is a huge improvement over the often times 4+ hour wait times I experienced at other Rhuematology offices. The staff is friendly, accommodating and thorough. The treatment plan has been solid. As common with this disease, there is trial and error to determine the proper medication / therapies to fit the individual as well as lifestyle requirements. I am confident that we are getting close!

I have been a patient of Dr Czajkowska for 3 years. She is professional and takes the time to listen to me and explain things. MUCH better than my previous Dr. Since moving into the new building, everything has sped up. Office staff is great.

I LOVE Dr. Czajkowska, she's great and very thorough and helpful with my fibromyalgia. Very understanding. I cant stand the rest of the office though. They're slightly rude and always an hour late getting me back to see the doctor.

I had a bunch of tests that I never got the physical results for. They told me the results were normal which I believe but my primary care physician doesn't believe me. My pcp told me to see another and get them redone. Like- another couple thousand of dollars in an autoimmune panel, bc they don't have their data system together. When I log into the patient portal that I've been checking periodically since I had the tests, it says "no results available". I sure hope when I call to ask for them they don't say they lost them or have no record. Those tests were not cheap, and if my doctors saw its not autoimmune they might move on to figure out what is actually is. Also they sent me the same bill 2x. And they told me they only take cash or card, no HSA. kinda sketchy.

I have had two appointments and both were fast, and I really liked the Dr Haritha. She was direct and to the point and the medicine on the 1st visit helped immensely, and she worked with me to dial in meds while improving diet, and exercise to keep at a minimum. Great organization

Really terrible place. I always choose the first appointment of the day due to work, and my doctor has ALWAYS been late, therefore I've been late to work every single time I have an appointment. The appointments are quick, the doctor doesn't listen to my concerns, and one time when I said the medication made me feel sick the doctor told me it was just anxiety. I've wanted to consider looking for a new rheumatologist for months and today was rhe final push when I was up early for an appointment again, was told the doctor wasn't going to make it, and scheduled for another month out

This practice seems to be too busy to assist their own patients. I have been with them for five months, when I needed assistance, I called twice during business hours, the receptionist was rude and I never did get a call back from nurse or Dr.
