😐 It needs some upkeep for sure! The grass used to be really green, and now you see some dead spots. Over all the grounds look like they aren't being kept up with! This places 2 years ago looked amazing! Someone needs to get back up there and put some love in those fields! People often mention park,

I absolutely love this sports park, they also do different events other than baseball softball and soccer

Great place to meet up for a run especially on the trail. With 6 diamonds and just as many batting cages you're sure to get a great practice at a very low price. The basketball courts are not indoors but they are covered. Parking is plentiful and the staff is courteous. The two snack bars also have TVs. Oh and yes snack bars mean no coolers in the park. Expect a bad check and nothing more than something like a hydro flask to be allowed.

They had the 5K run/walk event there, and I think it was a good park choice because of the park itself is really nice, well maintained, & the trees are beautiful. It's also very spacious, including a playground. I loved it!

This park is well kept up but seems primarily used for large city sponsored events and/or batting cages.

It's a sports park that is in Barstow. I think you need reservations or have to have a game here for this place to be open. It's not an open park. Does NOT allow dogs. It has limited restrooms.

What a beautiful sports complex. Our kids are in Little League and play all over the High Desert, and this is one of our favorite fields to play on. They have three upper fields immediately on your left as you enter and three lower fields if you continue walking straight. They have ramps that help anyone pushing a stroller, wheelchair, wagon, or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. The restrooms are cleaned and stocked with hygienic supplies. You don't need to bring your own chair. There's plenty of seating near the dugouts or upstairs from the snackbar. If you have little ones who become restless, there's a playground nearby. If the weather is unbearable, you can always stay in your vehicle and drive around the desert areas and watch the game from a distance.

Lazy kids for employees, poorly managed at best, nearly falling apart. Snack bar rarely has what there supposed to sell. Just a vary low end place.

To be honest, I only visit this park to walk out of it, into the desert. I'm a bit of a rockhound, & had been advised that this is a good departure point for rockhounding. As a departure point it's pretty good, but must mention that (perhaps due to having open land in 3 directions?) parking here does not seem 100% safe; I observed parking lot for some time, having had my car broken into at a different location whilst rockhounding, and received the impression that this parking lot is popular with those engaging in illicit activities. Couldn't guess which illicit activities, just know there were many occupied vehicles parked in same spots, clearly keeping an eye on other vehicles.
