Awesome hotel! Very good location next to a lot of fast food restaurants, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was overall very good, the rooms were nice and very clean. The A/C and wifi worked perfectly and the beds were cozy.

Very nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Pet friendly. Complimentary breakfast. I mean the works too, not just cereal. Donuts, cinnamon rolls, eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. Room had mini fridge, small sink, nice spacious bathroom, tub / shower, and plenty of plugs in the room. Both sides of the bed and the desk. Would stay here again if in the area. Very nice hotel, and friendly staff.

We booked this hotel in advance after many positive online reviews, and our experience didn't disappoint. The room was comfortable, nice beds/bedding. Great hot showers with a nice breakfast selection in the morning. This was a one night stay for my family of 4 on our Route 66 journey through California. We would stay here again without looking elsewhere.

Room did not feel super clean or maybe it just needs an update. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. Just like sleeping on the floor. We were only there for one night so I can't speak to any of the other amenities. We even rushed off without eating.

Within walking distance to many food places. My room 209 had a jacuzzi tub and reg. tub. The king size bed also had a mix of firm and fluffy pillows which I like. Room was clean with quality soap and shampoo.

Manager and Staff were fantastic very accommodating and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone only issue I had was whirlpool did not work or have hot water but room was clean and comfortable beds but pillows could be better.

The Front desk staff can be very nice, the girl who took care of me was exceptional. The maintenance guy was quick, thorough and friendly. Very nice guy. The breakfast is fine for free. Sometimes chorizo and eggs very good!

They have truck parking in the back I parked my truck with a 53' trailer inside of the property, staff friendly they also gave me a truck driver discount. The room is huge and clean, good TV Programation I really like it After a long trip coming from Dallas this the perfect place to stay

The room was not clean. It looks like all the surfaces were cleaned with a dirty rag. Dirt build up on bathroom and closet doors. Pillows old and worn down. Stains on bed skirts. Tile floor as soon as walking in the room was filthy. Other reviews for room comfort and cleanliness are misleading. Stairwell also dirty, more like an older hotel on cleanliness. Front desk lady was very nice though!

The room was clean, compact, could sleep 6, but there was only 2 of us. Included breakfast which was very nice. Large selection of food. Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereals, waffle maker, toasts, various juices, coffee w/all the fixings, yogurt as well as Greek yogurt, danish's, fruit, even hard boiled eggs! Front desk gal saw us going in & out a lot, but greeted us every time.

This is an excellent hotel. I am a Diamond Member and was on the verge of leaving Choice Hotels, but this hotel has made me rethink my decision. I am an OTR truck driver and my wife and I like to get out of the truck every couple of weeks to take some time off. We have our little dog with us and it gets difficult to find a nice hotel with truck parking that allows pets. When we do, they usually have a large pet fee. Here it's only like $15 a night. They have room in their parking lot for around 6 or 7 trucks. If that's full, it's right next to the Flying J. The rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely nice. Their breakfast was good. There are many restaurants within walking distance or you can DoorDash. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area.

We had 6 rooms as a part of a group trip. For a 2-3 star hotel this place was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet enough. The pool and hot tub were great for our group. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms were spacious enough and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This comfort suites was nice. The room was clean and fairly modern. The bathroom was also good. The service was very good and everyone we encountered was very nice and polite. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts i have seen at comfort inns and other choice hotels. That's not to say the others are bad, but this one was fantastic. So many great options and not hindered from COVID as of writing this review (July 2022). I overall highly recommend this hotel

This is best Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. Choice Hotels, take note. All your franchisees should be training here. The breakfast options were really impressive. Chobani Yogurt, Nutella, Cinnamon Coffee cake and the list goes on and on. Even the choice of creamers is over the top, just fantastic choices. The rooms are huge and designed with a lot of thought to maximize space. There are tonnes of USB ports and plugs available. The hotel is bright, inviting and new. I rarely leave such detailed reviews but after staying here, I couldn't help but provide some feedback. I hope I have some reason to come back to Barstow just so I can stay here again. Thank you folks for a great stay

I really enjoyed my stay everyone was great until after I checked out and found out that they took $400 out of my bank account then voided it, that ended up costing me $100 in over draft charges. They also claimed that we smoked in the room which we did NOT. This is the second choice hotel to make the same accusation, I don't think that I will be staying at another one of their hotels again

A great hotel in a good location! Rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are also on par. The breakfast was better than expected and very well prepared.

We stayed here to visit family in Barstow. It's a nice place. The room was comfortable for us all with enough room. Breakfast was really good with cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and more. Would stay again when back in the area

I stayed for one night on the 3rd floor. Room was clean and it had everything that we needed as a family from a mini-frige, microwave, coffee maker, a sofa, desk, cling size bed and a good large size bathroom. We so very much at home. Staff were very welcoming, we were acknowledged when ever we cross paths. Never felt ignored. Our 6 yr old was treated with so much respect. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable of the area specially about Calico and my son more excited to go. Even the kitchen staff and housekeeping were so nice. Breakfast was typical but very good. It had variety to selection from. The pool was clean and it had plenty of space to sit and swim. Not one compliant. We will definitely be back. For the all of the staff that was working on the evening of August 7 to the morning of August 8th… Thank you!

Room was spacious, lots of outlets for cell phones and computers. The refrigerator was clean and set to keep our things cold. The thermostat was on the wall so we could adjust it easily and staff was so nice. They have a small store to purchase food items. And serve breakfast in the morning.

We stopped here during a cross country drive. This was a very comfortable stay. Clean. Quiet. Very professional. They were pet friendly, and my cat was comfortable as well. They also serve an outstanding breakfast in the morning, which was very much appreciated!

*Safe neighborhood *Inviting lobby *Courteous staff *Best cinnamon coffee cake 😁 We had a brief stay after escaping the nightmare that is the interstate leaving San Diego. It was a nice clean room and the AC worked well (pay attention San Diego hotels). I'd say the only issues for my wife and I were: 1. One side of the king size bed only had enough clearance to squeeze by to access the bed. 2. Mediocre water pressure. But I probably shouldn't fault the hotel. We are in the desert and this seems to be a common theme which is understandable. It's hard to get a 5 star from me, but this one is quite close. I would've given 4.5 stars if I could.

As always it is just a great stay Everytime. So extremely clean and professional. Great hot breakfast. Great customer service. Have stayed many hotels and this is by far our favorite. Hilton has nothing on comfort suites in Barstow. The customer service is definitely the best and gets better every stay. Thank you Nicole, Tori and all the staff for another great experience.
