Not a bad supermarket. They probably have the food or ingredients you want and they seem to keep things moving well in there not like Iceland where you could die of old age in the queue.

I went in the other day for some flowers for someone and the florist was absolutely lovely, she spent ages making two bunches of flowers I'd chosen look like a very posh and pretty bouquet for a good friend and was incredibly kind. Thank you, unfortunately I didn't ask your name but will contact the manager to reiterate this!

Go in here most weeks, today got accused of shop lifting by a female security guard in front of everyone, absolutely mortified! I was walking through the self checkouts, if I was going to steal (which I wouldn't) I wouldn't be walking through the self checkouts. Awful service.

CAFE dirty tables and dirty floor. Staff pleasant. At 3pm couldn't say they were over worked. Fish and chips meal was delicious.

Popped in store to get a few bits.went to deli counter,staff were preparing sandwiches,and noticed he wasn't wearing gloves!! Then served me without washing hands!!! Wheres is the hygiene gone!!! Awful! Won't be buying sandwiches anymore! Appalling. Salad bar was food everywhere and dirty.

Cafe terrible - again!! Don't come here often as only work in Wales every few months. Cafe no longer does Oat or Soya milk. Tge reason I was given was 'because of allergens ' !!!!!! Isn't that why there are milk alternatives!

Waited 25 minutes to have a ham and cheese toastie toasted! The rest of our group had finished coffees and cakes and the toastie had still not arrived. Had to ask the lady at the till to chase it up.The cafe was nowhere near full. Poor service , very slow.
