A wonderful place for our vacation. We and the kids enjoyed every day of it, the outdoor pool was fantastic. Very clean, delicious food with plenty of choice, breakfast buffet included european and local specialties. Room was spacious with a beautiful sea view and all staff was very polite and helpful at all the times. Felt very welcome. Will certainly return again!

Very disappointing!!! Absolutely not a five stars hotel. Not worth the money, not even half of it. We booked a suite with a balcony and it was terrible!! One of my worst travel experiences! Rooms aren’t like the pictures at all. Very dirty and smelly and cheap! The TV the size of a computer screen, no coffee machine, the garbage is a plastic one. Plastic chairs in a 300 Euro suite!! Needs tons of maintenance! The carpets in the rooms and halls are very old and not clean. I’m not sure how this is a 5 stars hotel. Bed sheets and towels are dirty and very old. Manager and receptionist were not very professional or helpful. We asked for refund to move to another hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and I can say it is far away from 5 stars hotels. First of all the payment was made during check in , not at check out as most of the hotels worldwide ( like they are aware that people will be disappointed and leave earlier than booked). The sheets were not clean. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom old and cheap plastic ugly trash bin. The elevator was stinking and its glass windows were so dirty. We ordered a tea and a coke at the bar and the bill came twice expensive as the normal price in Albania. Breakfast first day had nothing delicious, looked like u have a lot of choices, but none of them has really taste. they serve cheap bad quality food. Second day it was a bit better as they had added some fresh better quality fruits. The reception girl was polite, but the night reception boy very rude and not helpful when we asked for an extra sheet. One of the worst experinces I had ever had.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen vier Tage lang in dem Hotel und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren komfortabel, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders genossen haben wir das Frühstück. Es gab eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen, verschiedene Ei-Variationen wurden frisch zubereitet. Der Pool und der Fitnessraum ist super. Besonders das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Direkt am Stand mit privatem Bereich, der beaufsichtigt wird. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit Luxus und toller Lage. Nur zu empfehlen.

the hotel is average at best, the spa is so so, some of the walls are peeling and most of the staff is not very nice. the only thing that was great was the food but for a stay there are definitely better options nearby. not sure how it's a 5 star hotel.

I stay here for 20 days. The personal,food and view was amazing experience. The wifi all the time works perfectly and if you request something they get for you and they don't make any problem. I came in winter season ( January) so the price was not so high. I recommend the hotel business or pleasure.

This hotel is really nice. Staff are kind, Spacious Rooms, nice food, amazing view. But the reason why I have given it 4 stars is because inside my room, the window looks a bit broken because for some reason my window handle is a bit broken, it goes too far than it’s supposed to. Another reason is because my thermostat is broken. When I put the thermostat to air con, it blows out hot air even when I put 0 degrees, it also spins all the way round which is a bit weird. Also DO NOT put your keycard near your phone because the phone will suck the memory and your room won’t open. If this does happen, and the door Handel lights up red, go to the reception and they will give you a new one. This is not a bad thing, but leave your keycard in the light slot so the lights stay on, otherwise they will turn it after 30 seconds. Don’t worry about locking the door since you can’t open it from outside. In the bathroom, the light turns off when there is not activity, so if the light turns off, wave to the sensor on the roof, or just open the door and close it again. A bit of a strange bath, but I like it. Nice water sprayer on the toilet. Most of the problems I have mentioned are not really a big deal. Even when they are all added up. I came here in spring for 2 nights (I just woke up after my 1st Night) so the tickets were 100 euros per night for all inclusive. Indoor and outdoor pool, free breakfast. But if the tickets are expensive, I wouldn’t come here. It is nice but don’t pay a big price. 100% Recommend if price is good.

We were here for a business event. Overall nice meeting rooms and hotel rooms. Very nice pool and bar area. The location is perfect, right on the beach, good parking and security. The hotel takes all major credit cards (American Express, etc.) which is not always the case in Albania.

We enjoyed a longer stay in this charming hotel as a family of four with two small children and were very satisfied. The hotel is in a very good location (Durres Beach) and offer direct access to the sea and a pool area, which are particularly suitable for families with small children. The buffet breakfast was excellent, also praiseworthy is the cleanliness (special thanks to Lindita, who kept our room very clean) as well as the high service quality of the staff, who were always eager to meet every customer request. The only criticism is that the elevator unfortunately does not go to the first floor, which means that you have to carry/lift the stroller up a few steps, although attentive staff (especially Ali - thank you very much) always rush to help. All in all a very good experience and we can recommend this hotel.

Leider keine 5 Sterne wert, höchstens 3. Wir wurden nur abgezockt und mussten überall mehr bezahlen. Buffet war eintönig und das Essen für albanische Verhältnisse sehr teuer. Pool zu salzig und tief, Kinderspielecke nicht kindergerecht, im allgemeinen ist das Hotel sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben das Hotel früher verlassen, da wir uns nicht mehr wohl gefühlt haben.

I have a soft spot for the Adriatik hotel. And it hasn't dissapointed. After a dissapointing week in the Greek riviera, our real vacation started when we arrived at the Adriatik hotel. The staff are great and very professional. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The beach was clean and both my husband and I had a great time.

Super nice pool you can access even if you're not a guest. It was calm when I came, not too many people, clean water, nice beach bar. Recommended if the water from the beach nearby is too disgusting for you.

I stayed a weekend with my baby girls and although I predicted it would be hard to manage on my own, in actual fact the staff members made it so much easier for me. Service to room was super speedy and smooth, help with my load was given at every point, the room was very sanitary and all round enjoyed more than anticipated. Thank you Adriatik hotel.

I went to visit Albania with my family and stoped in Durres city . My kids wanted to go to the pool so I decided to go to Adriatik Hotel ! The staf was amaizing and what impressed me was the service ! The staff was polite fast and had amaizing energy ! Food was delicious drinks were refreshing And pool was perfect !

Went here Sunday afternoon just for the pool, which is really nice and comfy. Cost was 3000 LEK (~30 EU) for 2 sunbeds + towels, not too crowded and overall fine. The only super negative experience was pool bar’s service which is the worst - made inappropriate comments to my girlfriend when ordering drinks, did not want to give change from 350 LEK beer (500 banknone), at 6:20 pm refused to accept an order for drink while pool is also closing ~7 pm. Anyway, good to come in the morning and super worst to leave any money to bar with such a poor service and attitude.

By the hospitality standards of the country, this is a fairly decent hotel. As with hospitality in the rest of the country, lower your expectations (e.g. the lift looks to be 30 years old and its windows haven't been cleaned in a very long time). The Good * Attentive and friendly staff * Clean, well-kept rooms * The sea-side has a fairly nice view * The big outdoor pool, play area & beach will keep your kids busy * Indoor pool is a nice and quiet escape The Bad * LOUD Music from the hotel's beach club until 23:30; I hope you don't intend to sleep or read without ear plugs * Hotel restaurant is expensive (but there are decent restaurants in the neighbourhood) * The water of the outdoor pool could be cleaner * The section of the hotel's beach is full of cigarette butts and other litter (the hotel really ought to have it cleaned regularly)

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely 5 star hotel on beach front. Very polite and helpful staff throughout all our stay. Perfect place to relax, either by the outdoor pool with seawater or by the beach. Food was delicious! Room was clean and tidy. The indoor pool and SPA was amazing, relaxing and forgetting about stress accumulated during the winter. Huge and safe parking, with electrical car EV charging point onsite for our Ioniq, so all of us was recharging with positive energy :) I highly recommend this hotel, will certainly return

Super amazing hotel with the best customer service. The room was clean and spacious with amazing sea view & balcony. You have everything you need in the hotel. Great restaurant with super delicious food. Breakfast in room or buffet breakfast either one is yum! The lunch the dinner at the restaurant is amazing. We had dinner and the food was super delicious. Adriatik tava is a must try. You have different activities during the day and you will never get bored. Beautiful beach to enjoy and the sunset are spectacular. The pool is so much fun and is with sea water. You can enjoy the Spa with different kind of services. I got the chance to a treatment for my face at Tueta Spa. Feelt so relaxed. We also have a tour to explore Durres with Travel2Albania, is agency is in the hotel and you can have different tours in few cities. Such a great experience to learn more about the culture and explore. I highly recommend to have a stay in this hotel because everything was beyond my expectations.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and well located. Great breakfast and all the staff working at food and beverage service are exceptional! The quality of the food is amazing. The spa, the gym and the sauna are well equipped and clean. The indoor pool is very nice and the staff working there are very polite. Amazing view of the outdoor pool. All the pools have seawater. During the day I enjoyed very much the water gym and the yoga sessions. This year we celebrated two birthdays and the staff surprised us with birthday cakes and even sang the 'happy birthday' song for my 12 years son. I definitely will be back again.

Excellent experience we had at this hotel! From food, amenities, location and most especially to all the staff (reception, security guards, spa lady, cleaning ladies,staff at restaurants and pool club) were fantastic. I visited Albania for the first time stayed at Adriatik Hotel for one week with my family (5 of us) which was the best choice my husband made. We were looked after like royalties and everyone made sure that we got all the help even with our day trips. Cannot recommend enough for people to check out Durres and stay at Adriatik Hotel. Perfect place to stay particularly for families. We hope to go back next time🥰

I'm so happy with the hotel and i recommend 100% to people who wants to visit Albania.I did my proposal to my girlfriend there in a nice terrace facing the beach and the stuff were so helpful.We had a tour to Berat another city and it was awesome,we enjoyed it very much the tour guy was a happy person during the tour we were laughing and enjoying 😃.The food at the hotel was awesome and they also have room service! The hotel helped us with transport to and from Tirana airport everything went smoothly.

Everything was perfect: the room, the view, the service. Also, the staff was amazing and very helpful. 10/10 would go again.

We've had an AMAZING weekend stay at the Adriatic hotel, where everything was PERFECT from day one! Staff were incredibly attentive to detail, very friendly and always smiling! Our booking enquiries via what's app were answered super promptly, which made the whole booking experience super easy and straight forward. Eva, Jona and other reception staff looked after our every need in such a professional, caring way, making us feel really special! No ask was too big for them. Restaurant staff, from Mirjeta and Franceska at breakfast to Uan in the evening waited on us like we were royalty! Food was super delicious, fresh and immaculately and creatively presented. Our room was spacious, clean and with an amazing view of the Adriatic sea which left us speechless on our first morning, as we drew back the curtains! For a moment, we thought we'd been transported to a bay in Florida or California - it was that impressive! Our son enjoyed spending time in the gym, whilst my husband and I relaxed in the indoor pool, after a morning run along the beach, and even had a fun game of tennis on the hotel's very own tennis court surrounded by palm trees - beautiful location for a match when the sun is shining! The centre of Durres is only 10-15 mins bus ride from the hotel, with the nearest bus stop located only yards away from the hotel entrance. We made use of the hotel's airport taxi service - their driver, Shkelqim was friendly, with 30+ years of driving experience, and so accommodating, picking us up at the most inconvenient hour of 3am to drop us off at Rinas airport for an early 6am flight back home! There's so much more deserving praise we'd like to lavish upon this hotel, yet our words would fail to do it justice. You've got to experience it for yourself. Beautiful hotel with direct access to the beach having private area on beach for drinks or dining. The reception has a clean luxurious marble look and the staff are efficient and friendly. I had a room with views directly overlooking the sea and the room had two sofas twin beds and a nice bathroom. The restaurant offers quality dining with delicious food and a good range of wines and other drinks. The waiting staff excellent and very knowledgeable. The food is delicious.

Everything was perfect. Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Beach is great, pool is nice and for children they have a great playground. We really enjoyed our stay.

My favourite place for the summer holidays. We come here every summer. A very nice hotel, with very good prices and a very dedicated staff. The outdoor pool with seawater is very large and clean and the indoor pool in the spa center is very nice too. The food is delicious and the restaurants are really amazing. Every night you can enjoy live music and Albanian traditional music and dances. The parking area is free and very safe. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel is very service minded and very helpful, especially Jona at the reception. We had the luck to get upgraded and got a lovely room with balcony and view against the see. The room was very clean, and the hotel made a fantastic welcome to celebrate our anniversary. We give the hotel our very best review!!

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel on the Adriatic. It is perfectly located with only a pedestrian walkway separating it from the beach. The decor is smart throughout, the grounds beautifully maintained and the facilities including indoor and large outdoor pools are wonderful. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable, ours with a glorious view of the sea and sunsets. All the staff are extremely attentive and helpful - reception, waitering, cleaning and service. The restaurant has an excellent a la carte menu and there is an extensive breakfast buffet. We most certainly will return.
