Horrible
experience,
the
owner
is
arrogant
and
doesn’t
know
a
C
of
customer
service.
Will
not
recommend
to
others.
As
everyone
can
see
the
owners
response
below,
they
are
threatening
to
take
my
valid
and
factual
review
out.
The
owner
himself
didn’t
take
the
money
for
the
bill
even
though
we
very
well
offered
to
settle
the
bill
regardless
of
the
bad
customer
service
and
delays,
and
now
instead
of
accepting
his
own
mistakes
he’s
threatening
and
claiming
that
the
bill
is
open.
For
clarity,
the
owner
is
lying
in
his
response
and
no
one
from
our
side
treated
anyone
like
slaves,
I
mean
is
it
wrong
to
complain
if
your
food
is
not
delivered
after
90
mins.
They
have
a
Indian
restaurant
in
Switzerland
and
charge
Swiss
Prices
but
the
customer
service
is
like
a
Dhaba
in
India.
The
fact
is
the
owner
and
his
staff
are
arrogant
and
cannot
take
critical
feedback
and
that
is
the
end
of
the
matter.
He
is
also
lying
that
he
had
to
step
in
for
his
employees
because
when
we
gave
him
critical
feedback
he
was
blaming
it
on
the
employees
that
they
are
all
new
(now
is
that
the
guests
fault
instead
of
stepping
in
and
apologising
he
gave
us
a
racial
slur
and
then
went
on
to
ask
his
staff
to
take
the
food
of
the
table
while
we
are
still
sitting
on
the
table.
He
is
also
lying
that
all
the
guests
left
because
of
us,
there
were
only
2
people
in
the
restaurant,
it
was
10
PM,
food
was
still
not
delivered.
It’s
almost
beggars
belief
that
restaurant
owners
in
Switzerland
can
behave
like
this
and
get
away
with
it.
