Last
week,
I
had
a
reservation
and
the
check-in
process
went
smoothly.
However,
upon
entering
the
room,
I
immediately
noticed
that
it
was
uncomfortably
warm,
reaching
around
30
degrees
Celsius.
Despite
attempting
to
restart
the
air
conditioning
multiple
times,
I
was
unable
to
cool
down
the
room.
Consequently,
I
contacted
the
reception
to
explain
the
situation,
and
they
assured
me
that
they
would
restart
the
AC.
After
waiting
for
30
minutes
without
any
improvement,
I
decided
to
visit
the
reception
again
to
express
my
concerns.
This
time,
they
attributed
the
warm
temperature
to
the
large
glass
windows
in
the
room,
implying
that
it
was
to
be
expected.
I
found
this
response
unsatisfactory,
and
I
questioned
them
about
the
AC's
functionality.
To
my
surprise,
they
admitted
that
some
of
their
rooms
had
faulty
AC
units,
but
they
could
not
provide
a
reasonable
explanation
as
to
why
I
was
assigned
a
room
with
a
broken
AC.
In
response
to
my
dissatisfaction,
they
suggested
that
I
could
check
out
immediately
at
no
cost.
However,
I
expressed
that
I
had
no
alternative
accommodations.
The
receptionist
kindly
assisted
me
by
checking
the
availability
of
the
Marriott
hotel
next
door,
which
had
a
lower
star
rating
than
the
Cube.
Ultimately,
I
decided
to
move
to
the
Marriott
and
it
was
more
pleasant
experience
compared
to
the
unclean
room
in
the
cube.
