My husband and I went just for a weekend. So grateful it wasn't for a longer period of time. We had included breakfast, the food wasn't great. For lunch we ate at the hotel's restaurant, which we paid for, the food was even worse. When we went to the hotel's huge swimming pool, we've been told that we can use only half of it. For the other part of it we have to pay, even if we are guests of the hotel. It was overcrowded. We witnessed how some of the guests couldn't find space, they asked the management for help and they weren't so helpful. It was the same with the "private" beach, again you have to pay to be there. Scammed!!! Worst place ever!!!!

Tropical have a good environment, swimmingpool and bar, restaurant. But the staff it's inpolite and rude, especially in swimmingpool area. That is the reason, that I prefer not to go there anymore.

The only hotel in Albania with amazing outdoors. Food is very good and so cheap compared to other places for the quality they offer. Love the children’s pool parties on Saturdays and Sundays, my daughter had so much fun. They had newly furnished rooms , booked the suit with sea view.

It is my worst experience in one resort. 1. The service was very very bad, the guys who were at the beach bar were very rude and unpolite. They serve the hot drinks like coffee with plastic cup, horrible. 2. The floor was very dirty, 3. The food terrible, and all around was dirty. 4. If you needed to go to toiletes you have to think it twice because everything there was scandal. No letter, dirty wc, the water was brown no clear, and was a very bad smell. I will neve go again there and i DONT recommend to anyone!

A gemstone. I stayed the weekend here. Everything was amazing. Location is good with a beautiful beach- staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool and the beach 10/10. Overall a very well managed Resort. Totally recommend it for everyone.

They have extra prices for everything and demand you to pay. Oh you are 2 people on the beach yeah its 20$ not 10$

Been waiting 6 hours for check in with no sleep. Customer service tells me that i cant check in since the hotel are fully booked? So i have to wait for someone to check out. Have been sitting around trying to make the time go by for six hours with 37 degrees crawling up my back. At least i could have been offered a water bottle.

Super resort. The best i have ever visited. Staff was very friendly and kind. They helped us with every thing that we needed. I will visit again next year

Avoid this place. They will scam you by initially telling you that 1 umbrella with 2 chaise longues is 1000 lek (10 eur) and then letter ask 1000 lek (10 eur) per person. The staff is also very rude and for what the place offers it's just not worth it.

It’s clean, beautiful and peaceful. Downside is if you don’t open youe eyes and count the money, they always give you less change, and act like it’s a mistake, lol. Other than that, cool chill spot!

The hotel looks nice. However, there are no babychairs child carriers in the restaurants. The baby has to have breakfast/dinner sitting in the puchchair/stroller and sleep with parents in the bed. The bartenders/staff do not speak English well. It is hard to communicate. The pool is shared with locals. Food and the area are ok.

DO NOT STAY. This is my first ever review due to how bad this place is. OMG. The staff treat you like you are a criminal and are very arrogant and pushy. The facilities are not as stated in the photos and on after stayed its clearly grossly overpriced vs what you get. I have young children 1 & 3 and I was told not to buy any baby food, milk or clean water from outside the resort, and that it was resort policy to only buy from their restaurants. Someone else’s child cut their foot badly in the pool badly due to poor upkeep of tiles. Getting to the city centre is a bit of a hike as well and the beach stinks. My room wasn't cleaned daily either or fresh towels provided.

We were allowed to look around. It has a big and beautiful garden. A lot of greens. The rooms in the new building are really good and modern. Its private beach is big enough. The resort also has a pool. It is located between the city of Durres and Golem.

One of a kind. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all equally delicious and consistent. There is a lot of variety for all ages. The new hotel and reception lobby are beautifully designed and the staff are always happy to help.

We went to tropikal resort with our 13 mo daughter to the beach. We were trying to choose the sun beds but we were told that we are only allowed to use the thatch umbrellas just because we have a kid and that was the obvious reason actually we were looking for a good shade :) so we ended up going to another place but the problem is that there were another family with kids where we weren’t allowed to be, and we were also told that just because they were friends of the boss they are allowed to be there with kids🤷‍♀️
