The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city centre and the private beach. The rooms are not the biggest but comfortable and provided with all the necessary accessories. Air conditioning system works just fine. Cleanliness at top level. All the services are well organised and the staff is always supportive, kind and ready to help the guests. A special thanks to Silvia, the receptionist who helped me with the services offered by the hotel: she is an example of professionalism!

We spent two weeks here and we highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location - close enough to the center of Durres and 20 m to the sea and at the same time quiet. Rooms are nice, there is everything you may need, food is very tasty. But first of all we will always remember kindness of people working here at the reception - Silvi, Endi, Jani and Artemis - great people!!!

Pretty good hotel, good location, good breakfast, big balcony, excellent wifi. Unfortunately, the carpet in the room is really dirty. Sheets and no pillowcases were changed in eight days.The level of cleaning is poor. Despite the fact that I asked the reception to pass on the request for cleaning, the request did not go to the cleaners.The toilet bowl was leaking. I asked to fix the bug but it was not fixed all the time.The sounds of the sea and the barking of the dogs at night were disturbing.

I have spent 5 nights here. It's a fabulous place to relax and have a chilled time at the beach. The location is perfect, not directly in the city center but everything is within walking distance. And a big plus, you are at the western side of the town/beach which mean it's the perfect spot to enjoy the amazing sunset.

Used to be a good restaurant but its has become trash restaurant. Dont go service and food are not worth it anymore.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The room is great for the price, the staff is amazing. Had a minor issues with the room and was offered free upgrade to en suite. Would recommend and definitely would be back. The breakfast is really good , parking is in the hotel’s basement. Private beach, the restaurant is great.

We stayed here for 10 days and it was an amazing experience. The beach is well taken care of. The staff are helpful and super friendly. The location is central and a well-placed garage is available for people visiting. Highly recommended to stay in if visiting Durres or nearby areas. Thank you for your help and recommendations. 👏The sea, which is just behind the hotel, is clear and clean. The receptionists were polite. The maid wad kind. The person at the beach was more than willing to help me us open the umbrella 🏖️ The breakfast had qualitative food. You could try fresh traditional food, delicacies like jam made from walnuts, orange reed, watermelon reed, byrek... The only flaw was the lack of a bottle of water free of charge, in the room.

A nice hotel with a privat beach in Durrës. Very friendly people workinger there that helps You with what ever You need of help. We got a very nice room in the newest builing with a balcony overseeing the ocean. The breakfast is ok+. There could have been a little more variation dureinjg the week, but what was served tasted good. The reception helped us with two excursions, so ewe could get to Berat and to a winery. All in all a hotel and restaurant that we would like to go back to in the future.

Honestly it's the best hotel in Durres. I really liked it a lot. Sunset from the balcony was just amazing. And fish restaurant is must be visited as well. Just don't spare money for a good room with sea view Thanks to staff

Maybe it was due to the foreign status of us, but the service team was unfriendly, kept us waiting for ordering the menu and the served pasta was barely hot. The sea view and presented variation of fresh fish is really nice and should be mentioned as some positive facts. Service: lowest level Quality: medium Ambiente: very attractive

Everything is good here, all works properly, all is clean, and the staff is friendly. Good breakfast and perfect sea view.

( RESTAURANT ONLY) The food was good, quality/price adequate, waiters were okay but had a tendency to not look at us at times.

We called ahead of time and asked if they served pizza and answer was positive. When we arrived,10 of us, and after we set down to order they said they finished making dow. We left and so they lost their opportunity to serve us

Good quality fish but make sure to ask for the price before ordering, I had quite a bad surprise when getting the bill! Paid 45 euros for one fish that was claimed not to be sufficient for two people, which I find extremely expensive.

We didn't book a room here, so I can't comment on that. But the view from the beach and restaurant was great, so was the service. Lovely wine, and cold beers as you lay on their beautiful beach. Recommended

This is by far the best hotel and restaurant we have been in Durres. The rooms are very clean and specious. We have a beach view room with balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location near everything.
