    Advertised closing time: 10pm Actual time: 7pm Neon yellow Open sign: On Store Lights: all on Front Door: locked Lady at counter: "we closed" with a slight smirk on her face. Won't be back to this location, this was not my first problematic visit, but it'll definitely be the last!

    Came here a couple days ago ordered the 35 peice boneless with voodoo fries and 6pc rolls. 2 orders of veggie sticks. I got my wings and regular fries. They forgot half my order, no voodoo fries, no veggie sticks, no rolls. Went back today and ordered 50 bone in. ALL THE WINGS WERE RAW. I'm never eating here again and neither should you.

    Yeah I waited over 25 minutes for my order the guy next to me 40 the lady infront ordered in and still waited another 20. People laughing in the background while I gotta wait for such a simple order because all I wanted was a 10 piece never again will I step foot in that restaurant 👎🏾

    truly better service since management changes love it here friendly staff nice people always a conversation to be had food is always right. EDIT manager that i've grown to love is gone, service back terrible new staff are okay.

    The worst. No one was wearing mask or gloves. Allowed more than 6 people inside when the sign clearly states only 6 are allowed inside. Fries were over cooked. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes and had to wait 45 minutes. The co workers have no customer service and no one spoke to you and had attitudes on their face. I will never come back this Wingstop.

    I really like the ranch dressing from Wing Stop. Most of the time I go in there it is young people probably high school age kids working behind the counter. They seem to prefer to socialize with each other more than helping the customer. Extremely slow and not very courteous. The only time I get good customer service there is when an older person, probably a manager is there.

    I went to this location after work. I walked in and placed my order at 5:44 pm and me and several people was there for at least a hour and a half and still didnt have our order. They had only 3 people working. 1 person said she only did food prep. Another person looked like she was new and didnt have a clue as to what to do. The third person was the cashier and trying to prepare orders talked the whole time about how she was going home and they did not pay her enough for all this. Keep in mind this was a friday evening. Several people came in with online ordrrs and nothing was ready. It will be a long time before I go back if I go back.

    Placed order online. Customer service has changed so much. My order wasn’t ready when arrived. The manager swore I put it in at wrong location. Tried showing him my email/ receipt, but he wouldn’t look. Saw another guy drop a wing on ground. Picked up and washed off. Lots of talking. And backed up order. Unprofessional staff. Whew. Do better.

    The worst service in the city. Went yesterday can’t place order in store only online. Order today and PAID with order confirmation. Pull up and the place look like it’s been CLOSED ALL DAY. Refund me my order

    This was by far the worse experience, the staff and supervisor ( Lady with Braids) was RUDE. Order was taken correctly attitude was give when I ask her to repeat order because total was incorrect. We also asked to have our meal bagged separate again was treated rudely with attitude I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER COME BACK HERE NEVER!!

    I just visited this location after swearing off WingStop for several months due to consistently bad service at multiple locations. Bartlett WingStop has renewed my love for their food. The service was great, our order was cooked to perfection, and the wait wasn’t long at all. Keep up the good work

    They lied about my online order, refused to make my order despite me having the order transaction email. They refused me a refund. So I called corporate and reported them for fraud. I finally have my refund back and that store is now under investigation. The employees are jerks and yell at customers for no reason. The manager couldn't be bothered to do her job. Thankfully I've reported her as well for inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. If you choose to continue to eat here, don't say I didn't warn you.

    The worst experience ever !! I waited over 2 hours for my order and still didn’t get it. The staff is terrible. Blasting music, their hair everywhere and terrible customer service. When I asked about my order they said it was still on the board, when there was multiple people who arrived after me ordered there and had left. Two hours seems excessive. I asked for my refund and they said they couldn’t give me one and she would write my order number down and send it to a manager to call me. I couldn’t get any proof that I didn’t receive my order or was getting a refund. Worst experience ever. Would give 0 stars if I could.

    Wanted to give them. 5 stars but the light skinned baled guy wearing glasses was rude didn't greet us when we walked in. And then turned his back to us and was on his phone. Very disappointing. The food was great though.

    This location is garbage. Every time I try to give them grace the next encounter is always worse. And please don’t ever order delivery from this location either, half of your order will be missing everytime!

    The food was good but the service was super slow. It took us 45 minutes to get 20 boneless wings and an order of fries. It was the slowest wingstop I have ever been to.

    Ordered a 30 piece fried hard last night through door dash and the chicken was RAW. How do you get RAW chicken when they were ordered to be fried HARD??? The fries were cold, like refrigerator temperature cold. I will never patronize this location again.

    My husband ordered mild wings. He had to go to the restaurant 3 times only for them to argue with him that the pure butter covered wings were mild. Like we don’t have taste buds. The manger refused to refund my order. And refused to taste the sauce they are serving after I told her it was not correct. She told me they have one sauce for a week. What??? I will never go there again. There are far too many good wing places in our area with FRESH sauce to support rather than this place. I’d give less than 1 star if I could.

    So, I got the Hawaiian boneless wings and I went to go tear it, and in the middle I found pink. In other words, it was not cooked all the way. Im not saying the food is bad but they should at least check if the food is under cooked.. I didn't check the other pieces of chicken but one being raw is enough to report. Please try better or train better..

    Service is horrible. Placed an order and got a time for pickup. Show up to the business and they were closed. Six others standing out front in the same situation. Card was charged for a service that we never got. Tried calling the next day to get a refund, and was put on hold for far too long. Went to the location and was put off. Girl working the counter said she was new and didn't know what to do. She calls the "boss" and was then told for us to "contact corporate". This place stole my money! Beware doing business at this location.

    Same as everytime (Bartlett Stage Rd. location) good wings, horrible customer service. Eight employees. One at the register that wasn't even capable of ringing up my order without having to ask for the managers help. One leaned up against the fryers. And five hudled up in a little group talking and using there phones. The point in calling in an order is to avoid the wait. So what's the point when you go in and STILL have to wait? 🤪

    We ordered online because no one answered the phone. We had company over to watch a game and have wings. We showed up to pick up our wings and they said Door Dash had them. We did not realize we ordered them for delivery. Turns out we didn’t, they gave away our order. We went elsewhere, they messed up our night. Now we need to seek a refund from our credit card. Not happy.

    Today I called and place in a order on the phone I was told it will be 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes it wasn’t ready and they were having problems with pulling my order up on the cash register. After I payed for my food I was then told my order will be ready in 4 minutes. Which was fine. HOWEVER I waited in that lobby for an additional 40 minutes. The manager then left and took an entire 45 minute lunch and I’m still sitting here waiting on my food. For them to just open and your excuse is “oh we running low on chicken be patient” You should’ve just said that when I called to place an order that you were rationing chicken. Instead of having someone wait an hour without offer an accommodation. Pitiful

    I wish I read the reviews before ordering at the Bartlett WingStop. Don’t bother ordering online as previously stated by many others you will be waiting awhile. Even then, the workers still mess up the order. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The wings were sub-par. Good Luck

    I have not been here in a year or longer and the food is still disappointing. Wings were fried so hard you could not bite into them. Fries were ok. Customer service is a zero. Chicken sandwich tasted like grease. Do not waste your $30.

    Food was absolutely horrible today! My order was 35 minutes late and missing 1/3 of the food. The food we did get was dressed in the wrong sauce. They had 1 cook working and it was slammed. We really should have taken it back for a refund. As it stands we threw half away. It would've been another hour had we tried to get it fixed. Very disappointing

    Went to this location for the first time. I have been to wingstops many times for 10 years now in 5 different states. It must be the way Memphis locations are ran as the employees were on their phones and looked like they were having a social. Totally un organized and had to wait a hour for food to be ready. Won't ever return to this location and wing stop is off the list in the Memphis area as they obviously have bad service at their locations in Memphis as I've ran to this issue at their popular location too. Believe the reviews here all and boycott this location.

    Visited this location and placed a order with my daughter for 6 boneless wings fries and drink.. it took 31 minutes later (to be exact) before we got our food... terrible experience.. the young group of workers moved slowly talking and kicking it with each other in the kitchen instead of moving to get the orders out and showed no sense of urgency..

    I ordered at 5:23. It said 16-21 mins. I got there at 5:35, the guy up front said 5 mins. Cool. I left at 6:03 with my food. 😒 The young guy was nice and greeted everyone. All the employees seemed productive and friendly. The older guy with the black frame glasses was walking around, wouldn't get customers. The one time I saw him speak to someone it was a doordasher who all he said was "its not ready yet" then quickly turned around. Another customer came in and he pulled someone off the make line to get them without even greeting the customer. When the young guy saw me still up front, he rushed to the back and quickly put my order together and got it over to me. He saw there was grease on my bag and offered to swap the bag but at that point I just wanted to check my food and go. I did like the employees attitude towards eachother as well as when they saw customers come in they greeted them from the kitchen area.

    Walked out. Waited too long and ignored by slow moving staff. There was a manager on duty by the looks of it, but he left the restaurant at 12:15 during the lunch rush hour. How dumb! Tighten up or shut it down owners!

    Our order is always messed up no matter how big or small it is. Chicken is always good, right or wrong order. Updates to 4 stars - New store MGR called and made things right the following day. Now 4 stars as he shouldn't have had to make things right to begin with.

    Hit or miss lately, tonight I tried to call them for 30 minutes with NO answer. I then tried to order online, you can't pay this way for orders online and they will not take orders over $25 so I placed two orders. I sent my son to pick up order after 30 minutes and 45 minutes later still no wings, they need to do better. Update, taking review down to ONE star, they never answer the phone, never have your order ready on time and if you do get someone to answer they hang up on you multiple times, this place needs new management, good food but just not worth the hassle. BUYER BEWARE!

    I ordered here (Bartlett location) 2 days in a row online. 1st day they forgot my cajun corn. 2nd day I ordered a large (10pc) cajun corn and only got 6pc...how hard is it to read an order receipt online. They dont even have a 6pc cajun corn (only 5 and 10) so why give 6 pc instead of the 10 I ordered....makes me think it was intentional or someone clearly can't count.
