The beautiful lady at the drive thru was so polite and so kind. When we got to the window she was so outgoing and happy. She made my whole day better with her positive attitude. Getting great service like this in todays world is rare. SHE WAS AMAZING. I will definitely do business here again.

The registers weren’t working due to a storm and the staff was so sweet to work with me to get what I needed! I understand they are under new management since the less than stellar reviews also. I’d give them and chance and will be stopping by next time I’m around!

Went through drive through ordered large combo w/ fries plus onion ring plus pie brings order combo with drink no onion rings so I tell him rings he brings me rings ok how about pie he brings me pie I pull off no straw I get home fries are not large. Burger King needs a better training program for their employees!

I Door-dashed Burger King and put “no onion and pickle” , but everybody’s whopper looked like this. People can be allergic, I was so disappointed when I found onions and pickles on my whopper.

I spent $40 in the drive thru, and after taking payment was asked to pull up and wait. 21 minutes later I went in to ask if we were getting close, since several cars came and went without delays. “Sir, he’s working on it” was the reply. Then a guy brought the food out and was nice and apologized, but the hash browns were burnt and cold. At least warn me before taking my money that it will take 20+ minutes to make 6 croissants with 2 hash browns. And have enough pride to make fresh hash browns during that 20 minute window. Thanks.

The young lady working the drive through today has the best personality and attitude of any fast food worker I've ever met. She made my daughter very happy on this rainy day with a BK crown.

If I could have 0/0 I would don’t work for this company EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORE ARE NOT PROPERLY trained to working with others who have a disability! They will talk about a minor and act like nothing wrong. Don’t work here unless your ready to sleep with the GM OR SHIFT MANAGER!!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience at a fast food restaurant i have ever had went in to get a to go order and was there for 45 minutes and all of the staff were extremely rudd to me and my wife NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!! AWFUL!!!!!

Oct 3, 2023 at 10:15PM Was refused a order for food. I arrived from Kansas after 13 hours of driving. Checked into the Days Inn, just next door. Parking a truck is tough, so with Burger King, right next door, who needs to drive, I will walk. Dining room closed at 10PM, that is ok, I will walk through. I stood in front of the drive through area, said "hello", knowing the electronic gizmo failed me. I continued to walk to the drive thru window, tapped on the glass, showed my Days Inn key card, told them my truck is parked for the night. Asked if I could order. The response from the unknown employee told me I had to drive through to order and that they could not take walk through orders. I asked again, are you sure I have to go get my truck to get food, when I am right at the hotel next door? Her response was the same, no walk through allowed. I did not want to go inside, i wanted to wait outside for my food, never got that far. So the gas station cookies and beef jerky will have to do tonight. As a retired Command Sergeant Major with 24 years of service, I protected these young employees for just this moment. Did I really need to drive a chunk of metal just to hand her the same credit card I was going to use? Please Burger King, tell me that once the dining room closes you WILL NOT serve a walk through customer from a motel next door.

I came through the drive-thru this morning and i was absolutely amazed at how delicious it was. It was hot and fresh and the staff was amazing! Kudos ladies and gentlemen you're doing a great job

I ordered a fish sandwich with onion rings. My onion rings were old and crusty. I knew something was wrong because my order came almost immediately. The sandwich was definitely not fresh. Being a fish sandwich I would have hoped it would have been fresh however I could taste that it was old because it had an odd flavor and the order was not correct. I asked for extra tartar sauce and it definitely did not have extra tartar sauce in fact because it was old it had obviously been sitting and the bun was stuck to the fish. I'll go to the other one next time but I will not try this one again!

Waited 20 minutes for a simple order of chicken fries. Watched 5 people who ordered after me received their food. Then another customer orders the same as me and they told them that they were out of chicken fries and had make new ones lmao. Just poor communication. Paid for food I never received

The manager Angela was very professional and ran thinks quickly and smoothly. The food was good too. 10/28/23 went at 1pm for a Whopper meal and waited 25 minutes in the drive through and only one car in front of us. Same old, same old. Great food but you can't ever get it!!!!
