Usually this place is broken or the fuel pumps don't work or something doesn't work. Today everything worked and they even have a good food menu

Good evening everybody....Normally I wouldn't take the time to write a review....but this is directed to the short tattooed employee that where's glasses at this establishment from LA. See I've learned to block out all negative....I really dont mind you making fun of my appearance....the growth that's growing on the side of my face alters my appearance.....this is why I where a mask until I'm able to afford my operation. I would never wish this condition on you or anyone...have your laughs at my expense....its all good.... I only ask that you show a little more consideration to other customers that dont have thick skin.....for you might not know how your laugh and giggles might affect them. Hopefully this can be a learning moment to treat others like you would want to be treated if you were in their shoes. Have a Blessed Day.

Great place to stop while travelling. Dedicated RV pumps with dump station. Huge parking lot. Excellent showers, very clean. Lots of munchies & goodies inside.

This Flying J is in the most perfect spot because it is totally surrounded by so many great restaurants! But, you'll have to get here early to get a parking spot. It tends to fill up quick!

Pulled in to get gas along the way to Vegas Saw a guy with some good lookin pups outside the station along the street attempting to get gas and thought I'd help. When I called him to the pump, the maintenance attendant came up and gave us attitude, telling him he needed to leave the property. When I spoke to Lisa the manager, she acted as if it's a part of the day, and honestly I don't think she cared. Next station that tells me I can't help a person , I'm reporting to a lawyer that they have rules/etiquette expectations of their customers. Last I checked, customers are always right

Very RV friendly. Dumpstation, with both fresh and flush water for $10, pay cashier inside for code. Plus gas pumps are right there as well.

Good selection of food and good service. Could use more real people and fewer machines. The internet is at least better than dial-up, but it is not a good value.

Everytime I've been there for the past 3 years I've always had a 5 stars service. People who work there are always nice and ready to help you. Clean, good food, trash can not overfilled, coffee machine always clean, shelves are always stacked.

They have an infant chair in the handicap woman's stall. You don't have to choose between having your infant crawl on the bathroom floor or holding them while you do your business. That and no gaps in the doors, this is a great example of what all public bathrooms should be.

normally this place is excellent but this time the bathrooms weren't very clean in one and other was closed. but store is always clean and staff always friendly. Great selection

Friendly staff , clean bathrooms , plenty of registers/self checkouts if you’re in a hurry. I recommend downloading their app for deals. There’s plenty of choices for drinks, snacks and lunch/dinner. Plus there’s Cinnabon can’t beat that.

Good place to stop and get gas or free air in the truck side if your in need

I pulled in with my car. I swiped my Visa at the gas pump. It failed and I immediately got a fraud alert warning. I swiped my AMEX. It did not work. The pump message said see cashier both times. I called the store from the pump twice. They hung up twice. I called the customer service 800 number at pilot corporation I was told that many credit card companies won't let their customers use their cards at the pumps. If you want their gas go in and pay first like it's 1983. There will be a like of people waiting to pay like it's 1983.

Always a great choice to stop here to fuel up when we are towing our travel trailer. Plenty of room to move around, a nice store and restaurant inside. Plenty of parking in parking lot to take a rest.

Great truck stop However this truck used a Squeegee bush to clean the truck. That ruins the squeegee faster and puts extra road grime in the bucket.

food very delicious , clean rest rooms , friendly staff, at the cashier the girls work quickly and professionally what is needed for the truck drivers so that everything is fast, clean and professional thank you for the good work

The cashier was seriously going to charge me two dollars and fifty cents for a bloody cup of hot water. Not even tea. Not even coffee!! I have never been charged for hot water at any Pilot until today.

Yesterday. I pulled the gas to my car for full, but it stopped. I think it's fully done. I check my car start. The gas still is not fulling in the car. It's said to go to see casher. I can't leave my boys in the car alone. A customer old man trying to help, and he gets the customer guy to look like a native and so disrespectful I told him I don't understand you. I said use your phone to note types that I am deaf, and I told him I was fed my car for full and still not fulls, and it's stopped itself. He kept spoked made me boil, and he didn't want to type the note on the phone as trouble communicating, and his hopes made me give up I left. Casher is dirty for limit gas!

Good location to park after driving through the desert. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Outlet mall near by, other truck parking available within half mile of flying j

Need to be there early if you need to park, it stays pretty full. Usually pretty quiet, clean, & friendly employees. They're food always seems to be fresh & cooked properly. Nice place to park.
