So we really enjoyed it today! We expected it to be much worse, because let's be honest, far away from the ski jump and co. you expect a mediocre burger quality... Ordered two menus. 20 minutes after ordering the bell rang, the food was still very hot and the burgers were comparable to well-known trendy burger shops in Hamburg! We will order again!

An honest burger with nothing wrong with it. The service is very good, the staff is friendly. I personally would prefer more sophisticated sauces, but that's a matter of taste.

So first of all the delivery took 1 hour. But the food was still warm so it wasn't that bad. I had a Philly Steak Burger and the meat was like rubber so it wasn't comparable to beef fillet as described, it was a shame unfortunately I couldn't eat it. The fries were delicious and my husband's cheeseburger was good too in his opinion. Overall, far too little quality for the price at almost €50. The quality has to be right.

The burgers and fries are really very good. However, the Bramfeld branch's incredibly arrogant approach to my legitimate complaint leads to this devaluation of the overall impression. Everyone is allowed to make mistakes, but this behavior is just incredibly bad: In purely factual terms, I fell into the trap of ordering a (savings) menu and, strangely enough, it was more expensive (!) than if I had ordered everything individually. I thought this was a programming error in connection with the online discount and wrote an email to management. The branch's response showed that my complaint was not taken seriously. I then took the time again to point out where the error was so that this error could be corrected for all customers. This and another email have been completely ignored for over a month. What a catastrophic way of dealing with well-intentioned complaints.

I've actually always been very satisfied and really enjoyed ordering there. The burgers are very tasty and of very good quality, the fries always arrive crispy and hot. Delivery was always very quick. Can some delivery services learn a lesson. Unfortunately the prices were increased within about half a year from €16.10 to €19.10 for a burger menu, which unfortunately I can no longer afford in my situation. Anyone who can afford it, please give this store a try. Please maintain this standard of quality until I can afford it again. Thank you for your great work and I hope to see you soon.

Extrem schnelle Lieferung 28 min trotz Sonntagsstoßzeit und wirklich richtig leckere und saftige Burger. Die Pommes sind klasse gewürzt und knusprig. Alles kam noch heiß und gut verpackt bei uns an. Empfehlenswert!

Once again, we were naive enough to think that our order would go smoothly. Unfortunately, there have been problems with 4 out of 5 orders so far because something else was delivered to us, our order was mixed up or something was missing. The burgers are really tasty, so we tried it again, but since it doesn't work to deliver or pick up what you ordered, this shop is unfortunately no longer recommended.

So I try a lot of restaurants and places where you can eat, but Burger Factory here on Stefan Zwei Street was the best restaurant I've ever been to, the ambience is great, the service is fast and the employees are very friendly, the food was super tasty and super fresh. The prices are more than justified. The store is kept very clean and I felt very comfortable. Honest rating 10/10

I've never had such a good burger and the place is very clean and cozy. The service was quick and nice, the 5 stars are appropriate here.
