Awsome dinning experience. 🍽 food was very delicious 😋.

Our first time here yesterday and it was great! Diane was our server and she was above and beyond with our order. She make sure everything was fine very often with us. Place was very quiet and they followed the social distancing due to COVID-19 pandemic. Bathrooms were ok, but could be better. A good spot to recharge your batteries, before going to Las Vegas, NV or CA.

Really disappointed. The ribs were not fresh, they had been baked for too long, the meat was dry and woody, it tasted like eating a wooden stick. French fries and toast take a long time to make, and the taste is extremely poor. Freshly baked ones should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This time, the taste is like eating leather candy. The corn tasted bad. I've eaten here many times while living in LA, and it's always been good. I hope this store can guarantee the quality.

We travel all over the United States. The Chili's in Barstow is the best run, cleanest and friendliest Chili's in America. There are lots of good ones but this is the best. We are from Florida and we know there are none this well managed like this one. Thanks Martha and a great bartender, Dawn.

I love the Chicken Fajitas here, the chicken is so tender and delish! Good service and nice perk of you join on you get a free drink or free chips and salsa every time you eat there.

Poor service and excessive wait time for basic food . They put an excessive amount of salad dressing and parmesan cheese to hide the really old lettuce in my salad. Like it was limp and dark green and sour. The chicken pieces were old and clumped together and were barely warm. There weren't that many people and the waitress never even filled our drinks and you had to ask twice for everything and hope she came back from hanging out at the bar with the bartenders.

This is the 2nd time we have eaten here and each time the service was not as it should be. We shared the wings and asked for plates and for about 10 min we waited. We then asked out waitress who then brings them out in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later the waiter comes with our plates. Then asked if we needed more napkins we said yes and when we left we were still waiting for napkins. Each visit was like this. Our waitress was good but didn’t get refills after she said she would bring them. We were still waiting for tea and ended up just paying our bill and leaving.

“MAC ON THIS!” “Let’s get crispy!” The manager Cindy and bartender Diana were so great! Really made our night. Amazing customer service. Can’t wait to stop by every time on my way to Vegas! Thanks for a great time

I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with a garden salad and the smokehouse combo with the half order ribs and chicken crispers with yellow rice and black beans. The food was good. I ordered delivery though there website they use DoorDash for delivery. The food is cheaper when you order on chili's website. I will order again. Also redeemed my free chips and salsa.

This is a stop we make almost every weekend because they’re right next to the superchargers. Other experiences before were teetering terrible, but this time was the last straw - We had 5 servers walk by, make eye contact and did not even acknowledge us let alone take our drink order. The food was barely edible and only tasted good because it’s mostly fried and layered with cheese or creamy sauce or both. Terrible service and terrible all around. Go if you’re super desperate but just go across the street or by the outlets.

Emily was our waitress at this location one evening, and I have to say, she was awesome. Emily was on top of everything, and her customer service was unsurpassed. Even though it was busy due to graduation parties, Emily was great. Food was ok, drinks weren't bad either.

Out here for work. I sat at the bar tonight and Diana was the bartender. I ordered the 6oz Sirlon with double brocalli. The service was on point, always making sure I was doing great and that the food was good without being too invasive. The steak was very tasty and would definitely order again. If you're passing through or here for work, I recommend stopping here for dinner.

Waitress was very lovely. She was super friendly and very tentative to our drinks. Food came promptly. Burger was a little under cooked but they remade it super fast and the waitress was supper about it! She made our vacation extra memorable. I wish I would have gotten her name. She made it feel like we where dining at grandmas place ♥️

It was a Saturday night out with my son daughter wife and soon to be son in law. A very busy night at chili. Very festive, people laughing,talking to each other letting thier hair down . Let's look at the food. Yes it was good, yes, service was very good. The best part of the night was being with my family

I do NOT recommend eating here! My waitress pretty much ignored me, my food took 45+ minutes, and then wasn't cooked the way I ordered it. I complained to the manager who didn't reflect these problems in the final bill. The food tasted decent

Had an awesome experience my friend and I sat at the bar and we had the greatest bartender he had a great personality and really made our experience enjoyable.

-100 stars if I could!! First the hostess didn't even take us to our table, she gave my daughter the menus and told us to pick a booth from the selected area. We get to the table it was dirty. We waited another 5-7 mins for someone to clean it off. Waitress was very lackluster, paid more attention to a table full of men then a family of four. She kept lying saying the food would be out shortly every time we stopped her to ask. Finally after getting our food my steak was overcooked and I waved her down yet again to tell her I would like a recook and she said ok and walked off without taking the plate back with her. At that point I requested the manager from the waitress, waited 10 mins and nothing, I asked the bartender for the same manager, waited another 10 mins and nothing, I then ask the hostess and on the mic I hear the manager say she was in the back helping food get out & she would be there when she could. After another 10 min she finally comes out with an attitude asking what happened. I told her I no longer wanted my food and requested it be taken off the bill & how costumer service lacked majorly & her response was that we didn't have to pay for anything. No apology or anything !! My daughter asked for her burger and she grabbed a box for her. I took all the food left on the table and we left. We'll never return unless NEW MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYEES work there and hopefully treat their costumers with decency & respect

Michael was the absolute best. He really made our night. Great attitude, nice conversation and got us everything we needed to make our experience great! If you go here, ask to sit in Michael's section, you won't be disappointed.

The chips and salsa are great, as well as the Presidente margaritas. Excellent service, and plenty of flat screen monitors if the game is on. They were short staffed at the time of our visit, however, they really did their best to make up for that.

Stopped here to charge the Tesla. One of my favorite charging stations plus a great meal! “Grandma” is an amazing server! She is so personable and on point! It’s my birthday today so she made sure to sing to me with the group. Great experience. The shrimp tacos, guacamole, chips, salsa and cheesecake were all perfect! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stop off and Birthday Celebration while on the road back from Vegas! Will definitely do this again!

Enjoyed our meal really enjoyed our server and also the young lady that helped us understand the menu and how to order.. Enjoyed the atmosphere and where we were seated

Food was ok. Server was really nice. The “system” didn’t send our order in so we had to reorder. It took over an hour for us to get our food.
