😠 Yesterday, I arrived early for my 9:00 appointment. I was called to the back pretty quickly. I wasn’t greeted or anything. She took my pressure and asked why I was in. Then they put me on a room. I waited, and waited, and waited. Over an hour had passed. No one came into the room to check on me, upd... People often mention appointment, time, asked, office, called, staff, room, work,

Yesterday, I arrived early for my 9:00 appointment. I was called to the back pretty quickly. I wasn’t greeted or anything. She took my pressure and asked why I was in. Then they put me on a room. I waited, and waited, and waited. Over an hour had passed. No one came into the room to check on me, update me, offer me a cup of water, absolutely nothing. I finally get up and asked her when I would be seen. She had this disgusted look on her face like I shouldn’t be questioning her. She asked “Well, what time did you get here?” I stated that I arrived early. “ Well what time was your appointment because we go by appointment here.” At that point, I was getting upset because now you’re insulting my intelligence with these silly questions and comments, instead of owning the fact that you’re dropping the ball. She also made the statement that it’s possible that the other appointments arrived late. So my question is why was my appointment pushed back for them? I asked how long would it take to get to me. She paused for a while, well it’s someone in front of you that hasn’t been seen. So we are talking another, at minimum, 30 minutes. I was not staying and I left without being seen. I didn’t care about getting my copay back, they can keep it. I will NEVER come back to that unprofessional office. Management needs to look into the customer service as well.

I arrived at 8 for a 8:15 appointment was shown to exam room. Dr Wong came in at 10:00. Very rude young nurse working with him. She escort me to lab and again very rude. I have daughters I understand off days but as a paying customer I don’t expect to be talked down to as of I’m a Alzheimer’s patient and don’t understand. The lab gave me my chart and told me to go to check out. There this rude little nurse launched in on me telling me she told me to sit in that chair and not to leave. Still holding onto Jesus but strained I handed her my chart. She looks at it and loudly says that I have the wrong chart. She should have been talking to her lab techs like that. Now I’m told they may have to redraw blood. I’m out. Told her I would not be back after 30 years with the original founding doctor and through the spiral down to what it is now. I asked for my records. One of the ladies named Faye came out and asked me not to leave, she apologized for the nurses attitude. Well done Faye you were the only bright light there. I would not recommend this practice to anyone plus it’s pretty dirty and dingy. This is a knock on their management not individual employees.

I never plan on giving anyone a negative review but the appointment staff of this clinic is just something people should be aware of if they really plan on going here. The comments here about the customer service are true. It felt like winning the lottery having my call finally answered and having my appointment down. And I waited a full MONTH to be seen by the physician I preferred to see. As with any clinic I’ve been to, they asked my personal info, insurance credentials, all the info they need to book me. Everything seems to be fine after that. And lo behold, today upon walking in they tell me they don’t take the “PLAN” I have with my insurance provider, but they do work with them. If your clinic has specific limitations like this, it is unprofessional, unacceptable, and inconsiderate that you would only inform the patient upon walking in on the day of their appointment after a MONTH LONG WAIT.

Do not call these people for anything because the chances of you hitting the Powerball jackpot is probably higher than them answering your phone call. Some of the doctors are great. It’s just the appointment staff. They don’t deserve a single star really.

Message on mychart said I needed a referral. I called the office I last saw the doctor at. She said I needed to called the office I first saw the doctor at (not his usual location) and transferred me there. I was able to say about 3 sentences before the lady rudely said "WRONG OFFICE!" and transferred me to yet a third office. The third office said I would have to call the referral department and gave me a number. I called it and it went straight to voicemail. I also tried doing all this through mychart, but no one ever replies to the messages.

Not only is the wait time and disorganization completely horrible, the staff is worse. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy. The staff out right lied, had zero patience for my concerns, and made it clear they did not have time for me. Medical providers should be in the service of helping others. Your patients are not just that, they are also paying customers. An extensive training in customer service for the whole office, including nurses and doctors, is needed!!

The appointment setting was the most enjoyable experience. The nurse was VERY helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff was very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating, but OH, after they got you in the room, you're on your own. The doctor was very helpful and informative, but the nurse took HER PRECIOUS TIME. I ended up leaving bc I had to pick my kids up after being there an hour and a half the nurse called and lied like she had already put my meds in...I called the next day and had to leave a message...1 week later...still no meds.

Currently still waiting to be seen. Earliest available appointment I did the online check in on the app and got seen by the LPN quickly but it’s been 30+ minutes and I’ve still yet to be seen. I have had no problems with this provider until this (second time). They have refused to refill my medications; I will not be coming back here. I am going to find a different provider. Absolutely ridiculous to wait so long to be seen by the doctor.

It was my 1st time visiting the office and my visit was great. My check in was good and when I was put in a room, that went well. My visit was with Heather Kendrick and I was truly impressed with her. I like her bedside manners and I had a good feeling about her. I Know that I will be seeing her again. Thanks for having her as part of your staff. Thanks Linda Jackson

I would not be surprised if the location at 3091 kirbywhitten road have several lawsuits this location has caused me a lot of pain and suffering my insurance company has been trying to get paperwork filled out correctly since 10/21/2023 so I can have surgery. The manager Gwen will not return my calls I have left so many messages for her I lost count and when I went in and asked for her she told them to tell me she did not have time to speak with me. When I ask for corporate number no one would give me the information. No one seems to care enough to help me. It has been over a month and NYL still has not received the paperwork work back completed.

I can't speak to other people's experiences, but this place gets a 10/10 from me. I've been there multiple times and it is clean, and relaxing. The ladies at the front (Asya, Lisbeth, and Courtney) have been VERY helpful, informative and professional each time. I've been to other places where the doctors didn't seem to believe what I was reporting, but Dr. Wong really takes the time to listen, treats me like a person, and cares about my feedback on places he referred me to. The team is very thorough, professional and I would definitely recommend.

One of the worst experience I’ve had in a while. New patient here, as I walk in the front desk was pretty unprofessional. They seem unorganized. They were too busy gossiping and talked about how their weekend was so loudly. As a patient, we don’t care. We just need you to do your job. Secondly, my gosh the wait was so so long. People that work there are so meh. They seem like they didn’t want to be there. The place looked and felt dirty and old. Although, dr Woodall was super nice and attentive when he got in the room. But idk if that would out weigh the negatives that was there.

Dr Amendola was WONDERFUL. I have had visits with many doctors in my 68 years of living. Dr. Amendola ranks with the few that I was thoroughly comfortable with. He took all the time in the world with me. He reviewed ALL of my past records, all my present conditions, medications, and asked very insightful questions. Dr Amendola is intelligent, compassionate and sincere physician. My last two physicians retired and I was very apprehensive about finding a new one that really cared. I feel extremely fortunate to find such a good man. .

I had to come here because of workers comp for a back injury from work. Took 3 months to find out about my annular tear on my l4/l5 There were so many problems and miscommunication at my work about workers comp protocols and the workers comp themselves. When I finally got an appointment, dr Woodall did start to initially help with low dose 4 day supply of tramadol. It did wonders on my back and I was able to do my very physical job without any problems or getting sick like other stronger meds. Just something to help with the immense pain so my job can rely on me to do the tasks they needed me to do. Now, they refuse to help me and are straight up ignoring me until I can get to physical therapy and I can stay off any of those meds, but workers comp are dragging their feet and I’m emailing them a lot, but the constant treatment of people thinking we are pill pushers is getting old. Stop punishing the whole class because of 1 or 2 bad students. Now I struggle to do daily chores because I’d all this.

Wait time was not very long. Staff was very friendly. First time to see Dr Bateman. He’s been working there for 3 weeks. Very nice and professional. Lab phlebotomist/CMA TAHLIA was very confident, professional, and interested in her work.

The staff at BMG - Bartlett were very professional. I was treated with respect and was called back for my appointment in a timely manner. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking medical treatment.
