Well, I spent an hour waiting to be told keep doing what I'm doing and to bring my child in to his primary care physician tomorrow. What a joke, the lady had no bedside manor, was rude and not helpful at all. The reason I brought him in was because he needed urgent care, hence the name. I will never go back for a doctor's appointment again! Don't waste your time or money!

Don't come here, complete waste of time and money. They don't listen to you and don't have Dr.s evaluating you. APNs...If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience, felt disregarded once again as a minority female.

I will be going to the immediate care in St Charles from now on. Every time I’ve seen a Dr at the Bartlett location I’ve left mad feeling as though I’m not listened to or the one time I was offended by a Dr who was racist and clearly thought my white skin wouldn’t mind his opinions. The PA and nurses and front desk workers are friendly and nice at both locations. If you do go to Bartlett opt for a PA vs a Dr to treat you, they are more thorough and know how to listen to what the patient tells them. They also were clear on taking medication etc this time I’m not even sure whether I’m supposed to stop taking what I was prescribed a week ago because the Dr barely spoke.

My daughter and I walked in at 7:29. They close at 730. Immediately, we were met with a horrible attitude (most likely because we walked in right before closing). My daughter started to check in and I was texting on my phone as someone else was parking my car. Megan (receptionist) abruptly Interrupted my daughter and asked if I had a problem. She said I had an attitude and mocked my expressions. I told her that I was texting someone on my phone and it had nothing to do with her. Megan then asked the other receptionist if she can check us in but she was unable to. My daughter finished checking herself in and she was EXTREMELY sarcastic and disrespectful to the both of us. I have never been treated this way here but she was completely awful. She was so openly disrespectful and rude. We were there because my daughter felt miserably sick. Then, we were treated horribly immediately. This girl was probably the rudest person I have ever encountered in a customer service position. It was almost as if she was looking for confrontation.

This may be more about policy than service experience but this facility is subject to frequent closures or abbreviated hours. I completely understand labor shortages in healthcare. However, I do not understand - or accept - poor communications. Post information about schedule changes as soon as it is available - and publicize where patients can find this information on the web or via app. Update the local phone messaging system so that patients can know in advance if the facility is unable to serve them. This is a basic business practice. If I can expect clear schedule information from hair stylists and park districts, doesn't it follow that I should expect this from a nationally recognized healthcare provider?

This was the worst experience I’ve had at an immediate care. I typically go to the one in Aurora, and the care there is extremely personal and warm. Today in Bartlett was not the case. I waited for 1 hour to be “seen” (pushed into a room) for barely 10 minutes. Dr. Jalil was extremely dismissive of my pain, not to mention very rude. She talked to me for 30 seconds before claiming I had COVID without seeing test results–spoiler, I knew I didn’t because I’d had several COVID tests days prior to this visit, including the day of. She immediately backtracked. She did not address my other painful symptoms, instead belittling my pain. I will never come back here. The front desk workers and nurses are kind, but what you’re coming here for–especially this doctor in question–is NOT.

THANK YOU so much to the doctor, nurses and staff who took such good care of me Wednesday evening, July 6th. They took the time to let my ride know where to pick me up. It was late in the evening. Sorry, I don't remember any names.

Nothing says we care about patients like turning away a heavily pregnant woman with a toddler in her arms, whose oozing fluid from his ear... Appointment only they said when we got there, however last time I made an appointment to be seen, they had me wait over an hour because a woman without an appointment came in with a NOSE BLEED. For sure never going back, not that they want us there anyway.

Took 3 hours with an appointment to not get any meds, when everyone in my house has bronchitis and was given scrips. Patrick the nurse was awesome. The doctor I would never see again. Was rough and not very nice.

I have been coming here for years.Always seemed like good service.I made an appointment because I wasn't feeling well.I figured a Covid test would be warranted to rule that out.Got the test, and they said the results would be back in a day or two.I said, that I made an appointment. I would at least like my vitals to be taken. They said try to make an appointment for tomorrow. Immediate Care no longer means what it used to.My oxygen or something else could need attention, but they are too busy.IMMEDIATE should be removed from there signage. If you suspect that anything that could require medical attention, I would advise driving past this place.

Wow is all I can say. They tried to turn my 11month old away because we didn’t have an appointment? Like we were at immediate care for funsies? They however made an “exception” to see her. The dr was probably the rudest lady and so I knowledgeable. She made me feel guilty for not realizing my daughter had a hair around her toe earlier than I did and then proceeded to tell me there was no hair and something else must have cut her so I needed to take her to the ER and CDH because there is no way a hair did that and then she told me she was going to lose her toe! Well I get to CDH they tell me it’s a hair tourniquet put some nair on it get it off and they did it all with the most positive upbeat attitudes telling me it happens all the time and it’s nothing I did wrong. The lady at immidiate care needs to be removed. Terrible bedside manner and OBVIOUSLY has a lack of knowledge

Can't even get through to talk to somebody to try them. I always try to support local but when I call all I get is an answering service that I can't leave a message on because it doesn't recognize the prompts it tells you to use. If you don't have staff to answer you at least need a voice system that works. Very disappointed. Pretty sure I'll just get the canned response from Meg S.

I just wanted to say that this facility was so caring and helpful. The in-take person Gisselle made sure my dad was as comfortable as she could make him. My father fell and was experiencing severe pain. I was worried he may have broken a bone. They were able to see my father even though we didn't have an appointment. Everyone took such great care of him!

Giselle at the front desk makes it known that it’s an inconvenience to help patients. Such a lovely woman…. Not. Also, don’t even try to come to immediate care without an appointment, apparently that’s a requirement for immediate care. Even if you have strep… you’ll have to wait until the next business day when you have an appointment.

Nice staff, nice nurses, good doctors! My 6 year old son was seen here they were very nice attentive and answered all questions I had, doctor explained everything to me and nurse and doctor were patient with my son. Thanks!

If I could give a negative star I would. 1st the lady at the front desk had attitude.. and boy did i tell her off, maybe thats y i didnt get the email or text to take a survey. I needed staples removed and something for a cold she got all tissy about me needing to see the doctor for 2 things. Then when I get In to see the doctor he removed my staples did a great job, didn't feel a thing, however, tells me to take over the counter medicine for my cold.. so basically self medicate.and get everyone around me sick. hmm, isn't that y we have doctors.. I currently have Advocate as my Healthcare provider, was thinking about switching to Northwestern, but, after this... not to sure.. sad really.. oh so here is the kicker, while I was in my room a nurse was talking to the doctor about another patient and her ordeal.. I'm like wowow but the kicker is: they were speaking about her like trash, said she has other complaints let me deal with those first the doctor said ya she has alot and the nurse chuckled and said I wow how unreal and unprofessional I can sit here and tell u exactly what happened to this woman and just incase u don't believe me u spoke about her chocking on a ravioli enough said.. or should I say violation in hypa.. don't worry, I told the other patient...

I called to schedule an appointment and was told it was walk-in. As soon as I walked in there are signs everywhere saying appointment only. The guy at the front desk asked what number I called and I told him and he said that wasn’t their number. I called it again and it says “Thank you for calling Northwestern Immediate Care in Bartlett” so that was definitely their number. I’ve used this immediate care in the past and had a bad experience with the doctor. I always go to Duly and only came here because it’s a little closer. Will continue using Duly in the future.

Awful if I could give 0 stars I would, the whole northwestern system sucks and I have had stomach pain and reached out to my doctor, and they didn't have any appointments for sick patients until next week, was referred to urgent Care by my northwestern medicine doctor, once I got there urgent Care doctor was rude, only talked to me for 1 minute, felt my stomach for 20 seconds and told me there's nothing he could do, if I want to figure out what's going on I should go to the ER... The worst patient care ever!! I'm sure they will charge an arm and leg for not even spending any time with me
