We stopped at the Starbucks on our way to Vegas anticipating trying a new drink that came out for the keto diet. I'd like to start with the funny experience at the counter the person had no idea what I was talking about. He'd never heard of Keto or the diet or the drink. I looked up online and showed him the peach Citrus keto drink and they made it pretty quickly and honestly it is delicious. We also got another coffee and it came out quite quickly. So why the three star review? Although the coffee was good we also made it a restroom break and as I stood in line the employee came out saying Ma'am why don't you use this one I just cleaned it. well I don't know who's definition of clean that bathroom was I'm sure it's not Starbucks... Or mine... Or anyone else I know. pretty freaking gross I don't understand how a floor can be so dirty and yet somebody say it's clean. Makes me wonder what else is dirty in the restaurant. That said there's an A on the door so might just be a one-off just be aware bathroom is gross.

Fast service for how busy it was. This is the dirtiest location I’ve been too. Wrappers and food on the floor where customers can clearly see it. They had milk sitting out and need to provide a cleaner workspace. Obviously need more staff.

I don't usually buy Starbucks, but when I do, it is a huge treat. So we ordered drinks and a sandwich. To my dismay, the order was completely wrong and we almost drove off without our sandwich. Thankfully we asked for it. My drink was nothing more than an iced almond milk. I ordered a grande green tea frap. I got a tall GTF. She changed it to a grande, but I feel she just added some iced almond milk to the tallsize to make it a grande. It was one of the worst drinks ever. I really do not like to complain, but this barrista was far below the level of what I have come to expect from Starbucks. I guess I really feel short changed when I spend $5 on a drink and it not what I expected. I know we are human, and not robots, so I move onward in hopes that this barrista learns how to make coffee that brings me back to Starbucks for special occasions.

Clean location. Service was quick. The restrooms were clean. Staff is not the friendliest compared to other locations.

Food products are great.. In regards to the, the cashier was not too customer oriented. No smile, no thank u for visiting. She was a snob.

The staff is always friendly here, and the store is always clean. I never have any complaints about this Starbucks. It's walk in only, but right next to Jersey Mike's.

Big Starbucks with plenty of bathrooms. Service is really fast and not much waiting time.

An always go to stop heading north and south on the I-15. This Lenwood Starbucks remodeled their restrooms and this should eb the standard for all near freeway Starbucks. Plenty of individual rooms and several wash sinks. Food is typical of Starbucks but they are pretty fast at getting you through, especially in drive through.

There are NO CHANGING TABLES in this Starbucks. The Oggi’s next door has one in the handicapped stall though. Very clean. That being said, service and coffee at this Starbucks was great.

A large Starbucks in a parking lot off the Freeway. It has large restrooms and lines move quickly. There are tables and chairs inside and outside.

Nice Starbucks, the cashier recommended a new Carmel Ribbon Frap to me. It was delicious, sipped on it all the way home to Vegas.

There is a girl working here with Hot Pink hair. Super sweet and friendly service. I should have gotten her name coz she's the reason I'm writing this review. Other Starbucks should take notes!

Garrett is amazing and super sweet! Stopped on my way to Vegas from Orange County and greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was. Made my night!+

The whole crew was amazing! Friendly and even though they didn't have a lot of my usual in stock at the time, I was able to get the best caramel macchiato I've had in years! They followed my order notes and provided great service. 👍🏼

Ok Starbucks we need to talk Customer Service, Wow the staff at this location is Beyond Amazing. Big Thank you to Cenee for the amazing customer service and for being sooooo humble. I recently had Gastric Bypass surgery and Cenee helped me find a new drink that is Bariatric Friendly. This staff deserves 1000 Stars. Thanks for the great hospitality and the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your team rocks from Barstow to the moon.

Always stop here on my way to Vegas, the baristas are always cheerful friendly, my food is always hot and drinks have always been on point. restrooms are clean

Staff is super nice accidentally I did mobile order at another store but lady at front desk helped me out gave me the same items and didn’t charged me too

They seem to have got the help that they needed. They've improved tremendously! Plentiful bathrooms really help this be a top stop. They also blazed through a long line. Not a lot of seats but a small outdoor seating area helps compliment that. Much improvement since the height of the pandemic is appreciated.

My iced Americano… they put like 2 cubes that melted by the time I pulled out :( girl at window also was not very kind 😔

Unfortunately disappointing and not up to Starbucks regular standards. Multiple visits. Always out of sandwiches, old brews and this last time we waited for sandwiches they never made and they only had one of two we had paid for.. not worth stopping here and I love Starbucks.

They closed at 9:40pm 3 emplyees inside acting like they dont see me. If you close at 10pm they close at the correct time. Its selfish to make people exit the freeway while you guys say 10pm online

This is a very well run Starbucks. The restrooms were immaculately clean. My flat white was quickly made. They were all friendly.

I noticed that some customers were given greetings when entering this store, while others were not. Also I wanted to use the restroom, the service reps at counter may have called my name while I was in the restroom. So I sat waiting on my muffin listening for my name to be called. I saw a bag sitting on the counter, so I went the counter. If your service reps see food sitting on counter maybe they should repeat name. Customers should not have go back and ask the service reps if this our food. I gave this store a 2 stars because I liked the blueberry muffin. I know the reps deal with a lot from customers, but everyone deserves good customer service and respect at Starbucks. Customer service very important.

Can't speak more highly of a closing shift crew at any Starbucks I have been in, particularly since the pandemic began. Hannah, Joe, Edgar, Ari, Mackenzie (sp?(sorry!)) were fantastic! As a former HR, kudos as well to the hiring and management team for fostering the culture. Frontier's incompetence made me unable to catch my flight from San Francisco to my connecting flight in Vegas (I know, I made a bad choice, review to follow). Luckily, I had a whole day cushion to drive to the Vegas airport. Initially, just stopped in for a quick Mocha (Custom Mexican Mocha, well done), only to be entertained by their extremely friendly, personable, but still courteous, interplay with their guests, while continuing to nonstop upkeep the store (including all 6 very clean individual restrooms). It was reminiscent of Pike Place market in Seattle, slinging coffee instead of fish! Ended up staying for 3 hours,🤗 Ask about where Idaho is lol. Let me say, as well, that the music was at a proper level to have conversations, without having to yell, how the majority of Starbucks are (I am a nerd and measured the decibels, less than 55, where most are between 65 and 80. It makes a huge difference to the atmosphere). I should have added pics and vids, but why spoil the show for you? I can truly say, and mean it, come on in y'all, the coffee and crew are great at this location!
