Came here after a football game and they were one of a few places open late. Sat in the bar area and was greeted as soon as we sat down. Our drinks came really fast and our food wasn't far behind. I was in the mood for appetizers and this place didn't disappoint. The loaded tots and bacon cheeseburger quesadilla hit da spot. The Strawberry Margarita was really good. This is my 2nd time here and I'll be coming back!

Have ordered a few times from here. Usually it's always great, and no issues. Tonight I made an online order. My husband went to pick it up. I noticed when he got home, the drinks were missing, a side dish was missing, my extra ranch I paid for missing, even my celery sticks with my wings were missing. I shrugged all this off. At that point I wasn't driving all the way back. I went to eat only to figure out my large order of wings were not the flavor I ordered. I checked my receipt, the order was correct, but they gave me the wrong flavor. I tried calling 8 times for it to only ring then tell me the call is dropped. I don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore which sucks because the wings here in the past were great! But this, way to much was wrong and missing. I spent a good amount for this dinner and wasn't able to eat what I ordered

I would give zero stars if I could!!!!!! Placed a to go order boneless wings and fries not a hard order to screw up! I received burnt wings even taste burnt!! I called to speak with manager and he or she would not get on the phone to speak to me. This is the first time there and will not be back!!!!

I love East Coast wings. In my humble opinion they are better than Buffalo wild wings not only in their sauces and options but the cooking of the chicken as well. The wings are always nice and juicy. My only complaint would be there a little bit expensive on all of their food but this is a great place to hang out and get some great food.

Been coming here on/off for the last 3? years (visiting different Pubs) and just realized all the good bartenders are GONE !!! Always go to the bar and OMG, the service is so awful - barely asking “want another beer” not taking my plate off the table after finish eating (took like 30 mins) barely getting acknowledge or asking if all is good , I can go on and on …. On the positive side, the food is always very good 😊 superb tasting wings !!! And the beer is Ice COLD like I like 👍🏻 !!!!!!! Kelsey and my Titan’s fan guy are doing good job keeping that place alive service wide. Always tip well but I might not come here anymore if service continue like how it is …. Thanks much

The service was extremely fast, and the wings were pretty good. Ordering is a little bit complicated, so take a good look at the menu if it's your first time. The staff is also very friendly!

We love some East Coast Wings!! My son always goes straight for the wings. My go to is the Buffalo chicken wrap. My husband and daughter venture out more than us on the menu but usually one of them goes with the burger, which is always a solid choice. Sooo good! Great drink selection and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The food was really good, their French fries are delicious! Only reason why I don’t give 5 stars is because the waiting time was way too long! Overall it was a good experience.

Our server Kennedy was nice. The wings were fresh and hot but had no taste. Garlic Parmsean and honey hot wings and neither were good. Last, the manager was an less than subpar: Our table asked a few server's within a 30 to 40 minute time frame if they can change 2 of the 5 tv monitors (each monitor had the same game on). We were told they asked him and it was stated to us the manager had an attitude. One server shrugged their shoulders and said their was nothing they could do. Finally, the manager did change one monitor but one side of our table could not see (this is why we said 2 monitors one on the opposite side of each other). Another customer from a different party (Male white) got up and told the manager to change the one tv back to the same game that was already playing on 4 other monitors and the manager did with no problem within 1 minute. When the manager came out to change the one tv monitor, we waved at him to speak to us. He looked our party in our eyes ignored us and walked off. The Manager never acknowledged our presence which was very upsetting and we won't back.

I ordered using a popular delivery service. I ordered 3 servings of celery and 2 of carrots, and then some celery and carrots to go with the wings .... I paid $$ for what I thought would be a sufficient amount of celery and carrots to go with my wings BUT I ONLY GOT 4 SMALL PIECES OF CELERY AND 5 SMALL PIECES OF CARROTS.... the boneless wings are mostly small little bites of chicken, the pretzel bites were on the too done side and had a weird spicy taste like the cook had handled some cayenne pepper and then packaged up my pretzels... The pub cheese tastes bland and more like nacho cheese sauce than any fancy beer cheese dip like they advertise... pretty disappointing !! Especially for the $50 I spent ... for 5 tiny chicken nuggets and a side of fries and mozzarella sticks and the pretzel bites with a half stalk of celery and a carrot.... I tried calling them but there was no answer on a Saturday evening at 7:30 pm ....someone should have answered the phone !!

Ok the Good: The The Wing Sauce spot On. Had the Mango Habanero and was great… now the Bad: the Mozarella Stix were undercooked and only “warm”. They are done when the cheese is barely oozing out. The Fries-$7.49 for the Tray you see pictured. They came barely room temp. Mgr took them back brought fries back out….fail again but we were hungry and ate them anyway. The Wings were not “hot”(temp) either. I am sure they have staffing issues. Appears to me food gets cooked, and sits in the Kitchen, and has lost a lot of heat sitting there. The server(bartender) was good and no issues with her. Gonna have to be a NO for me coming back. And I chose this over BWW!

This has to be a joke, right??? Ordered Chicken quesadillas via Door Dash. I did not uncheck or remove anything from the quesadillas. BUT I received dry chicken wrapped in greasy tortilla...no cheese or anything else that by definition resembled a quesadilla. I look at their receipt and see that everything besides chicken was unchecked/removed. NOT done on my end and NOT how the order is in the Door Dash app (which I discussed with them). ECG could have at least had the dasher call and confirm. BUYER BEWARE!!

The food here was really good. The fries were really good and everything came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were great also. (The salad was HUGE) The sauce verity is pretty awesome and I love the fact you can adjust your heat levels. Our server, Alexandria, was amazing. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area.

Cleverly hidden behind Walmart, we decided to give this place a try as we were in the mood for wings. So many choices!! Wow! And super tasty. Service was fast and friendly. If you savor flavor and love wings, don't hesitate. Awesome experience.

Decided to order some wings and the classic cheeseburger. As usual, the wings were flavored perfectly, but the big surprise was the classic cheeseburger… I am not big on eating burgers from fast food places, because there is no standard or responsibility to the quality. East Coast Wings & Grill (Bartlett, TN) has set the standard and takes great pride in the quality of their food and more specifically, their classic cheeseburger! Good service , it's a cool dine experience but the food isn't up to par. I'd rather eat Buffalo wild wings because the menu very similar... or I'd walk next door to red koi their really good especially the sushi

I've been ordering East Coast for pickup, about 8 months or so now. It's been super easy to order online and the food is always correct when I pick it up. The $7 off "Holiday coupon" really helped my friend and I stay in budget this last order! Felt like a treat!!

I don't know what anyone else experienced, my brother said they were good so I ordered. These wing taste like they were seasoned with water and added a dusting of parmesan. Plus I requested extra crispy and they were very fleshy. The fries somehow are burned and not done. If it weren't a door dash order I would promptly take this back and just leave it on the counter.

Came in for boneless wings and fries. The chicken was freezer section processed chicken with lack luster sauce. The fries were over seasoned freezer section fries. I had high hopes for their menu. Each bite I took was full of regret. Low quality food. Thats my takeaway.

This is a neighborhood type sports bar. Pretty decent selection of libations with some signature drinks. The bartender, Justin, was friendly and engaging as soon as we sat down. I had kamakasi wings, a medium heat sauce that was actually fingerlicking good! The wings were delicious, not greasy, very juicy, and cooked just right. The wife had a Buffalo chicken wrap that was delicious. Again, the chicken was moist, tender, light, and refreshing. This was our first visit and I think we found our hangout joint! Good job guys!!!

The wings are great. There is breaded boneless wings. Then there are the standard bone in, little to no breaded wings. There is an entire page dedicated to an assortment of sauces. The fries are great. The onion rings are amazing. The staff is very attentive. The restaurant it's self is very clean. I believe this restaurant is superior to Buffalo wild wings.

This is horrible. A $14 salad that looks nothing like the picture. Literally gave me 4 pieces of meat and a handful of lettuce. This place is a joke.
