Coolest, healthiest place Bartlett has. From the health refresher to the monkey bowl yummm. Everything is fresh and made to order. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

One of the best little shops in town! The staff is super sweet, the owner is amazing and the teas, shakes, coffees, waffles and more are always SO delicious!!!

This place is a MUST VISIT! The refreshers are my favorite, and my boyfriend loves the protein shakes. The atmosphere in here is so cute, and the owner, Tanya, always starts my day with a smile. I can not say enough good things about Elevate, but I am so glad they are so close to my home.

This business is incredibly impressive. I absolutely love coming here and the owner is so knowledgeable and kind. She cares so much about her customers and their health. Every time I come in the shop I’m treated with respect and compassion, like a person and not just a number. I am being educated about so many different vitamins and supplements and can really feel a difference in my body and mind when consuming the products recommended. Thus far I have had, the banana chocolate shake which was light and delicious, the monkey bowl which was filling and fantastic and finally the pumpkin banana bread shake which is exceptional and by far my favorite! I am a regular here and continue to tell friends and family that this place is a must visit and anyone who is struggling with their mental and physical health should definitely pay a visit! I cannot thank you the owner enough for putting me on to healthy living 😊

Where should i begin?? I can’t say enough about Elevate! Tanya, the owner is fabulous! She is so kind, caring and a great motivator! She treats her employees like gold… they are happy to work there. always with a big smile and all the kindness in the world. Savannah and Trinity are angels sent from heaven! Even if i’m having a bad day they make it better. So accommodating to every single one of my crazy requests… they also talk to my 5 year old and include her in the conversation… many places don’t, your just a number or a $$. NOT AT ELEVATE. love you all!!! keep making them golden smoothies and i’ll be coming in every Thursday for my banana cream pie.

Love this place so much. Not only are all the treats healthy and delicious, but the people here are simply the best. Love the environment that Tanya has created and all of our weekly (sometimes daily) chats!
