Upon on trying to order using the Del Yeah rewards app for a promo notification I got for a free burrito today I was told this is NOT a corporate location, but privately owned. So they do not honor Del Taco promotions or the app. I was disappointed but ordered anyways, and I am certainly glad I did. My family is loyal, frequent Del Taco customers, and we all agree this was the BEST Del Taco food we've ever encountered. Everything was SO fresh and generously portioned. The chicken soft tacos were literally double the size they usually are. The green sauce was amazing, and the chicken was perfect. If being privately owned means better quality, I'll support that all day. This Del Taco should be the standard. Also, the restrooms and dining room were clean. The Best Del Taco in the USA! Great service, Large portions, Just the same as 20 years ago! This ain't Jack in the box Del Taco.

This is the BEST Del Taco we have been to. The food looked even better than the picture and tasted Awesome. The people working here took pride in there job and was all very friendly. They have the Cleanest Bathrooms and eating area. Good job guys. We found out that this is one of the original Del Taco's and they take pride in it. This Del Taco has gone above and beyond. Next time we are traveling thru we will definitely be eating here.

Best Del Taco in California the service was excellent and welcoming. The food was well made all my chicken and beef tacos had plenty of meat and veggies. The burrito was huge and tasted great! Good job people and Thank you in making us feel welcomed...

Good food. Great service. Clean restaurant. A little more pricey than your normal Del Taco but much better quality and much more quantity. Definitely my favorite Del Taco out of all the Del tacos. Recommend stopping if you're on your way through Barstow.

Stopped here because it’s one of the original Del Taco. Ordered the original hard shell tacos. Taco’s didn’t disappoint they were delicious and very well stuffed with meat, lettuce and cheeses. They had plenty of Staff in the kitchen and Customer Service was good.

Probably not the most fair review as I don't really care for fast food. And I live in a place where authentic Mexican food is rampant. So, for that, I'll say it was fine. It was edible and the place was clean. The employees were super friendly.

This was my first time having Del Taco. Staff was so kind!! they were great. Food was so so, my mom had a hard shell beef taco and may have but into a bone or something bc she hurt her tooth while we ate. The milkshakes were yummy. Overall just a bit too pricey for what you get but glad I have been ig. I had the chicken and guacamole burrito which was good! The fries are quite mid, I would just get the entree if I were you, maybe skip the combo unless you’re just hungry. Also, the one of the drink machines carbonation was out, the other one was fine sort of.

It's been 8 years since I had a Macho burrito some great fries 🍟, all an all still best damn place to get great food especially a fantastic burrito an tacos. Better than the other place that will give you the runs.

Overall: 4.1/5 (dine in) It was my first time trying Del Taco and I was so excited since this location had 4 stars. It seems like this place has location specific tacos since it had Barstow in the name but I could be wrong. The food came out quickly after we ordered. The packaging was great; they wrapped the tacos in an aluminum foil to keep the food warm then wrapped that with a yellow paper one. Fish Taco ($3.29): They wrapped a lime wedge separate from the fish taco but the fact that they even include it for a fast food restaurant was impressive. The fish taco was a bit small but it was good. It does have a bit of a fishy taste to it at the middle of the fish stick. Still really good overall, especially with the lime. No sauce needed. Bun Taco ($3.39): This is basically a taco filling placed on 2 hamburger buns. It was interesting to try but we wouldn't get it again. The mashup just didn't work. I think the meat didn't have enough flavor so I had to add a lot of hot sauce. Barstow Steak Street Taco ($2.89): You can choose between chicken or steak and we were recommended the steak. I was surprised by how tender their steak was. The flavors on this taco was phenomenal. It tasted just like the one you can get on the street but without that oily, warm tortilla. This was both our favorite item we tried of the three. Highly recommend!

This is the best Del Taco I've ever been to. The staff is great, they are extremely professional and polite. The food was definitely worth every bit of 5 stars, I have never been to any fast food locations more less another del taco that truly put the work and quality into their products like this establishment. To the staff and to management, you guys are doing a great job your hard work shows! I wish more businesses would show they care about the customers and products like you guys.

My wife and I ate #1 and #4. It was seriously delicious. The quantity is also sufficient. The employees are wonderful. They were all smiling and working efficiently. Therefore, the store is full of customers. I also bought a T-shirt as a commemoration. I'll wear it in Japan.

Hey man. It's Del Taco. I don't do it often but it hits the spot. This was a road trip stop and our Subaru hit 40k when we parked! We hit the restrooms which were pretty clean and downed our tasty 🌯 burritos and finished out the trip happy! Staff was kind and I'd hit this DT again.
