We
brought
our
Springer
cross
Holly,
as
a
new
customer
in
February
‘23
after
having
very
disappointing
treatment
with
both
of
our
dogs
at
another
vets,
causing
one,
Holly
to
be
even
more
distressed
than
usual,
even
refusing
in
future
to
go
into
the
car.
The
whole
experience
was
100%
better
(and
still
is)
the
receptionists
were
professional
and
knowledgeable.
Holly’s
vet
Martin
recognised
straight
away
she
was
very
distraught
and
I
have
to
say
in
the
40
years
we’ve
owned
dogs
he
is
the
first
vet
to
take
his
time
to
sit
on
the
floor
with
her
and
take
his
time
gaining
her
confidence.
In
five
months
Holly
has
gone
from
a
dog
that
would
tremble
and
cry
in
the
car
and
urinate
in
the
vets
desperate
to
leave
to
a
much
happier
pooch,
no
more
urinating
and
trembling,
sensing
Martin’s
empathy.
His
rapport
with
Holly
has
really
made
visiting
the
vets
a
much
easier
experience
for
both
her
and
us.
Her
medical
treatment
has
been
spot
on.
Thank

our
only
regret
is
not
joining
earlier!
