DO NOT DINE HERE!!! There are a dozen people currently here who have been waiting for more than half an hour. There are individuals who have missed their bus due to the horrible and slow service. They have broken several health codes since my arrival and actually charged us for a glass of water, which is flat out illegal in this state. On top of that, they added this charge knowing that their water dispenser is broken and did not inform us until after the purchase was made. On top of all of this, they completely butchered our order. This place should be investigated at minimum, this is entirely unacceptable and is by far the worst fast food place I've been to in a very long time.

So I wanted to try a "crispy" chicken sandwich at McDonald's today. I am so sorry. I'm really hungry. This sandwich is so crispy I can't bite into it. There is NO condiments on it so the Mayo you see is what I put on. The bun is burned and the chicken is burned. It's so hard I can't bite it or chew it. THANKS MCDONALD'S

This is an unique McDonald's indeed because it is attached with an old railroad car that you are able to eat inside of 😀. If you are train 🚆 lover then this will make your day 😉 and afterwards you can walk through the mini mall and enjoy a few cool shops. Cleanliness is well maintained here and everyone is very friendly and professional. McDonald's is always going to be my absolute favorite 😍 fast food fries and I often stop, simply to get the fries....and many other menu items are just as yummy 😋. I say eating inside of an old-timey railroad car is the 🐝 bees-knees!!! 😆 and well worth the stop on it's own and maybe while you're there, you might enjoy a milkshake and my favorite, some McDonald's golden fries 🍟. *Faces are covered to protect identity*

The experience is outta this world .. the best stop in Barstow on your way to Nevada .. the gift store .. the decorations.. the staff .. we spent over three hours without even felling the time passing by .. you need to stop here if you are heading to Nevada

Don’t stop here. What is ordered is not delivered and look at what the large spicy Mac Crispy chicken sandwich looks like vs the photo 🥴 @MacDo corp., monitor the quality delivered by your franchisees.

I ordered a a chicken deluxe. I got one piece of tomato so I went to an employee to show them and if I could get another tomato and was given 3 spoiled tomato slices. Very sad.

This was a stop on the way to Vegas and it was so fun! They turned the trains into part of the McDonald's and have kiosks to order inside. The food was average McDonald's experience but the place itself is worth stopping at. The inside looks like the train itself so you can sit as if you're on the train!

I placed a mobile order which took nearly a half hour to get. I selected curbside pickup yet I had to go in to get my food. They were not busy, they were understaffed requiring orders to be made on the kiosks bc they didn’t have anyone on register. I could have saved time by going to a different location. The app says they have mobile pickup yet the 1 and 2 spots are not in a safe spot to park only 3 is without having to wait thru the drive thru.

Hilarious that they will kick you out for loitering for 30 minutes but they won't kick out the homeless person right by the entrance. It's disgusting inside. Dirty floors everywhere. We see where their priorities lie.

This one is different on the outside and inside, they still have a figure of Ronald McDonald's. As for the food, same as usual, but this place is little different and worth the visit. Enjoy your visit!

Omg it was so nasty in this McDonald's Flys was flying around us the whole time we was there. The floors and tables was dirty. No one came out to clean the tables. I instantly lost my appetite. Ugh

Ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes and a Sausage biscuit. Everything was correct and fresh. Will update if it changes. Update ordered the quarter ponder with no onions no Ketchup no mustard only mayo they put everything that I asked them not to on it. The nuggets were good the fries were not hot.

This McDonald’s was obviously renovated and looks super modern. Though the other restaurants next to it are very old and does not match the style of the “new” McDonalds. Still 5 stars.

My order was correct and fresh. My big issue was the speed and cleanliness of the staff members and restaurant. Everyone seemed to go at sloth speed for dine in. Also the inside was dirty and the men's bathroom was being cleaned for 30 minutes while I was there. For a freeway rest stop fast food location that should definitely be sped up. Also a major section of a dine-in seating was unavailable in sectioned off.

Crazy cool Mickey Ds fitted into a set of abandoned train cars. Perhaps on of the most original in a franchise that prides itself on its high standards of conformity. Stop by next time you’re in Barstow and see for yourself? Maybe supersize that experience with an enormous cow sized milkshake

I ordered a big Mac meal. Fries were cold and big Mac was warm at best. It was thrown together and more of the lettuce was under the burger rather than on the burger. The paddies were 3/4 off the bun and the cheese was off the bun the other way. It wasn't very busy so I am not sure why it wasn't put together better. Unfortunate as McDonald's is usually fairly consistent with its prep.

This has been an excellent McDonald's, although it seems that most McDonald's are the same, they were quite speedy with our order even though they were heavily impacted with people. The seating can be limited for groups above 2 as most seating were for 2. Food was of excellent quality and the facilities were clean.

The Greyhound bus stopped here for a rest. We had about 20 minutes to get our food and get back. After looking at the choices I decided McDonald's sounded the best and would be the easiest to eat on the bus. I went up to their ordering screens and put my order in. It said on the screen it would only take card payments, no cash. I got it all in and used my card, but it refused to take it. I tried several with no success. It gave me a very large order number (something like 6 digits) to go up front and pay. The numbers went by so fast I couldn't catch them. Knowing without paying it would not show up on the order screen I decided to chuck it and went up and gave my order. Despite being very busy the man at the register was very nice and patient. The orders came out quickly and when mine came up I realized I had made a mistake in the order. I asked the lady if she could fix it for me (it was the same price) and she did with no problems. For how crazy it was in there - there were at least three buses - they were doing a good job.

Cool location. Actually made it on top 10 McDonald's to visit. The restaurant is made out of passenger train cars. Unfortunately, the food was good but took about 10 minutes to get... there wasn't alot of people there which is why it got 4 stars. Staff was very short when spoken to. Cared more about what their other coworkers were doing that weekend. The worst part was the dinning room was a mess. Didn't look like it had been cleaned or maintained in awhile.

Memories! As a child, we regularly went on long road trips that always seemed to take us through Barstow. And as was tradition, we always stopped here for breakfast. The flavors of a McDonald's breakfast always remind me of sitting in the train cars converted into seating for the restaurant. If you haven't tried it, you'll never know.

We were disappointed to get here at 7:30 PM and learn that all the train cars were basically closed off. We couldn’t even get a table for four so we had to split up among two person tables. Food was the average McDonald’s. Very slow, perhaps because they were busy. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. They got just a little bit of our order wrong. Soft drinks are behind the counter. Restrooms have locks. Not very welcoming. Extremely expensive. Like $40 for a two adult meals, one sandwich, and one happy meal. Tiny flies are bothering me at my table.

I have eaten here many times. On this visit I wanted some water. I had my own insulated cup. I was told I could have ice, but it would be a dollar to get some water. I accepted the ice and filled my cup from the bathroom sink. I think I will patronize one of the other food establishments in the complex.
