    Came around the time the ladies were changing shifts, they both politely asked me to wait and offered me a water. These ladies are respectful and generous. Briana Rooms are clean, made me feel real cozy. I recommend the stay here

    Very basic room, fine for what it is. Large dying beetle upon entering our room. No shampoo, only small slivers of soap. Bed is about 5 inches thick and quite firm. No extra pillows. No pet fees which is a plus. Small TV mounted on a dark piece of wood to maybe make it seem bigger? Fine for one night only wouldn't stay longer than that.

    The motel is located right off Route 66. The front desk person was courteous, accommodating & efficient. The room was very clean and was equipped with a small refrigerator & microwave. I loved the functioning bath tub & shower. Great value when we stayed and that was on a Friday into Saturday. Exceeded expectations! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

    I have to say Amy at the front desk is super awesome and gives the best customer service ever! The location is nice and quiet and the rooms are always clean.

    Our check in person with super helpful even though we rolled in at 4:00 in the morning. She was professional and friendly. So was the morning person when we checked out. The rooms were pretty gross however. One of the rooms had what looked like puke still left in the shower. Our room had candy wrappers behind the bed and some kind of stain on the wall where the towels are stacked. I was worried about sleeping in the bed and thankfully I didn't get bed bugs like other people here. I did develop a rash two days after I stayed here, but I can't prove it came from the hotel. Just a really sloppy cleaning job overall. They really need to fire the cleaners.

    The front dest receptionist at night was the best to me and my family. She looked out for us in the most tender loving care. She made our night. Thanks again girlie

    I got what I expected really. The room was basic, not too big not too small. The bed was uncomfortable kind of but better than sleeping in our car. Lol The front desk lady was nice. For barstow it was a good location.

    I was charged a $20 pet fee even though the Motel 6 Web Site says that "Pets stay free" At Motel 6, service animals and well-behaved pets always stay free (Studio 6 locations require a $10.00 per day pet fee to a maximum of $100.00 per stay. Service animals are always welcome at no charge).

    Do not stay here if you have pets and choose Motel 6 for their pets stay free policy. I booked via the Motel 6 website and was never notified of a pet fee policy. When I checked in the front desk woman said it would be a $40 non-refundable charge, which almost doubled the cost of the room. Then when I was given the check in slip, it said it was a $20 charge, so this felt ultra scammy. I was also told that I wasn't notified of the fee because I booked though a 3rd party, which was not true, I booked via the Motel 6 site. She said that this particular Motel 6 was owned by someone else and only calling was considered booking direct, the Motel 6 site is a 3rd party. She also neglected to return my ID and instead of notifying me, it was just put in the drawer. I have called 3 times and they verify that it is there. I have requested that they mail it back to me and I was informed that will need a managers approval. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back. I will never stay at this particular Motel 6 and I would give it 0 stars if possible.

    Needed a room so bad! I was tired and it was super late like 3am leaving from Vegas. They were sooo helpful and got me a room with no problems. Grateful for that! But the walls are paper thin and the people next door had loud children and a barking dog! So I was gone by 9

    First time getting a room for two nights at this particular Motel 6 has been one of the best experience. The host (Tay) was of great help. Her Customer service profession was very helpful and comforting. Here I feel welcomed and can say I made the right decision coming here. Will I come back...? Indeed I will. Tay, here is 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Your customer care executive, Ms. Bree took care of all my queries in a jiffy. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.     I would like to say this motel 6 has better cleaner rooms, All housekeepers are very respectful and we'll professional. They always helped me in whatever I needed. Thank you so much for doing all the hard work to get these rooms cleaned. I appreciate it.

    The lady that works up front couldn't even get my key to unlock my room. After the second time I finally said I want a refund then she told me she couldn't do it and she was the best at her job. But yet I paid for a room I never entered.. Beware of staying at this place!

    Asked for 2 queen beds got 2 full size both were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Remote didn't work very well, batteries kept falling out of the remote, couldn't input the channel number. People in the room next to us were in and out all night long.

    Tay at the front desk provided the most professional, courteous, and cordial customer service by making sure I secured a super nice, clean, quiet room that exceeded my expectations. She should be commended for her positive attitude and making sure that this Motel 6 is up to it’s highest standards. Employee of the month for sure! Cheers

    Basically the cleanest room I have rented out here in barstow. Quiet. Has every amenity that I could need. Atm. Water sales. Vending. Atm. The topper everyone including staff are great. Very nice I will be back.

    Smoke alarm went off all night. No coffee In room. No extra towels. Front desk clerks were well mannered.

    Room wasn't that clean but no bugs or rodents mostly quiet inside the room. Ice machine and soda machines out of order. No coffee or any type of breakfast. Deposit required regardless. Nite staff hospitable, morning staff rude(we interrupted her breakfast).

    The room was absolutely filthy from top to bottom with the exception of the sheets which appeared and smelled clean. The floor could not have been washed in a year or more…black with filth. We huddled on the bed all evening and left any food in the car so we didn’t leave with cockroaches or something. There appears to an updated section of the motel, but we were not put there. Scary people banging around outside all night. Worst motel we have ever stayed in. I told the owner I would be offended if he checked the room for damage before returning the $60 cash damage deposit they require on check in. He made a note that we would get a reduced rate on our next visit πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚ The young lady that checked us in the evening of our stay was an absolute doll!

    They require a $60 dep. I forgot to get it so I called a day later and they said when I came back through I could get it. When I came back through the person working the desk told me I would have to come back tomorrow. I was driving from California to Texas. I later spoke to Motel 6 customer service and they said it showed on my account that my deposit had been returned. Pretty sure someone there stole it. Customer service said they would contact me through email. No contact. I will drop by there the next time I visit my son and am considering filing a police report for theft if they do not return my deposit.

    Stayed at this location and one of the kids woke with an itchy back. He took a shower and we checked out. Later that day he said his back hurt and when we checked it was covered in bed bug bites. I called the motel to complain and the lady that answered said "Did you say something when you checked out. No cause I didn't know then. Oh well no other guest have complained but I will tell the manager and the housekeeper ". That is all she was willing to do and offer me for our inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone ever.

    Great room for a quick stay, I enjoyed the stay and the front desk people. They are all considerate especially Brianna she has a great personality, my daughter adored her as she made us feel so comfortable here. Great job Motel 6 your workers are amazing
