I
stayed
in
this
hotel
for
one
month
between
November
and
December
2022.
Despite
the
staff
being
friendly
and
helpful,
I
had
several
problems
throughout
my
stay.
-
The
shower
wouldn't
stay
in
place
and
had
to
be
wrapped
around
the
pipe
to
keep
a
considerable
distance
from
the
wall.
In
addition,
the
bathtub
will
have
visible
signs
of
use
and
appear
dirty,
even
when
cleaned.
-
The
reception
considered
that
my
30-day
stay
was
a
monthly
contract,
and
despite
not
being
informed
at
any
time
during
my
check-in
and
not
even
having
signed
a
monthly
agreement,
they
only
sent
the
cleaning
to
the
room
twice
a
week,
when
they
didn't
forget,
even
when
I
left
the
request
button
on
all
day.
-
Due
to
this
lack
of
information
about
the
monthly
contract,
they
did
not
send
water
to
the
room.
They
complained
and
insisted
on
reminding
me
that
my
contract
was
monthly
and
did
not
include
replacing
water
and
coffee
daily.
-
The
fridge
in
the
room
was
noisy
all
night,
and
the
air
conditioning
was
not
silent.
-
And
finally,
even
after
2
MONTHS
of
check
out,
I
still
haven't
received
my
deposit
back.
I've
called
countless
times,
and
they
never
give
me
a
return
or
simple
proof
that
the
refund
was
made.
