The hotel is fantastic and very clean. Carrefour is close to the main entrance, and the mosque and metro station are also nearby. Everything was fine during our 20-day stay. The hotel restaurant is excellent, the pool is nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff are friendly and professional. I really recommend this hotel

Hotel was once very good however without maintenance and updating and good management or correct cleaning it's incredibly dated fittings and the details in the room is not done cleanly and the AC system is incredibly dated and customer service is terrible you're asked how much you should pay. We had Multiple delivery guys falsely sent to our room. Breakfast wasn't outstanding and no organization for guests to arrive it's too crowded. No time slots for breakfast half of buffet is not available because kitchen can't keep up with amount of people arriving at once. Location was fine but after visiting the area there were many, other hotels that were better it was cleaner better service and standard was higher.

The hotel is superb! Lovely service and room. The rooms come with complimentary breakfast! Situated in a very good location - Barsha Heights. - The hotel is close to a metro - There is a park behind it, where you can sit - There is a sitting area by the side if you just want to be outside the and - There is a convenience store if you need to get somethings. I had a lovely view of the city from my room. The staff are responsive and promptly attend to emails.

We stayed a week and it was great. The service here is very good and house keeping had the room clean and comfortable. The location is also really nice for visiting and is only a few minutes from the metro. The only thing we had an issue with was the mattress, it definitely was not comfortable and needs to be replaced.

My room was flooding because of a broken machine. Have been calling housekeeping for 30mins, no response. Called and visited the reception, countless times — still nobody came. My entire room is under water and the service has been terrible. The room is fine, if not a bit cramped, but would not recommend this place.

30 LOST LETTERS. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED. I stayed in this hotel for a week in February 2022. I had 30 letters and postcards to drop off at the Post Office for France and Europe. I asked the post office address to the concierge, who told me "give us the mail, we'll drop it off for you". So I gave them 3 packs of cards in 3 different days to France and Europe. It's been 7 months and today : NONE OF THESE LETTERS ARRIVED. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOSE 3 PACKETS OF GIVEN LETTERS IN 3 DIFFERENT DAYS ? I complained to the hotel management, telling them all the destinations of these letters. They answered me “we will make an inquiry with the Post Office”. I still haven't had an answer for months. I am extremely unhappy. If I do not get any feedback on this file, I would be obliged to give an official and public follow-up.

Clean, tidy and comfortable, with excellent service attitude. The swimming pool and gym are all great 👍👍👍， If you're tired, you can still take a SPA, which is a very professional massage technique. I give this hotel full marks 💯， Strongly recommended

Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding. The combination of attentive staff especially the man door MR Riyaz and the Moroccan receptionist I forgot her name but she was very nice and the beautiful accommodations made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay.

Great decision to stay here. Room was clean and comfortable and proper a/c kept me cool. Staff and front desk are all very polite and professional. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the metro and grocery store. The breakfast is served for 4 hours and the buffet has something for everyone. Inside the hotel is a gym, pool and massage salon on the top floor. You can also find a small grocery store on the 1st floor that is packed with essentials. What a great idea and keeps you from walking outside looking for basics. The Giovanni salon is also on the 1st floor and I highly recommend it for services. Overall I am so relieved and happy that I chose this hotel for my stay on Dubai. It was a perfect choice that met all my needs.

"The hotel might be decent, but my main complaint is about the room cleaning service. I've been staying in this hotel for over a month, and almost every time they forget to change the towels during cleaning. The housekeeper always comes whenever she wants, sometimes even in the evening when everyone is home. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel." "And every time I come back home, I have to go down to the reception and ask for the room to be cleaned, then wait for about two hours for the housekeeper to arrive." I would like to add to my review: After speaking with the manager, the cleanliness has become excellent and punctual.

Enjoyed being at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shared areas are clean and well maintained. The shop on the first floor is useful. The spa and swimming pool area are beautiful.didn’t use the beauty room but looked lovely. I would have liked to be able to access English speaking TV other than the news. I could also have logged into Netflix or Prime had there been the facility. Otherwise it is a very good tourist hotel. The restaurant serves decent food if not exceptional. Breakfast was the same every day but enough choice, well prepared. The hotel is near the Metro which is good but always very crowded. There are some restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The only downside is the hotel is not very near anywhere a tourist might want to visit. We used the Metro a lot, visiting the malls etc. Thank you for a very pleasant few days.

Hotel location is great near with everything. Staff we encountered are excellent. Andrew from the reception and Aldrin from the concierge are exceptional. Only thing I think they have to improve is the breakfast 4nights we stay there and the breakfast same everyday. They change thé sausage from chicken to beef, and rice to noodles. But over all our stay is good. Except next time I will not book again with breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel at a good location. Very close to Palm Jumeirah. Just 10-15 minutes drive. Lots of supermarkets and a beautiful park right next to the hotel. Spacious rooms. All the staff we met right from the concierge, reception, house keeping to the restaurant - all were very courteous and welcoming. We are vegan and the restaurant team took special care for us at the breakfast.

The facilities were good, and the service was excellent. I like acknowledge Sabnam and Raj from housekeeping for the outstanding service they provided. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel located near the tram, and there was free shuttles to some popular spots.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at First Central Hotel Suites. It was a stay with family for a week's vacation. The check-in process was smooth and even the concierge team was very helpful and polite. The location is 5-7 minutes walk from metro and cabs etc. are also easily available. The room sand amenities were good and in case of any help, the hotel team was quick to respond. I would specially like to mention Mr. Rajat and Mr. Riyaz who were extra nice to all of us :)

I stayed in this hotel for one month between November and December 2022. Despite the staff being friendly and helpful, I had several problems throughout my stay. - The shower wouldn't stay in place and had to be wrapped around the pipe to keep a considerable distance from the wall. In addition, the bathtub will have visible signs of use and appear dirty, even when cleaned. - The reception considered that my 30-day stay was a monthly contract, and despite not being informed at any time during my check-in and not even having signed a monthly agreement, they only sent the cleaning to the room twice a week, when they didn't forget, even when I left the request button on all day. - Due to this lack of information about the monthly contract, they did not send water to the room. They complained and insisted on reminding me that my contract was monthly and did not include replacing water and coffee daily. - The fridge in the room was noisy all night, and the air conditioning was not silent. - And finally, even after 2 MONTHS of check out, I still haven't received my deposit back. I've called countless times, and they never give me a return or simple proof that the refund was made. RUN FROM THIS HOTEL.

We are living here from 3 months. But whenever i call sales person. Its so disappointing. She is so rude. She doesnt know how to talk properly. Hospitality team should recruit nicer and kinder people. Upgrade the staff please.

Definitely not a 4 ⭐️ hotel more like a low 3 ⭐️ the furniture is outdated and nothing is modern for today’s customer. I contacted them about my early arrival ahead of time and they didn’t respond to me until after I was charged an additional day upon arrival. The only good thing about this hotel is there was a supermarket around the corner so you didn’t have to pay for overpriced room service.

Great location. The property was amazing and also the breakfast options were great. Staff was a little less responsive to the requests which could be improved. Cleanliness was great and also parking was available in case you rent a car. Taxis were available easily for commute and metro station was at walkable distance around 400 mts.

We want to thank the great service and kindness of all the staff, they have taken care of everything. The hotel is in a very good location close to the metro and shops and without much traffic. The room size is fantastic. We stayed for a whole month and we will be back. Its value for money is very good. We recommend it

I stayed here for a one month period part work, part leisure. The facilities are far better than average and cleanliness appears to be a commendable top priority. Above all else it was the staff who who really made my stay an excellent one! I must mention those who stood out with their constant helpfullness and extremely friendly attitude. Daya and Denzel at the concierge desk, Sant'ash who replenished my extra requests for coffee and water always with a smile and the ice cube king at the bar, Rusdam! Thanks a lot guys👍😁

The furniture is old and Sofas in the living room are dirty. No hot water in showers. The swimming pool is very cold and not suitable for children. (We asked them to make it warm but they said the heater is not working)…

I just checked out of the first central hotel. About this hotel and its staff, there are several advantages and disadvantages. I stayed in this hotel for a month, and my experience was disasterous. I can't elaborate more about this hotel because sometimes people need to experience bad things. If you choose to keep this one, I hope you enjoy it. If they even care to read reviews, just fix those wet, damaged walls.

Note 1000 for the entire team that works at the hotel, they provide excellent service! An Apart hotel, very well located, close to the metro, with a great view. For those who don't like noise, I don't recommend it, because it's very close to the mosque, which has the call to prayer. The structure is excellent! The kitchen is complete, the bed is super comfortable and the bedroom is cute. The pool is small but good for relaxing. It has a complete gym, excellent, with all the equipment, very well structured.

I have stayed in this place atleast 7-8 times and never had any bad experience here. Place has is next to super market and restaurants. You will always gar a cab infront of this hotel. Since they have kitchen in each room, it is best place for long stay. I would recommend this place to everyone.

It’s quite budget hotel, however it is outdated and not well maintained! Due to kitchen appliances almost in every room, there are specific smell. Try to find better another options, for example if you are looking some place in this area within a budget, you can choose Golden Tulip hotel. Used to stay there for couple week, prior moving to this place!

Hey This is Fayeza this side, my review is about a Fun loving place to sit and enjoy coffee talks, It’s at Beastro caffe in First central 😬 I am a guest here since few months and I prefer to eat time to time at Beastro what I really like is their variety of diverse Menu. Chef Bhavani and Beastro Team, working with Manager Mr Ashraf, Sammy, Rustam, Tallah are very friendly staff and they really help out to customize the menu and give good food service items if I like to mix the food options. Breakfast menu is really good example - Avocado on Toast happens to be my favorite and their lunch has options like salads and soups after a long day of work I know I can still eat healthy and tasty food. Sometimes I take a break and indulge in spaghetti bolongensse or veg pizza 🍕😅 it comes with yummy flavors too. You just try their options they have lot of good choices. The staff is very polite and warm and they are very friendly yet they help out to choose from the options. They have take away options as well. I have lived in this hotel for quite a long time. Convenient location, comfortable rooms. Friendly and polite staff. I especially want to note the security guard, his name is Musa. When we needed medical help, he decided to lightning problemu.Spasibo lot of empathy!

The manager ia the worst from the whole hotel. I never met somebody on this position with so poor customer service, lack of experience and poor communication. I was accused of lying by the manager himself due to the incompetence of one receptionist which lost my payment receipt and after showing my bank statement he did not even apologise but said “is fine “ If you respect yourself choose another hotel where you can be treated as a human being not as a thief.

The hotel rooms were a bit out of date but still well maintained. The pool was a bit small but served its purpose. The breakfast was ok at first, but after eating bfast 4x times youll get a bit nauseated for the one thing that changes is the noodle variety and weather the sausage is chicken or beef. No other meat viand was offered. Overall the staff were nice and polite. The rooms were always clean after your return, no follow up needed. The full service kitchen and washing machine is a plus for long staying guests. For the price its a good deal

Very helpful concierge service. By mistake, my employee visa was sent to their hotel. They agreed to help me and would accept the package if it was delivered to them, even though they didn'have to as I wasn'their guest. Imagine how attentive they are to requests from their guests! I have seen with my own eyes their dedication, professionalism and responsibility. Eventually, the courier has managed to contact me, I got my passport and, fortunately, I no longer need to bother the hotel staff anymore, but I would like to thank them anyway.

A wonderful hotel to relax in Dubai. The rooms are large, clean, cozy and comfortable. I really liked the service because any employee of this hotel is very picky and is happy to help you. Separately, I want to express my gratitude to a wonderful man - Samir. Compared to all the employees, he stood out for his excellent cleaning and his friendlies.
